- Imanol (2/5): Unfriendly staff - Proximity to airport I was few years ago at this hostel and it was really nice, I felt really comfortable and the staff was very cool. However, I stayed in 2026 and it has changed for bad. When I asked for breakfast (which is included) the receptionist said that they do not provide breakfast at 5am cause is too early. I understand that, but I asked only for coffee and he said that I’m asking too much. In some hostels they have coffee prepared from the previous day or at least instant coffee. The staff simply laughed at me. Additionally, the staff doesn’t speak Spanish which is not an issue for me cause I do speak English but… come on dude you’re in Spain. Learn the basics at least
- Chris (1/5): Mienten en su perfil: no tienen recepción 24h - Nada porque no dormí ahí. Este albergue no tiene recepción 24 horas. Lo dicen en su perfil y es mentira, algo por lo que Booking debería sancionarlos. Que me hayan engañado implica que me han hecho perder mi dinero buscando otro lugar al tiempo que se niegan a devolverme mi dinero por no cumplir con lo acordado, lo cual es robar. Han robado 19 euros y han ganado una crítica pública negativa más (de las muchísimas que tienen). EDITO: Aquí en su perfil de Booking siguen marcando en su perfil tienen recepción 24 horas, y aún tienen la desfachatez de negarlo en su respuesta.

- Aimara (10/5): Muy bien - El ambiente en el hostel es muy agradable. Sobre todo está transitado por peregrinos. Las instalaciones están muy bien. Hay una cocina completa de uso comunitario hasta las 22:45h. Los baños están limpios, agua caliente, jabón, papel higiénico. Al llegar te dan la ropa de cama para armar la litera. El personal del hostel geniales! Volveremos seguro si tenemos que hacer noche en Bilbao de nuevo en el futuro

The facility inside and out was occupied by people laughing, screaming, dancing and generally in party mode oblivious of those of us trying to sleep. The ultimate insult was one of the residents bringing a friend into our room to show him how he/we had to sleep

- Karen (6/5): Voor ons te rumoerig - Goede matrassen voor een stapelbed. Aardig personeel. Veel lawaai van andere gasten. Verder klopt de foto van de kleine kamer met vier bedden niet. Er zit enkel een raam in waardoor je niet naar buiten kunt kijken (afgeplakt).
- Tomáš (7/5): Hostel je přímo na Stezce, takže je poměrně rušný, což má své výhody i zápory, podle toho jaké máte očekávání. Palandy n - Hostel je umístěn přímo nad historickým centrem a je z něj krásný výhled na poutnický kostel a město. Krom vlastních pokojů se v hostelu nachází i společenská místnost a jídelna s možností posezení. Z lednice je možné si zakoupit několik lokálních řemeslných piv.
- Lone Steen (8/5): Jeg synes, dette hostel er rigtigt godt til prisen. - Jeg kunne godt lide, at der var sovesale for henholdsvis kvinder og mænd. Jeg kunne lide, at der var aflåste skabe til rygsække og private ejendele, foruden opladning til telefoner og andre ting i skabene. Der var mulighed for madlavning og separat loungeområde. Det var rigtigt fint. Vi fik en venlig velkomst. Det betyder også noget. Der var ikke noget, jeg ikke kunne lide. Jeg manglede mulighede for at vaske tøj i hpnddn fordi Handicaptoilettet blev brugt til lager. Det var formentlig bare midlertidigt og jeg fandt en anden løsning.

- Rainer (1/5): Für einen ruhigen und entspannten Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen - Liegt unmittelbar am Camino Sehr laut im Objekt, ständige Unterhaltungen auf dem Flur und im Eingangsbereich, keine Einhaltung der Nachtruhe, Objekt Eingangstür liegt unmittelbar neben dem Zimmer und wird die ganze Nacht frequentiert, Toiletten unsauber, Zimmer sehr laut durch Straßenlärm, Zimmer und Spinde zum aufbewahren der persönlichen Gegenstände nicht absperrbar, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt
