• Hanna (9/5): Worth the money for the thoughtful touches, location, and breakfast. - I loved the cabin theme throughout the hotel and rooms. Staff were efficient and responsive. The best part was breakfast is delivered to your room in a basket every morning. Breakfast is homemade local soups. We received a welcome hot chocolate which was a sweet touch. Easy walking distance to main attractions without being in the center of city/tourism chaos. The rooms are on the smaller side (but still large for Japanese hotels), if you are traveling with ski bags they will take up precious real-estate. There is still space to maneuver and be comfortable.

• なおこ (10/5): - ホテルに到着すると、５時から8時までスモアやワインやソフトドリンクのサービスがあり、大人も子どもも楽しめました。 駅から近いだけだなく、徒歩圏内に素敵なレストランやコンビニ、公園、すすきの等の繁華街があり、タクシーもすぐ捕まるので立地も最高でした。 到着した夜はすすきのでご飯、翌朝レンタカー屋さんまで徒歩で行き、余市、神威岬、小樽までドライブして、夜はすすきのでご飯。最終日は、東急REIホテルまで行き、札幌国際スキー場で1日スキーを楽しんで帰りました。 朝、8時の朝ごはんサービスを6時半に変更対応してもらえたので、予定を立てやすかったです。また、備え付けのキッチンやコーヒー、お茶、水のサービス、朝ごはんが美味しいスープとパンを部屋で食べられたのもよかったです。 アメニティも充実して、部屋着が生地のしっかりしたパジャマだったので寒くなく快適に過ごせました。バストイレが別なのもよかったです。ベットのマットも固すぎず、家のように居心地良いホテルでした。 2泊2日で大人4人、小学生1人でしたが、大変お得な値段で素敵なホテルに泊まれました。 上の階の人がどんどん夜中まで跳び跳ねているような音を出していて、気になる人はいるかもしれません。

• Denice (10/5): I wished I could have stayed here longer! - Walking into this place, you are greeted with the comforting scent of essential oils and fresh hot cocoa. The design of this hotel is gorgeous, with the cabin-style wood paneling, rustic furniture, and warm lighting. Staff was kind and there were English menus available for everything. Absolutely delicious breakfast. There is a different soup every day with bread, butter, and juice. The presentation is very nice and it came on time every day. The complimentary wine tasting and smore experience was wonderful! We also tried room service and there are so many things that they are able to provide, from board games to humidifiers. The place was clean and quiet. About 10 minute walk to the train station and around the corner from a Lawson.

• Seiichi (5/5): お値段なりのホテル - 1.ホテルのコンセプトは十分に伝わるものであり、空間としてはそこそこ浸れた。 2.最上階のバースペースは雰囲気も良くとても寛げたが、接客に笑顔が足りないと感じた。 3.フロントで注文できるドリップコーヒーは、鼻から抜ける独特の香りが個人的には好ましく、気分良くチェックアウトできた。 1.水回りのリノベーションが不十分だと感じた。浴室の雑菌臭は特にひどく、利用する気が失せました。元々レイトアウトでゆっくりとするつもりだったが、早々にチェックアウトし、最寄りのスパを利用せざるを得なかった。 2.利用できるカップがステンレスのため、ホットドリンクを飲む際に非常に熱く飲みにくかった。 3.室温の調整が大雑把過ぎて、暖房を最低で運転してもかなり暖かく不快だった（停めると寒い）

Nous avions laissés nos bagages à la réception quelques heures avant l'heure du check-in. Quand nous sommes revenus pour le faire, nos bagages étaient déjà dans la chambre, un bonheur ! Le petit déjeuner est certes un peu léger mais les soupes sont tellement bonnes et réconfortantes que ça compense ! Un réel plaisir L'hotel est un poil excentré d'une quelconque gare ou station de métro, ce qui fait qu'il faut marcher une dizaine de minutes, rien d'insurmontable ceci dit. Il fait très chaud dans les chambres, et les équipements bien que très fonctionnels semblent quand même avoir bien vieillis

Family room was great for kids. Enough space for two large suitcases with some room to sit on the sofa and walk around. Breakfast soup and bread sounded disappointing vs chain hotel big buffets but it was actually amazing. Very delicious soup flavours and great crusty bread. No need for a wasteful buffet breakfast, this was delicious. Also late check out was appreciated for a reasonable fee. Beds and pillows were comfy. Happy to stay here again. Common to most hotels, I wish the towels were bigger and more like a bath sheet.

• Rebecca (8/5): Great location, comfortable room, nice bonus breakfast! - Breakfast soup sounds strange, but we loved it. They also include a little bag of pastries and bread, and this was a great start to our days without having to go out early to search for food. Bed was comfortable, and if you don't know about Japanese hotel rooms and standard v. love hotels, it can be challenging to find a decent size room with a big enough bed for a couple. This place fits the bill without being a traditional "love hotel." Staff was super friendly, and the restaurant was very convenient, quiet, and cozy for us one evening when we were just totally zapped after a long day walking the city. This hotel is also VERY close (2ish blocks) to the Nakajima subway station and you can very easily walk to the Susukino district or Odori park. Nakajima park itself is only 3 blocks. So, this location is a little quieter/not quite in the hubbub, but close enough to give you access to everything you'd want. That worked really well for us. My only slight gripe is that this is a hotel that offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms. While we got a non-smoking room, there were times where I could still slightly smell smoke in the facility. I think they do a good job to try and reduce it, but realistically there is only so much you can do. Smoking indoors is somewhat common in Japan, so somewhat unsurprising. But, if you are very very sensitive, you may want to check with the facility first to see if they can make any additional accommodations or pick a different, completely smoke-free place.

• david (7/5): Cuts the funky mustard! - Nice boutique 10 minute walk from downtown. Reception is polished for a cosy homely feel. Has a rooftop bar as well but did not hang there long. Limited bar food menu. Small room.

The wine bar upstairs and patio was a nice treat! Walking distance to Odori Park. We were 6 adults and booked the family room, it was squishy but doable. Make sure go understand the size of room you are booking first. The bathrooms were tiny but all in all it worked!

• Chunlin (10/5): - On arrival we were advised of a few drink time in the bar on the top floor. There were also BBQ outdoors which we could cook marshmallows. Nice decorations in the room and a breakfast was delivered to our room as required. The bathroom was quite nice and clean. When the breakfast was delivered to outside our room as required at 6.30 it was done so quietly that we didn't even notice. Then I called the front desk and the staff told us he could not speak English and the next staff who spoke English would not start until 9am. After I opened the door then I realized that the breakfast was delivered and lying on the floor. I appreciate the early service of breakfast and It would be better if the staff give us a knock on the door or something to let us know.

• Ashley (8/5): Lovely little hotel with delicious breakfast and friendly staff - Staff very kind and helpful, lobby smells amazing, convenient location, nice sized rooms. Breakfast was delicious! Roof top bar was great, room service was fast and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.
• Jennifer Ulloa (10/5): Amazing stay a cute little cozy cabin - The hotel was really nice and cozy and it was very near to a lot of points of interest and a train station. The staff was really helpful and kind to us, they received us with hot chocolate and the breakfast everyday was amazing a solid 10. Also we traveled with our toddler and they had snow toys outside for her to play with.

• Rebecca (10/5): Cozy, friendly hotel, perfect for a winter stay - What a wonderful gem of a place, staff are friendly and helpful. The room is massive as is the bed! The roof top bar is a cozy spot to enjoy your free wine and smores. Breakfast soup was delicious On onsite self service laundry would have been great but you can send laundry out if needed
