- Jürgen (6/5): Schönes Hotel in guter Lage zum Strand mit Fake Roof-top Bar - Das Hotel ist neu und modern gestaltet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und erfüllt auch individuelle Wünschen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll gestaltet und bieten einen schönen Meerblick. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Obwohl grossspurig eine Roof-top Bar beworben wurde, war diese ständig geschlossen, leere Flaschen und Gläser standen über zwei Tage dort. Auch sonst war ab 23:00 Uhr kein Service im Restaurant bzw. in der Bar mehr verfügbar. Beides wohlgemerkt im Vier-Stern Superior Adults-only Hotel! Die Zimmer sind eher klein, sehr hellhörig und die Klimaanlage auch im niedrigen Niveau deutlich hörbar. Die Betten sind ebenfalls klein.

- Irina (10/5): Apartamento cómodo y funcional al lado del casco antiguo - El apartamento está céntrico sin encontrarse en el casco antiguo evitando el agobio de esa zona, está a 10-15 minutos andando del centro comercial de Santander. Totalmente equipado, las camas son cómodas. Hay cápsulas de café de cortesía. Nos alojamos en el loft estudio (el pequeño) y fué suficiente para nosotras. Muy buen aislamiento del ruido, coincidimos con un partido de fúbtol importante en el que ganó el Racing y no escuchamos nada aunque había coches y motos en la avenida de delante del loft pitando a primeras horas de la noche. Fueron muy amables conmigo, me dejé el portátil en el apartamento cuando ya habíamos marchado y respondieron inmediatamente, dejaron la habitación sin limpiar hasta que yo pudiese acceder de nuevo y recuperar el portátil para que no entrase nadie más, y esperaron a que llegase de nuevo (pasada mi hora de check out). Hay 2 párkings privados muy cerca donde se puede dejar el coche más de 24h. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahí, y repetiremos seguro! Por añadir alguna cosa, echamos en falta servilletas y detergente del lavavajillas, pero hay un supermercado justo al lado así que no hubo problema.

Teve uma festa no hotel no dia, de outros hóspedes, e houve barulho de música da festa até tarde (acho que até 23h num sábado a noite). Tínhamos que dormir cedo e atrapalhou um pouco, mas de resto tudo ok.

Facilité d’accès à tout le « vieux Saragosse » à pieds depu - Nous avons adoré la beauté des lieux et l’amabilité du personnel. L’emplacement de l’hôtel en plein centre ville et l’accord avec la municipalité pour une place de parking dans le sous terrain d’en face (15€ pour 24h) favorise grandement notre retour une prochaine fois. De plus, ils acceptent avec joie les animaux, et nous avons pu séjourner avec notre petit bichon (10€ par nuit en supplément)

- Hdez (8/5): Tranquilidad - La ubicación del hotel. Buen precio. Calidad de desayuno. Decoración del hotel es preciosa. El trato del personal es muy bueno Nos quedamos en una habitación triple, de las que no estaban reformadas. Las camas eran más o menos cómodas pero las almohadas muy bajas y blandas. En el baño no había escobilla para poder utilizar tras usar el WC. Y solo había un lugar para colocar las toallas. No disponía de toallero para poner las toallas de mano, y esto era algo incómodo. Solo había una mesa de noche central para la cama doble y la individual. Lo cual que para una de las personas poder colocar sus cosas, tuvo que usar una silla. A parte la mesa era muy pequeña para poner las cosas de los tres. Pero por una noche que nos quedamos, y precio está bien. Supongo que las habitaciones reformadas tienen más detalles en estas cositas. El hotel es precioso. El servicio es bueno. El desayuno fantástico, aunque no hay muchas mesas en el interior del comedor para la cantidad de aforo del hotel. En el exterior hay más mesas, pero si hace frío no es agradable desayunar fuera.

- Max (10/5): Saragosse est un excellent choix pour passer 3/4 jours agréables dans une ville accueillante qui offre des visites c - Hotel en restauration complète. La façade qui est encore en travaux contraste encore avec l’intérieur au décor épuré chaleureux et agréable. Le personnel est accueillant et aimable. Nos chambres spacieuses et confortables (pas de plateau de courtoisie ni de mini bar) donnaient sur l’Avenue Cesar Augusto à deux pas du centre historique saragossan. Hôtel au 55 de cette avenue et le parking en face au 52. Des places sont réservées avec indication RESERVADO HOTEL AVENIDA juste en face de la sortie (15€ la journée payable à l’hôtel ou pas). Le petit déjeuner buffet se prend (de 7h à 11€) au 5ème étage propose un choix varié de produits de qualité.

We were in the older part of the hotel but still the room was spacious, clean and nice. location right next to the main Plaza. it was too hot at night and the a/c didn't work properly. also there are homeless people outside of hotel bothering you each time you leave or come back. they also make mess on the streets so it's not really pleasent.

Versgeperste sinaasappelsap, vers fruit etc. de kwaliteit van de afwerking van de kamer was zo, zo, Het voelt als een goedkope, snelle renovatie, waarbij bijvoorbeeld de oorspronkelijke houten deuren slordig overgeschilderd zijn.

È stata oggetto di ristrutturazione per cui la hall, la reception e gli ambienti comuni sono molto eleganti e accoglienti. Lo staff molto gentile Abbiamo soggiornato presso le camere standard non oggetto di ristrutturazione. Gli arredi e i sanitari sono molto datati, il letto molto scomodo e i cuscini inesistenti. Il sistema di climatizzazione super vecchio senza la possibilità di regolare la temperatura in modo efficace. Abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta per il caldo... Per uniformità con il resto della struttura suggerirei di adeguare tutte le camere al nuovo stile, è troppo evidente così la differenza
- YOLANDA (8/5): Buenas ubicación para ir andando al centro - Las habitaciones están limpias y el hotel es muy bonito. Puedes ir andando a todos los sitios del centro a hacer visitas. Los aledaños por la situación donde está tiene gente por la noche con malas pintas y algunos te abordan, eso no es culpa del hotel. El garaje hay que salir a las calle porque no dispone debajo del mismo, te gestionan uno público a pocos metros. La llegada en coche es un poco regular al estar en el centro no hay muchas indicaciones y te metes en los raíles del tren que va por superficie.....

- Andrés (7/5): Hotel céntrico, habitación sin más - La ubicación es excepcional, y el convenio con el parking justo en la puerta del hotel. La mampara de la ducha cubre solo la mitad de la ducha y con poco acaba todo el baño encharcado.

- Clara (8/5): Bien - Muy bien ubicado en pleno centro, cerca del transporte público y de muchos sitios de interés. El hotel era lindo y cómodo, la habitación muy grande y agradable Estaba la calefacción muy fuerte y no se podía modificar la temperatura dentro de la habitación (a pesar de apagarla dentro de la habitación). Esto hizo que durante la noche no podamos descansar muy bien. A pesar de abrir las ventanas, la habitación daba a un patio de luz que no corría mucho aire. Cuando lo comunicamos al personal, nos explicó que no se podía modificar la temperatura.
