CHRISTINE (9/5): Très bien situé - L'emplacement. Seulement quelques minutes à pied de la cathédrale et du centre historique. Interlocuteur très réactif aux messages. À savoir que cet appartement est en zone piétonne. Si vous venez en voiture, il faudra vous garer et finir à pied avec vos valises. Il y a le parking "San Clemente" (payant) à 4mn à pied.

Diana (8/5): - Die Lage des Apartements ist einmalig. 2 Minuten zur Altstadt und der Kathedrale. Und trotzdem total ruhig. Es ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und zum Haus gehört auch ein großer wunderschöner Garten. Es gibt leider ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit. Das merkt man schon beim reinkommen und kann es teilweise auch sehen. Daran sollte dringend was unternommen werden.

Elvire (7/5): Right in the middle of Santiago - amazing location and kind host! - Right around the corner of the cathedral, this is one of the best locations to stay at in Santiago! The property was quite nice and the kitchen well-equipped for some small meals/breakfast. The decorations also made it feel quite comfortable. If you want to do laundry, there is a machine, which is quite nice if you have gone for a long, sweaty walk. Host is also really nice and happy to accommodate additional requests (like an extra towel). If you like running; you can get to the Sar or other running locations rather quickly from here! The water pressure was quite low. I have long hair, and it took me forever to wash out the shampoo. We were also only provided one towel for our 5 day stay (although the host provided an additional one upon asking!). The bed was a bit smaller than expected.

Barbara (9/5): Scented garden - The garden was lovely, I didn't realise the other guests shared it and not did they, the way they looked at me sitting outside reading. Could see the cathedral spires, being only about 2 minutes' walk away, and the gorgeous scent of the plants soothed this exhausted sightseer. When the heater in the sitting room didn't work the owner had it fixed straight away, she was very helpful, recommending museums and restaurants after I'd mentioned my interest. There were no queues to the Cathedral early on Friday evening, 17 April, but was far worse in the mornings. The bedroom and sitting room windows face the street so I was reluctant to open them so only had the small kitchen window open when wanting some air.

Nathan (10/5): Large, comfortable apartments very convenient to the Cathedral and old town. - Excellent location for visiting the Cathedral and the town. Both stairs and elevator, easy door code access. Apartments (we had two) are very large and accommodating. Beds, showers, etc., are great. Rooms were quiet. Very short walk to everything we wanted to see, and it is definitely worth seeing. Also, there is a river walking path a short walk in the opposite direction of the Cathedral, which is a very beautiful and peaceful walk. The street is restricted to vehicle traffic; you have to have a key card or something or perhaps go during certain hours, otherwise the road is blocked with barriers. So, it was difficult getting our luggage to the unit. Once you are at the unit, there is an elevator and once you are there you just walk to the Cathedral and sights, so that was good.

Muy buena ubicación al lado de la plaza del Obradoiro...bueno, casi en la plaza ¿Qué es lo que buscábamos. Vanessa siempre atenta a todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Gracias!. El apartamento tiene todo el mobiliario nuevo y dispone de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Nos ha gustado mucho.
Jose (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la catedral. La puerta de la casa rozaba mucho con el suelo. Deberías de llamar a un carpintero para lijar la puerta, es rápido, barato y evita que se dañe el suelo del apartamento.

Martin (10/5): An ideal choice for a multi-day stay - This place is better than the photos! Our apartment was out in the garden, all on its own. The garden was delightful with fruit trees and full sun all day. The garden has a covered seating area ideal for entertaining guests (it is a shared facility but we were the only users). The bed was very comfortable - not like the camino albergue beds. The kitchen was fully equipped. It is just 500m from the cathedral, yet in a quiet street. Not a single concern. We had difficulty with some appliances but the host responded immediately.

Harrieth (9/5): - The location is very close by the Santiago cathedral, pilgrims' office, restaurants, markets and everything. It is quiet and spacious as well. The staff who dealt with us sent us information very last minute and kept on calling me despite given instructions that we just arrived and finished our Camino. The checking in of guests was quite complicated. It will be more helfpul in the future to send out information day before the check-in like the rest of the accomodations we had. Quite disappointing how it was managed expecting quite a lot from a central town as Santiago.

Marta (1/5): Hay mejores opciones un poco más lejos. - Tiene muy buena ubicación. Pero prefería haber estado más lejos en un sitio mejor. Fue un error por nuestra parte... El apartamento es viejo, pequeño, huele a cerrado. No hay mantas suficientes y hacia frio. La calefacción no funcionaba. No lo recomendaria con la de opciones que hay en Santiago. Nos dejaron un lavavajillas puesto con todos los platos... El tamaño de la cama no es para 2 personas, y menos si son altos como nosotros (altas, pero delgadas).
Robyn (8/5): Excellent Location, overall totally recommend the apartment. - Location was faultless. 2minutes walk to the Cathedral, lovely quiet street, excellent for sleeping. Easy access in through the front door with code and two swipe keys in an open lock box. A lift for the luggage was very welcome. Lovely sheets. Huge garden with fruit trees. A lovely surprise in the old City. Request for twin, the main room was made up as one bed. Luckily the lower bunk in the small room was made up as we were 2 single ladies travelling. Shame very limited 'on arrival' welcome basket, no milk in fridge, no coffee pods or coffee etc, in may other properties over 14 days we were surprised how many goodies were left for guests. Bathroom products, again lacking thought, no shampoo or conditioner which was evident in other properties. We loved the apartment but some small thoughtful items would give this property the edge.

nickname (7/5): washing machine broken and didn't update - The host responds always very soon and very friendly! The location is great and room is quiet for sleep. The washing machine didn't work and i booked here just for washing machine....Have to pay extra for washing in laundry. But as the host is nice so i didn't complain it. But please update the situation in booking.com then don't make this kind of annoying thing.

Margot (10/5): - Die Lage des Apparments ganz in der Nähe der Kathedrale war super. Trotz zentraler Lage war es sehr ruhig und die Ausstattung war gut. Die Betten waren bequem. Wir hatten von unserer Wohnung direkten Zugang zu einem traumhaften Garten, in dem wir uns nach den Besichtigungen gut erholen konnten. Das Schlafzimmer war recht klein mit wenig Stauraum. Uns hat es aber gereicht.

Being on the ground floor, the bonus was direct access to a peaceful garden. Our hostess was efficient, kind and offered help beyond my stay. This will be the first place I try to book on return to SDC. Sadly, there was no availability due me to extend my stay.

Andy (9/5): Wunderbar ruhiges Appartment - Gut eingerichtetes Appartment, sehr zentral und sehr ruhig. Wunderbar nach den teilweise sehr lauten Hostales auf dem Camino. Perfekt auch die Waschmaschine. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben, ausser Kaffee :). Schöne Aussicht in den Garten. CheckIn Formular war sehr mühsam auf dem Handy, die Applikation ist nicht für kleine Bildschirme vorgesehen. Zudem muss man seinen Ausweis mehrmals fotografieren.

Diego (7/5): - Posizione centrale a pochi passi dalla cattedrale La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare , quando ho chiesto alla proprietaria di cambiarmi le lenzuola perché avevano trovato peli e capelli , sembrava quasi non credesse alla mia parola questa cosa mi ha dato moto fastidio. Comunque le lenzuola sono state cambiate. L’appartamento è più piccolo rispetto alle foto, nel nostro il divano era rotto e sporco .
