- Keith (8/5): Studio suited our family of 3 - This little place was good for us. Maybe a little smaller than we expected but worked for our 3-day visit. This is a studio apartment that we stayed in. Our host was very helpful and friendly, very communicative and reached out to us before we needed to reach her. Bonus she spoke English! A little dodgy when we entered the space. Skeptical of the stairs and the smell of cat urine but pleasantly surprised when we had to unlock a second door on the landing and enter a bright fresh hallway to get to our apartment. Our 8-year old loved the loft but it’s a bit unwieldy getting up there as a Middle Aged person. Luckily the ladder has wide rungs. We slept on the couch futon which was harder then the cozy mattress in the loft. Bathroom was tight but we all managed once we focused on the curtain and the direction of the water - not much room to turn around. The sink was big and we did use the washer- bonus. Enough toilet paper for our 3 days and the right little bin for the wipes. Kitchen was perfect for us- fridge for morning food and evening drinks. Made our coffee there and filtered water as well. The temp was fine in room, and we did have the window open until we got a mosquito. Surprised we were just fine in July with closed window. Also the bus is super awesome - down to the right and across the street. We took the #8 I believe to get to the hermitage / canal / everything every day.
