- Lianna (5/5): Damp and mold - Staff were very nice. It is clean. There is a big ventilaton problem in the hotel. The mold is growing under the wallpaper and everything in the room became damp, including the bedding and all my clothes. They do provide a small dehumidifier but I had to empty it multiple times a day as it kept filling up

- Motokazu (9/5): エキチカで静かに過ごせる宿泊施設です。 - 幹線道路沿いおよび、地上を走るメトロ沿いにあるにも関わらず、窓が二重窓になっていてとても静かでした。逆に、空調の音がうるさいくらいに気になってしまいました。 近くには、食堂なども多数あり、メトロの駅にも近くて便利です。 館内禁煙なのですが、宿泊客の中に規則を守らない輩がいるようで、特に廊下でニコチン臭がしていました。

- Chang Sheng (6/5): 捷運西湖站住宿的好選擇 - 這家飯店的唯二好處是便宜和毗鄰捷運西湖站的交通便利，其他的話，緊鄰馬路邊，隔音不佳，即使住在五樓，半夜的車聲有點吵，杯子使用紙杯，非常環保，其他都可以接受。

- Jana (2/5): - After a 13 hour flight I had to look at 3 different rooms as all the rooms were run down. This hotel is not a hotel but rather a brothel. In my 13 days stay in this hotel there were many couples on at least 9 days who lived out their sexuality until 4 o'clock in the night. In addition, everything is so noisy that I could even hear the couple who lived 3 rooms next to me. Now to the bathroom, the edge of the sink and the rim of the toilet is full of mold. Apart from that, there is no storage space for the wash bag. I could only light the room with the room card and could only switch off the light by removing the room card. There are no food options in this hotel, poop sheets are also in the reception area. So for me this hotel is out of the question. The rooms are plain and simple, but you shouldn't look under the beds. Because there are many cobwebs and dirt from at least. 1 year before my arrival.

- Felicia (8/5): Very good - Staff are very friendly and helpful. I also like they let you leave your luggage under their watch before check in and after check out. It allows us more time to explore the area. Location is really excellent. We can actually see Xihu Station from our window but the room has double glazing. So it's not noisy at all. The place is handy to everything including good eateries and bus stops. If my memory is correct, I think there's no control on the air conditioning. I found the air was a bit dry in the night while sleeping.

The staffs are nice. One of the receptionists is very helpful. She helped us to make a call and booking reservation for a new year buffet.

- Cheng (10/5): Overall, I will give a 9 on the 1 to 10 scale level. - The location is perfect ! I was able to fully utilizing the MRT and other public transportation in Taipei. There are so many hidding gem(s) around that area. The Westlake city public library is the "must see" in compare with San Francisco's branch libraries. The "Second Floor Cafe" is right across the street, thumbs up all the way and the price was WTF low, LOL ! The hotel front desk personnel were very friendly and knowlegeble about the city in and out, and they were able to provide me with many tips for different "Night Markets" around the city, place(s) to see beside all the tourist spots. The house cleaning crew were also very friendly and provide very good cleaning services. sound proofing could be improof. however, this is a 30+ years old hotel, and it does not have too many noisy customers. I had only encounter one night with noise next door.

- Yuxuan (2/5): Please choose your trip wisely, you don't wanna ruin it. - Imagine the only window is located on the upper location of the shower, and the bath tub is made of cheap plastic, you can feel it's shaking when you stand on it, i was so afraid to broke it. I don't know what's wrong with there air condition, it keep blowing even you turned it off, it made tons of noise. Please treat yourself better and select another hotel.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby Hotel facilities are old and really need a good uplift. The tile gaps around bath has black spots, seems to be mould stain. Shower head bracket is not proper. Wifi is very bad.

- Chiao (10/5): It was pleasant! - My stay was great and exceeded my expectations. It's not the most modern accommodation, but it was cozy and had everything I needed. The air conditioning was a bit too strong (too cold) even after I adjusted the temperature, so you might want to bring an extra blanket or jacket for the room. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
