• Stephanie (10/5): Relaxing few days from busy cities - Hotel was great. The local bus stops right outside the hotel from the train, which then made it very easy to do things like go to the historic theme park near by. Onsens were lovely, it was snowing when I was there so great to do the outdoor one. Breakfast buffet was good, staff were all lovely. Room was spacious in the traditional room and staff come and make up your futon on your first night. Walking distance to hell valley.

• Thupten (9/5): Good hotel for the location, Onsen and facilities. - Onsen was nice and with a good seafood buffet. Steak was good. The location is good to the hot spring walk and bear park. Comfortable beds and all working facilities in the room. The carpets in the room did not feel clean. It feel like an old aging hotel close to requiring a carpet replacement.
• 稔 (8/5): Betterでした!(^^)! - 今回初めてパークホテル雅亭を利用させて頂きましたが、スタッフの方々の笑顔での対応やちゃんと挨拶をして頂き、社員教育がしっかりされているんだなぁ～と感心しました。又、料理も良く、又、利用してみてもイイかなと思いました。

• jiaojiaao (3/5): 体验感很差 - 温泉还不错 可能因为酒店建设年数很久，所以设施比较老了，到这也没办法，可是6万4日元一晚性价比真的很差，晚餐虽然有蟹腿，但是品质一般，菜品非常少，大部分都是鸡肉做的菜，早餐就更没什么可吃的了，大堂只有热水，热茶热咖啡等一些热饮都没有，总之觉得钱花的不值

• Angela (8/5): - The indoor onsen was good, with three pools offering different temperature options. Both the Western and futon beds were comfortable. Although the rooms are a little dated, they were clean and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to nearby shops. The dinner and breakfast spread was quite limited.

Buffet dinner & breakfast worth the money spent It’s a little bit old, but it’s clean overall and comfortable to stay. Location is a little bit far from town, but still within walking distance. • YI-LUN (7/5): 溫泉區裡面的平價樸實老飯店 - 溫泉很舒服，停車場很大，房間是日式老飯店，格局小小的，餐點普通。距離老街大約5分鐘路程，距離地獄谷也差不多5分鐘，晚上很安靜。

• Renske (8/5): Prima - Ontbijt was prima. Ik las elders opmerkingen over het beperkte aanbod brood of iets dergelijks. Je gaat naar Japan, dan kun je verwachten dat het een voornamelijk Japans ontbijt is. En dat was gewoon goed! De airco was al omgezet naar verwarmen ipv koelen. Dat is natuurlijk een persoonlijke voorkeur, voor ons was het nog te warm en hadden we graag de airco kunnen aanzetten.

• Roland Low (9/5): Experiencing Japan's tradition - Our hotel rate included breakfast which was great; nice meal before touring the area. We celebrated a friend's birthday at the hotel buffet - was great value for money! The traditional floor bed was a nice experience and so was the sound of river running below our window facing the mountain. And we enjoyed the onsen just at basement of hotel. Wonderful 2 nights ....

• Emilia (7/5): Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo - Buona posizione, non lontano da Jigokudani. Cena e colazione buone. Struttura molto grande con tanti ospiti. Camera un po' datata.
• Leena (10/5): - In love with Noribetsu, so staying here was a no biggie. The place is nice and the room is big. This place was a non-smoking friendly and true compare to another hotel I have stayed last year in Noribetsu where i requested for a non-smoking room to only get a smoking room. The only thing I wish was different is for the meal to change on a daily base, because you will be eating the same breakfast and dinner everyday.
• Justin (10/5): Hokkaido’s Finest - I felt like a king staying here. Here you’ll find one of the finest onsen in Hokkaido, if not the entire country. The hotel has a distinct feeling of luxury from an era gone by, one that hasn’t faded per se, but has a well-developed patina.
• Michael (10/5): - Noboribetsu onset area not a big area and everything is walkable but nice that the hotel location is a little off to side of main centre. The onsen baths of the hotel were great!
• HOSONO (6/5): 失敗でした。 - 特には無かった バイキングが売り物らしいが、客がガツガツしてる感じがあり、余り気分が良くなかった。味も今一つです。砂糖味が強くて貧乏人の味付けと言う感じした。
