The concierge team went above and beyond every step of the way helping us organize gondola rides, kindly rescheduling when the weather turned rainy, and even managing to secure us a reservation at Gio’s, which was completely booked online. A special mention to Omar, whose professionalism, and attention to detail made our trip truly unforgettable. I can confidently say this was hands down the best concierge and hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel itself is idyllic a perfect blend of modern luxury and timeless Venetian charm. The courtyard has a beautiful Middle Eastern touch, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere, while the rooms are spacious, contemporary, and immaculately maintained. We absolutely loved our trip to Venice, and Palazzo Veneziano played a huge part in making it so memorable. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

I had to spend time in getting them back in order. They should not have messed with the norebook in the first place. Irema, was very helpful, though, as she was very willing to offer any help. The room had very little room to place suitcases, etc.

The staff were all helpful and wanting to ensure we had a lovely time. Vin (the mixologist) made incredible cocktails and provided great recommendations to tour the city and eat. He was very passionate about his profession and the city!

The location in the Dorsoduro area of Venice is perfectly situated away from the crowds of St. Mark's Square, yet a safe and comfortable 20 minute walk to the Basilica and the the Doge's Palace. The staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely return to Palazzo Venetiano.

Had a private Gondola from the hotel and water taxi from airport to Hotel and these all made for an absolute fantastic break. Among all the stays in different hotels on this trip, this hotel had the best breakfast spread. Front lobby service as well as breakfast service was great. It was great to walk outside the hotel at night and great view of the canal and city on the other side of the canal. There was a stink in the pathway to and from the hotel.

On the downside, we felt the breakfast was fine but not up to the otherwise high quality of the hotel. I would also note that the hotel, while characterized as intimate, feels more like a conference hotel with the size of tour groups apparently staying there. Lastly, while it would seem to be a quiet hotel, our room was located next to a back canal loading area which became active at 5:30 an each morning. I’m not clear how many other rooms were similarly affected by the noise but it sure made sleep impossible from 5:30 to 6:30 each morning.

Would be easy to know where i'm staying if I go back.
- April (8/5): - We selected the location close to the Cruise terminal. While arranging the transportation we were told we were in the wrong location and paid 120eruo for a taxi and told this was the only option. Once we arrived we were then redirected back to our original destination and that was an addition 68eruo to get back to the hotel area to make our way to the cruise terminal. The lack of knowledge that the hotel had regarding terminal location and the fact we were told this was the only method of transportation was very poor. We could have paid 18eruo for a taxi out front of the hotel for a 10min ride to the local terminal to board our cruise. The hotel was lovely BUT the service for travellers was extremely lacking. it’s a hotel and they should know where the cruise terminal is and not redirect people in error.

The concierge did a great job helping us get transportation from the cruise terminal in Ravenna to their hotel. Then the bellhop met us at the taxi station to assist us with getting our bags to the hotel. The hotel is an easy walk from the taxi area. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are amazing. We had a great night sleep. There is breakfast included. We ate well. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel.

At the last minute I had to change my plans and leave earlier because of air travel delays and the person at the desk got me immediately connected to a taxi company while the bellhop walked me to the taxi spot. I can’t say how appreciative I was for the quick service.

- Elizabeth (6/5): - The hotel was very nice but … when we checked in we were told that we needed to contact the concierge if we had issues with the air conditioning because we didn’t have control of it in the room. Considering there has been a serious heat wave, we figured there might be a need to conserve energy. But when we got to the room, it was stifling hot, despite the thermometer saying it was 18 Celsius. We called the concierge and he said he would make it cooler. It became slightly cooler. The next day, same thing. It was much cooler in the hallway and we told that to the concierge. Again, he said it looked fine on his end but would make it cooler. Again, it changed slightly. The third day, it was even more hot. We spoke to a different concierge who said they might be able to get a technician to look at it. When we checked in later that day, no one had looked at it yet. Finally, we went back to the concierge, and luckily this time spoke with Romane, who took us seriously and transferred us to a new room. It was a night and day difference and finally we were able to rest and sleep comfortably. I searched reviews about air conditioning and found a couple who mention that the a/c needed to be reset. I would highly recommend that someone check the rooms prior to new arrivals, especially in a heat wave. I would also highly recommend you empower the room cleaners to notice if a room is demonstrably warmer than all the others. I hope no one else is given room 225 until the a/c is fixed.
