• Smith (10/5): Tour Cusco - Estuvo bien el hospedaje realmente recomendado, en el caso que quieras caminar mas de 3 cuadras de la plaza de armas. Limpieza ninguna queja.
• nicolas (8/5): Hostal sencillo y cordial - Un hostal sencillo, a 4 cuadras de plaza central de cuzco lo que es una ventaja, personal atento y cordial, tal vez pequeños arreglos en dormitorios como cambio de alfombra y un colchón mejor, lo demás por el precio y ubicación estoy conforme

• Alexander (10/5): Perfecto para Cusco - Perfecto lugar para quedarse en Cusco si deseas cuidar el bolsillo, a 6 cuadras de la plaza de armas. El servicio fue excelente en todo sentido desde amabilidad del personal y la accesibilidad para el check-in y la atención de brindarte un té si tienes frío.

• Robson (10/5): - Hotel muito próximo ao centro turístico de cusco e de uma segurança impar. Fizeram a gentileza de ficar com minha mala enquanto fui a MP. uma equipe sem igual ! Super indico o hostel.
• Viola (8/5): - The hostal is at good location, only 5 minutes walk to the centre. The couple are very nice and helpful. It didn’t have hot shower at the first night but the owner quickly solve the problem and fixed it right away. It’s a buget hostal and for a short stay.
• Jean-Bernard (10/5): Petit hôtel en centre-ville à l'accueil super. - Petit hôtel calme dans un vieux bâtiment avec petit patio pratiquement dans le centre historique. L'accueil fut excellent, à notre écoute... et en Français (rare au Pérou)! Petit-déjeuner américain bon et copieux. On y reviendra.
• Rich (8/5): - Great little hostel right down the road from the main center. My son and I stayed here for 9 nights well adventuring around Cusco and the surrounding areas. The staff was always polite and happy to help, the beds were changed daily and most of all it was incredibly cheap. Pros - Cheap - Great location - Polite and helpful staff - The beds where surprisingly comfortable and they had layers of Alpaca blankets to keep you nice and warm at night. The only cons and they were not to big a deal for us. - Hot shower is hit or miss. - Our wireless was spotty, but I never really asked about it because I was on my network. -The room can get a little chilly, but you are in Peru!! - Cusco is a loud city, lots of honking and fireworks. If you need it to be quiet, ask for a room, not on the road. I didn't mind, it was great for people watching. Over all, great little place I would stay here again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Super hyggeligt - Rigtig hyggeligt hostel, ca 10 min gang fra torvet. Familien, der ejer det, har været rigtig søde til at hjælpe os med udflugter og anbefalinger til spisesteder.
• Roberto (8/5): - Chegamos por volta das 5 da manhã. O recepcionista nos permitiu deixar a bagagem porém nem um chá nos foi oferecido (fazia muito frio!). Uma das noites faltou água quente no chuveiro! De modo geral camas bem confortáveis. Edifício antigo, necessita de reformas! A placa da fachada é minúscula. Quase não encontramos o hostel!
• Alex (8/5): Bom custo beneficio. - Hostel simples e com boa localização. Unico ponto negativo é que o chuveiro nem sempre esquentava. Preço acessível.
• Thaís (8/5): - O custo benefício é muito bom. O hotel fica a cerca de 8 minutos de caminhada da praça das armas, os quartos são limpos e arrumados. O maior ponto forte é a família que toma conta do hostel, foram sempre muito agradáveis e prestativos, nos ajudaram com tudo que precisamos e foram sempre muito educados. Único ponto ruim é não aceitar pagamento no cartão. Recomendo.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Chilly stay! - We stayed at this hostel on each side of two trips, storing luggage on site as we went out on other adventures. That worked well, and the owners/staff were really nice and accommodating of our comings and goings. But there were a couple of things that made the stay less than ideal; of the three rooms we stayed in, only one had a reliably hot shower, one warm, one pretty much just cold. Another problem was the lack of heat in the rooms--I knew that going in, but our first room, was basically open air, with lots of room for outside air to come in around the door, windows and roofline over the bathroom, and the temp that night dropped below freezing! Even with 3 alpaca blankets, it was cold--I slept in my down coat. Rooms right off the lobby still cooled down at night, but weren't as cold. But really, for the price, what did I expect?! Just next time I'd go at least a bit more upscale. Also, be aware that "pay at the hotel" means in cash in US dollars. Happily I had enough along to do so.
• Kullaya (10/5): A nice family run traditional hostel. - A nice quiet little family run hostel in a solid old traditional Cusco building very close to Plaza de Armas. Caters principally for Peruvian travellers so you meet the thoroughly nice and very polite local guests in their own environment. Rooms are unheated as is traditional, but they'll lend a heater if you're cold in winter.
• Leo (10/5): - So much nicer than I expected. The owner is really nice as well. The room is a bit cold.

• Rong (10/5): best hosts you could ask for! - We just came back from Cusco to Canada. we stayed two nights in this hostel. Eliana and her husband provided the best service you could asked for. They helped us booked tours, bought the bus tickets, storage the luggage when we were away and helped us so much more. It feels like a home away from our own home. Thank you for everything you did for us!

• Pablo (10/5): - Very nice hotel, it is ran by the owners, they are really friendly and will help you with everything you need. They even stored some of our luggage for 5 days while we were on a trek at no extra charge. And they arranged several tours for us at a great price
• Joe (8/5): Excellent location for exploring Old Cusco - It can be cold in the mornings, but that is normal everywhere in the mountain hotels. The location is awesome for exploring the Old Historic District of Cusco, and I walked everywhere. Sacsayhuaman is a short hike right up the road from the hotel. The owners were very helpful and friendly all the time. It was a pretty good option especially for the Christmas season with Plaza de Armas right down the street!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel barato y razonable - Tuve muy alta expectativas de hotel basado en las evaluaciones pero no los cumplio. El cuarto estaba viejo con pintura casi cayendo del techo. A pesar de esto, el cuarto fue grande y comodor. Un poco de bulla de la calle. Personal muy buena, ubicacion algunas cuadras de la plaza de armas. En general razonable por el precio.

• Ivan (10/5): Cuzco cálido gracias a Kay Pacha :D - En general estuvo muy bien, la habitación estaba cálida todo el tiempo, piso alfombrado, el wifi llegaba sin problemas, aunque considero que las toallas del baño deberían de cambiarlas todo los días.
• Bandula (6/5): Reasonable for the money I paid - This is a hostal, but I got a single room with a double bed with private bath. Its within 8-10 minutes walking distance from Cusco historic centre. Price was very reasonable for what I got.
• Alex (8/5): No-frills hotel in a decent location - This place is good for a group of friends staying together in one room on the cheap, as most of the rooms had 3 beds each and the price can't be beat. It's locked up safely at night, and it's an easy walk to the main square. The beds were clean but one of the showers was a little gross on the ceiling. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and gave us great advice on where to go and what to see.

• Verified traveler (8/5): On peut trouver meilleur rapport qualité/prix - Hotel pas trop loin du centre et à 5min à pied de l'animation tout en étant dans un endroit calme. Par contre les chambres donnent sur la rue et on entend les voitures passer toutela nuit. Les chambres sont correctes mais les parties communes ne sont pas extraordinaires et même à Cuzco, on peut trouver un meilleur rapport qualité/prix.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great value - Hostal Kay Pacha was great value and just what we needed for our stay in Cusco. It's in walking distance from the Plaza, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The shower was not always hot, but could still be used. I would stay here again.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good people and place - I stayed at Kay Pacha throughout my 2 1/2 week trip to Peru; it was kind of my home base. I stayed in three different rooms and all were comfortable. It gets a little cold at night, but that's why they have blankets and hot showers. The hotel staff held my bags while I trekked and took a trip to the jungle, which was extremely nice. The couple who runs the place were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Los tours se pueden tomar con ellos con total tranquilidad que te van a cumplir. Fue muy buena elección habernos hospedado en Kay Pacha, pues es un hostal limpio, económico y bien ubicado.

• Lizeth (8/5): Limpio, buena ubicacion - Las personas que atendían muy amables, la limpieza era diaria, el lugar esta cerca del centro de cusco (muy conveniente y tranquilo, se puede caminar por las noches) Estaba cerca de diferentes lugares para comer. Lo único malo es que tuvimos algunos problemas con el agua caliente, la primera noche nunca salio agua caliente, después tibia y el ultimo día si estaba caliente, de ahí en fuera todo bien! Ah una cosa mas, no tienen servicio de desayuno.

Then when we arrived she walked us to the hostel. Unbelievable! You will never get better service than this.

• Leandro (10/5): - Tivemos uma recepção muito boa... fomos muito bem tratados pelo hostel... o local é um pouco afastado da Praça das armas. Porém na mesma rua, que é bom.. pq não tem barulho... enfim, foi muito boa nosso tempo.. local excelente para quem vai ficar em cusco por uma semana
• Stacey (10/5): Excellent choice for those on a budget - Clean rooms with comfy beds, hot showers and wifi. The hosts are amazingly accommodating, assisting us to find tours with reputable companies, and letting us keep our bags in storage and stay on the couch till our 10pm bus. Great base for exploring Cusco and surrounds, minutes to the main square. Definitely recommend.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel regular, cómodo, bien para algunos días. - Llegamos y los dueños son amables y accesibles, puede reservarse tours con ellos, si bien en la plaza de armas es también posible conseguirlos un poco más baratos, nosotros reservamos el tour de la montaña arcoiris por 100 soles, y en otros lugares el tour lo vimos hasta en 60 soles, la diferencia es que con ellos supuestamente la calidad del servicio está garantizada. Otro detalle es que en mi reservación aparecía como incluido el desayuno, y ciertamente la señora no nos dio desayuno, me dijo que en la reserva no estaba incluido, y yo confié en eso y no me fije en la app de hoteles.com que decía que sí venía incluido el desayuno, entonces ese es un mal punto para el hotel. Por lo demás, las habitaciones son regulares, están bien, limpias y cómodas, nada expectacular pero adecuadas para visitar cusco.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great hostal and amazing staff! - Kay Pacha has the best staff ever. They are very friendly and willing to help you to solve problems and organize another tours not just in Peru, but in Bolivia as well. I had a problem with another tour agency and they took their time to help me to figure out the solution. I highly recommend their service and the hostal is ver well located, just a few blocks from Plaza de Armas.
