• Moira (4/5): More attention needs to be paid to maintenance - I have stayed at this property before and as with last visit I found it to be spotlessly clean and a comfortable space, however on this occasion we were unable to sleep due to excessive noise throughout the night from the central heating. The staff moved us to another room however this was just the same as the previous room and after two nights of a 3 night stay we left and whilst we received a refund for the third night and the staff were very sorry we were completely exhausted after not sleeping for two nights. I’m sad to be writing this review because I can see the staff on site work very hard to present clean rooms.

• Mark (1/5): Didn’t stay - Well as this is the only way I can contact this establishment I would like to say I was supposed to stay on the 28/3/26 but was refused due to complaints about heating on previous stay I was told this 30 minutes before check in booking.com still took the money and I’m still waiting for a refund the chase hotel/green king says the money is held with booking.com but to be honest I don’t feel reassured of this could I please have my money back for a stay that I was charged for but never stayed .many thanks mark Eaton 07968868619

• Gertrudis Ma (7/5): Great value great stay - The rooms were good, bathroom new, all yoh can need in the room, bed confortable, courtains did their job, staffs were very nice Bathroom was a bit small, however the main problem is that the rooms were too hot despjte the heating been off, therefore we had fo sleep with the windown open. The breakfast could be better quality , however good for the price.

• Carol (10/5): Warm and welcoming . - Room very comfy ,bed nice comfy ,everything you need in the room ,tea ,coffee kettle etc. hair dryer, shower nice and hot with plenty towels..I also had breakfast great choice from cereal to toast ,fruit , fruit juice,tea , you can also have cooked breakfast ,I didn’t have cooked but was plenty to fill up on ..excellent service ,great place have stayed few times. There was nothing I’d change . I felt safe in my room and the pub and car park .

The WiFi was extremely poor and the area is very poor cellular reception so I was unable to complete some urgent work. The hotel have responded and are refunding me £30 but I have lost more than this in earnings due to completing my work late. Breakfast also stops at 9AM which seems really early. When I checked in the staff member was new and still learning but I feel her colleague (s) should have advised me about breakfast times etc

I'd had a difficult drive and would have appreciated getting in the room without a wait. I had emailed ahead to let them know approx. arrival time. The toilet leaked.

Had a separate car park for the Hotel part, away from just the pub/restaurant customers, which was excellent. Staff were very welcoming. We stayed for breakfast the following Morning, that was Excellent too! Cannot think of anything to dislike!

Breakfast was good, and it was nice to have it cooked to order rather than a "hot buffet". Strange design for the shower over the bath. A combination of a small glass screen and a plastic shower curtain. It was difficult /impossible to stop the water from flooding the floor.

Hotel in excellent location for the town and surrounding areas. Rooms are clean and tidy and spacious. For these reasons this is why I keep coming back. shame breakfast isnt included in the price. Doesnt matter though. Town is ten minutes walk away and plenty of places there to have a good breakfast at reasonable prices.

• Wendy (7/5): Overall good - Comfortable room, The one we requested, Good nights sleep, Cleanliness of the premises. Breakfast was only average with poor quality bacon and sausages. Just fast food, burgers and fried food on the menu. No quite area in the bar away from the big screens.

• Darren (9/5): Always our go-to hotel, for Nuneaton. - The rooms at the Chase are always clean, comfortable and welcoming. Given the time of year, it was actually a bit too warm and we ended up sleeping without the quilt over us! Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice and really good value for money, especially if you pre-book. A very minor hiccup, which we didn't discover until the morning but the room had only been set for one guest.
