• EMILIO (10/5): todo bien hotel ok personal ok - hotel 41 siempre es una confirma de ser un lugar perfecto sea por las personas que son de viaje , que la personas que le gusta la tranquilidad de este lugar. . muy comodo y tranquilo , tiene una tienda OXXO a 50 metros , no se escucia el sonido de carros y gente como cualquier hotel en la ciudad de valladolid. las cameras son comodas, limpias y todo el personal de este hotel es muy amable con los huesped . todos hacen su parte por hacer sentir los huesped comodos. un agradecimento a todo lo staff de hotel 41 desde las personas que limpian las habitaciones , las que atienden en cucina por el desajuno y obvio a la profesionalidad de Wendy la gerente que siempre esta al tanto si ay algun problema en el hotel y lo resuelve asi que los huesped quedan sadisfecho por su atencion y trabajo. el unico pequeno detalle es un poquito mas atencion y continuidad en la atencion de la alberga nada mas eso.

• marion (8/5): Confortable, super Séjour - -La literie parfaite ! -Piscine avec hamac agréable. -Situation géographique pas si mal car finalement on peut se garer devant la chambre, une station essence juste en face avec un petit super marché ! - à 20min à pied du centre par contre ( mais cela fait) - très bon p’tit dej, simple ( pas beaucoup de choix) mais très bon - un petit tapis de douche serait appréciable pour ne pas inonder la SDB -pas de rangement, pas suffisamment de « crochets » ou ceinture pour étendre nos affaires. - pas d’échelle dans la piscine ( il faut sauter pour y rentrer)

• Maialen (8/5): Hotel ideal para una estancia tranquila durante varios días. Buen desayuno incluido - El hotel es un lugar muy sencillo, ideal para pasar una o varias noches. Las habitaciones disponen de lo básico y son bastante grandes, hay espacio suficiente para estar cómodos. El desayuno está muy bien: tiene fruta variada o tostadas, café y plato principal con huevos (diferentes tipos), arroz y frijoles. El personal de recepción y cocina fueron muy amables. Es un sitio muy tranquilo, situado a la entrada de la ciudad. Es muy fácil llegar a él y tiene aparcamiento propio. Todo estaba muy limpio. La única pega fue que el wifi no funcionaba del todo bien y en ocasiones, como me ocurrió a mí, la única forma de tener datos era a través del wifi, por lo que me era necesario.

Naprawdę nie warto się męczyć nawet za tą cenę. Wszystko poza obsługą, która była bardzo miła. W pierwszym pokoju toaleta nie działała. W drugim toaleta bez deski.

• Alvarado (1/5): Un NO rotundo - La piscina No me quedé porque no respetaron mi reserva, trate de ponerme en contacto con el establecimiento desde temprano para asegurar mi reserva de dos camas porque viajaba con mi papá (su bandeja de Booking tenían 54 mensajes sin leer) , cuando llegue la señora de recepción me dice que mi reserva le callo tarde y que no tenía mi habitación solo la de una cama king cuando le comenté que le mandé mensaje desde la app y le llamé pero no contesto seguia diciendo que le llegó tarde mi reserva y que no la tenía disponible, después de un rato con el mismo diálogo me dijo que si tenía dos habitaciones con dos camas pero que no las estaban dando solo por qué no, pero que si quería verlas, ya era tarde y estábamos cansados accedí a ver la habitación, terrible abrimos la puerta había basura en el suelo, el agua del baño estaba corriendo desde que entre, solo una cama tenía dos almohadas, solo tenían una sabana, el baño estaba sucio y con moho. Nos fuimos. Pésima atención de recepción El hotel se ve bonito por las áreas verdes pero es lo único rescatable

Very agreeable and pleasant server. It's getting a bit shabby and it would be nice to have a chair either in the room or outside the door. Garbage gets left overnight and is strewn around by night critters.

You can choose from Eggs with ham, chorizo, or veggies with beans, rice, and white bread toast or fruit. We chose this place because of the free breakfast, but breakfast doesn't start until 8. We wanted to get an early start at Chichen Itza then go to Ek Balam but since we couldn't get breakfast until 8, we only went to Ek Balam. Coffee was instant. The shower curtain rod fell a couple of times. Nowhere to hang anything up, not even your towel. Was a bit run down but clean.

It wasn't very clean. We found lots of hair in the bathroom and some on our bed linens. There is also no top sheet, just a thin bed spread so it was a little chilly at night.

• Kevqon (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect getaway to chichen iza and cenotes. Just rent a scooter and everything around Valladolid is within 5-10 minutes. This hotel had one of the better breakfasts! Big fruit platter and the egg sausage/Mexican was really tastefull Our shower came with a manual (only setting was super hot) and everything was a bit damp because of it.
