- Elaine Nathaly (2/5): Mi peor decisión - Nada Absolutamente nada , llegué de Estados Unidos a este hotel y no pudimos dormir nada , primeramente no tenían elevador , nos dieron el último piso y tuvimos que subir con todas las maletas hasta arriba , y nadie nos ayudó , no tenía aire acondicionado, solo contaba con un ventilador de techo que hacía más ruido de lo que hechaba aire , bajé a recepción y le pedí mínimo un ventilador al personal de allí y me dijo que no contaban con eso . El baño estaba aceptable , nosotras felices porque tenía agua caliente y fría , conclusión , ni bañarnos pudimos porque toda el agua estaba hirviendo cuando la poníamos , no tenía nada de agua con la que uno se pudiera bañar bien . Literal no vengan aquí , tuvimos que abrir una ventana para que entrara aire porque sudamos mucho , obvio tuve que cancelar los demás días y con eso no hubo problema , solo me cobraron esa noche y al día siguiente me fui a otro hotel que igual tenía el mismo precio y tenía aire acondicionado, piscina , desayuno incluido ( que en este no tenía ) , y estaba en el centro de Miraflores .

Os funcionários são muito educados e solicitos, tive um problema com meu celular eles foram muito atenciosos, me auxiliaram sempre que eu precisei. Ótimo atendimento Poderia ter ar condicionado no quarto, por mais que tenha um ventilador de teto, o ar condicionado deixaria tudo perfeito.

Service was great. Breakfast was okay: fresh rolls, slices of cheese&bologna, fried egg, butter and marmalade. No elevator, so not accessible to all.
