- Raquel (7/5): - Vey convenient for wembley stadium and tube into central London Bathroom could have been cleaner, we did not use shower as it did not feel clean (hairs on the shower gel bottle!)

- janeygee (7/5): Not perfect but would be happy to stay again. - Location was perfect for staying over after an evening footie match. Staff were very friendly. The bed was comfy and I slept well. The net curtains looked a little grubby. The shower could have been cleaner and I struggled to keep the water in the sink when washing as the plughole wasn't water tight. Pillows a bit lumpy.
- Ian (7/5): - Location, beer garden, staff, early check in Room very basic for the price
- David (8/5): I would stay here again, very convenient for Wembley - Nice room compact but high ceiling and big window made it comfortable. On Fridays and Saturdays they have a notice saying that there could be noise up until 2 am. My room was right over the pub, but there wasn’t too much noise. Bathroom was fairly modern and clean
- Ellie (10/5): - Great location and lovely room Loud noise from pub and machine outside of window
- Kaneshalingham (10/5): -
- Gurjao (9/5): It was nice rooms and very clean - Rooms , locations perfect Need tea kettle in room not out side
- Rebecca (10/5): - Big rooms, comfortable beds, clean and big bathroom, no loud environment. The position is excellent if you're gonna attend an event at the stadium or at the arena. Nothing about the place, just there aren't any gluten free/allergen free places to eat nearby so be prepared.
- Kirsty (8/5): Good location, warm and clean. - Good location. Clean and warm. comfy bed Broken bathroom sink plughole… Had to stop the thing up with bog paper to fill the sink.
- Barry (9/5): Overnight stay - Nice comfy single room
Close to Wembley Central Checking in wasn’t obvious what was required but soon rectified
- Martin (10/5): -
- Paul (8/5): -
- Russell (7/5): - All ok Prefer if tea coffee in rooms, and didn’t realise there was no parking, but that’s our fault really
- Phil (7/5): - Location and ftoendly staff Noisy (above pub)
- Micheal (8/5): -
- Jamie-Lea (8/5): Would stay again - Within walking distance of Wembley Stadium and the subway.
Clean, comfortable and modern. Easy check-in and check-out. No water at the tea and coffee station.
Unable to buy food and drinks because a private function was in progress. We had planned to eat there after travelling all day.
- Ali (6/5): -
- Michelle (1/5): Dreadful - What a dreadful , dirty hotel.
IThere were no staff on site, only to give me a check in key.
I felt extremely unsafe as a lone female. I did not see or hear any other guests. The front door was easy to access and left open late at night.
Upon arrival, there was a plate in the drawer, a used one and a bin with sweets and drinks thrown in. There was no toilet seat and cobwebs all over. I had paid to stay for 3 nights but left on day 2 and had to get another hotel in Wembley. It really was the worst hotel.
- Mana (8/5): -
- Catherine (10/5): Je pourrais revenir avec plaisir. - J'ai vraiment apprécié le pub Rien
- Mark (4/5): Never again - Easy access to football ground Doors slamming from staff living there
Prises in the bar mor expensive than Wembley and a twin room was a double
Having to share a not so double bed
- David (4/5): Average - It was okay . The drinks are too expensive . Probably because the foot ball was there . The staff was a mixture of pleasant and rude . There was banging doors in the morning and workers sanding tables outside too early . The beds are not comfy and security on the
Day was intimidating and rude to some people . Over all u would stay again but if I went with a group I’m afraid we would stay elsewhere for comfort The location was good but overall I think it could have been a lot better . The message we got was take the customers money and that’s it
- Zohreh (5/5): - The location was good There was no hair dryer in the rooms even though it was mentioned in the hotel amenities.
There was no kettle in the rooms and the machine at reception area didn't have hot water for making tea/coffee
- Kevin (7/5): Okay good location - Overall it was okay but the mattress was rock hard and very uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful The bed
- Amelia (5/5): Okay stay for 1 night, wouldn’t want to stay for longer than that but the staff were lovely and overall the place is goo - Great location
Staff were lovely The bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep in.
Room was tidy but not clean, stains everywhere and the remote for the tv was disgusting.
- Achal (8/5): Good location for Wembley Arena or Stadium - Space in the room was good.
However bed was too small and the mattress was to soft
Location of the hotel ideal for the event attending and staff were polite and helpful The Lamp and TV didn't work so had to get it replaced
The USB port didn't work so had to use my own which made it far to access phone
The light in the bathroom window wouldn't go off so light came through at night.

- Gabrielle (6/5): - Room was a decent size, with a good sized bathroom. Staff were helpful and hotel was easy to find. There was a TV but the remote was nowhere to be found. Other than that the room was very pleasant.
- Katja O (8/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): Lovely stay in Wembley
✓✓ - Closeness to Wembley arena, very comfy bed. Friendly staff. Very clean & spacious. No wardrobe if you wanted to stay longer than one night. Bit noisy, but there was a party, downstairs & we were knackered anyway.
- Kate (10/5): Great and very accommodating - The staff were extremely helpful, letting me drop my bags off and getting my key before heading to the gig. Location was great nice and close to the train station and venue n/a
- lesley (4/5): Overnight stay - Location good, priced appropriately. Website gives clear info re potential noise disruption/ music from attached bar until early hours Very thin mattresses on wooden bed frame, not conducive to a good night's sleep. Shared tea and coffee making facilities on landing not replenished. Minimal face to face contact with staff. Broken bed side lamp
- Guest (7/5): Overall it was fine - mainly the mattress/bed that needs replacing. - It was a great price and good location to Wembley Stadium.
Whoever was on reception on the morning of 10th December was the friendliest person we came across. He was very helpful and deserves a mention.
The food was very good. Hint- the tea and coffee machine requires you to push the two red buttons at the same time for hot water. Maybe a little sign there would help. The uncomfortable bed. They really need to invest in good mattresses as that is so important for guests. The TV kept changing volume from loud to quiet.
One bedside lap needed a bulb replacing.
They could have done with offering a continental breakfast. Maybe some cereal, orange juice and pastries/fruit.
- Ravi (2/5): - Strong smell of smoke in all the rooms and playing loud music until midnight
- Michael (7/5): -
- Keira (4/5): The place is in a good area and close to the main shopping arena and Wembley stadium, however the rooms are not good qua - The location was good, about a 5minute walk to the Wembley arena and ovo arena Wembley. Good range of shops. The sheets were clean and place looked modern from the reception area When I got into the room I sat down on the bed and sunk into the middle. I was wondering what happened, so lifted the mattress and saw that the planks were not in place, so we had to move them into place. The mattress itself was so thin and no support. The bathroom was dirty, fluff on the floor, dirt and hair on the side of the shower and the towels have different hotel names on. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. The coffee amenities are not in the room, there is a small station in reception but the advert doesn’t advise that. There was no lightbulb in one of the bedside tables. The walls are very thin, we could hear people talking in the room next door and could hear doors opening and closing all night.
- Mylène (9/5): - Place well maintained, welcoming staff, calm, not far from Wembley Park station, a lot of shopps around, good ration price/quality. a few cobwebs in the room
- Guest (6/5): - Close location to Wembley stadium and facilities Loud music in the bar until 2am
Complimentary tea and coffee but the hot water in the machine not working
- Camelia (10/5): - Everythink Everythink
- Lucy (1/5): Not worth it. AVOID - ......location.... Dirty and noisy
- Andrew (10/5): -
- Jeet (7/5): No coffee tea available at the room. - Room and location cleaningness
- Kay (5/5): Friendly staff. Great price at £140 to stay next to Wembley. Dusty and no tea/coffee making in room. - Right next to Wembley Stadium, very friendly staff, very reasonable price via booking.com. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean and fresh. Tea/coffee making facilities are only available in premium rooms, that was not clear on the Booking.com site but to be fair it is clear on their own website. You can make a free hot drink in reception. There was thick dust in all corners of the room. The fan had thick dust on it and extractor in bathroom had thick dust on it. The sealant around the shower tray was black and dark brown and also some of the grouting was black (needs a soak with some Cilit Bang). There were reusable containers of hand wash and shower gel which looked very reused and not attractive. The staff were lovely and if you know what to expect it was a great price at £140 next to Wembley.
- Philip (7/5): A great location for Wembley stadium and an over night stay. - The location was perfect for Wembley stadium access was very good and the staff were very friendly. There were no tea of coffee facilities in the room they were outside and the bed was very firm.
It is stated that music is played until 2pm but it stopped at midnight on the day we stayed and it was not so bad.
- Ali (9/5): Another brilliant stay. - Such a great place to stay for Wembley weekends. A warm and comfortable room, great bathroom.
Lovely atmosphere, a bar and food available down stairs.
Really friendly staff members who were really attentive.
- benoit (8/5): -
- Lizzie (1/5): Dirty and uncomfortable - Location It was dirty and dust everywhere, the bed frame broke and we had to get moved into another room that wasn’t clean- there was dust everywhere and cobweb. The staff were very rude. Especially for the price and booking so far in advance I expected better quality. Very outdated as well.
- Tahera (10/5): -
- Emmanuelle (1/5): -
- Damilola (4/5): - The location is close to Wembley Stadium They won’t help us microwave our food, the room is basic for the amount. The TV is an old one not even a smart TV. The staff were okay though, but the facilities there are bad. Not even a fridge in the room, no bathing soap or shampoo in the bathroom.
- Omasan (8/5): -
- Kanagasingam (5/5): -
- Explore47742228961 (2/5): Very disappointing - Dirty nets in the windiest, dirty drawers in the bathroom, concrete feeling mattress, music blasting till midnight, no tea or coffee facilities in the room..... I would not recommend to anyone
- 99jezc (6/5): Great location No parking - Great location easy walk to the arena Plenty of fast food restaurants in the locality for an after event snack
The room was ok No coffee making facilities and the shower screen was broken so you couldn’t shut it properly
I like a firm mattress but the one in our room was absolutely solid so we didn’t sleep to well
- Vicky (7/5): Ideal location for OVO Wembley Arena or Wembley Stadium, and the Indian food served was amazing. - Great location for what we wanted (but that is exactly why we chose this property). Served food until around 10.30pm, which is great - we had samosas and a chicken tikka wrap one night, and they were very tasty. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable because the mattress dipped into the middle - we would have mentioned this, but didn't see any hotel staff apart from when we collected the key when checking in.
- katie (8/5): - Location close to Wembley. Reasonably sized room. Good shower, fan in the room. Plugs available. Good priced room. Stairs to the property weren't easiest as someone with disability issues. Had to call a mobile number for staff as there wasn't anyone at reception, but they did appear reasonably quickly.
- Jez (7/5): Great Location - Great location no more than ten minute walk to arena
Plenty of places to eat in the locality No tea/coffee making facility’s Shower screen was not great (wouldn’t shut properly) The hes was very hard I have a bad back and like a firm mattress but this was absolutely solid so didn’t have a great sleep

- Lee (10/5): Would recommend this place if you are going to a gig at Wembley. - Great location and very short walk to Wembley stadium. Very clean. Staff helpful. And a great pub atmosphere downstairs. The price understandably was very high, as Oasis was in town.
- Lucy (6/5): A clean and safe place to rest your head for a few hours/pounds! - Super friendly staff and prompt check in. Clean sheets and towels, toilet paper and show gel were provided which was nice. Close proximity to shops, restaurants (with their own + pub on the ground floor, but not noisy or loud) public transport and quick ride to the Airport by car from the location. I needed a last minute stay in the area for over night before heading out to the Heathrow Airport early next morning. Check in process could be a bit more professional, strict check of documentation to ensure safety and security.
No kettles in the rooms and the water dispenser at the tea and coffee station at the front office was broken. Heaters were not working and the temperature felt a little low.

- SEF68 (2/5): Avoid- shocking attitude - We booked this hotel to stay in after an event. The location is good for this. We arrived and it was clear there was an issue with our room. The staff discussed this with each other and with someone on the phone but did not speak to me , answer my questions or even acknowledge I was talking. Eventually I was asked if a twin would be ok. I said yes and was given a key to a room opposite reception. It was tiny and had not been hoovered.
The two metal framed twin beds filled the space, and they had the thinnest mattresses imaginable. I only accepted as to not do so would have meant missing the gig. I did not believe, based on my experience any further conversation would have achieved anything and I needed somewhere for my bag.
I emailed asking for a partial refund, and was given a number to ring. However before I had a chance to do so I received a message saying there would be no refund.
- Sara (1/5): We arrived and it was clear there was a problem, however staff would not explain, answer questions or even make eye cont - Location, price of the room I had booked Unhelpful staff
Being given an inferior room with no explanation
Cleanliness of room
- Kankes (6/5): - Bathroom BED AND TOO HOT, HEATER HIGH TEMP
- Tommy1998. (6/5): - Great location and nice pub Very uncomfortable bed
- EXCELLENCE (7/5): OK - Location Not enough perks
- Helen (7/5): Good - Location Bar open longer
- Neil (5/5): Plain and simple good location - Location was ideal clean and functional room Mattress was very hard could have been more comfortable
- Brijesh (8/5): -
- moaz (1/5): -
- Luciana (7/5): Good , basic hotel all was needed - Really easy to find
Contacting reception was quick and simple
Not much noise from the bar down stairs
Simple basic just what’s needed The room was hot but you get a fan
The beds are okay but now great o slept like a log tbh but it dipped in the middle get what you pay for
- Maurice (8/5): - Convenient as it has every amenity and is located close to Wembley Stadium. Nothing comes to mind.
- adam (10/5): -
- Natasha (8/5): Great location for Wembley Arena & Stadium with good food to match - The location was perfect for a night at Wembley Arena, and the food onsite was delicious. Bed was comfortable, staff were friendly. Only think I would have liked was a kettle in the room so I could make a coffee. There seemed to be a facility to do this by the reception but we couldn't get it to work. No harm done as there are plenty of options nearby.
- Donna (7/5): Okay - Location to stadium
It was open late Far from station
Lamps in room didn't work
- Hannah (10/5): -
- Maggie (1/5): -
- meaden (10/5): - Location was excellent
- Henry (8/5): England v Wales - The location was perfect for Wembley, 2 mins walk. The staff were perfectly friendly and despite it being a busy pub, the room was very quiet. The room was pretty small, but absolutely fine for a one night sleep over. The bouncer on the gate was a bit grim when I arrived, but better to have him than not on a match day I guess!
- Carla (7/5): - The TV didn't work and the bedside lamp was missing a bulb The location
- maggieriley21 (2/5): Dreadful - Dirtiest hotel ever stayed in, hard bed one pillow each. Room and en suite very smokey from outside seating.
Never again
- AmandaMarkWales (9/5): - We wanted accommodation that was close to Wembley Stadium as we were visiting London due to an international football game, without the heavy price tag, clean and comfortable and with good facilities, was this too much of a big ask? No we found all with The Arch. Easy walking distance of Wembley Stadium station or an easy 15 minutes from Wembley Park tube, if you go from the later walk via Wembley way, and through bars and restaurants, follow the red route and it's not far from there, Wembley Stadium station is quite literally around the corner!
We had a warm welcome from the staff, who were busy in the bar due to the pending game, check in was very quick, with a smile, when I asked if food was being served there was no problem at all, in fact the response was "we're all family now, please make yourself comfortable" how lovely.
The room had all we needed a good clean comfortable bed, our view of the famous arch proved the proximity to Wembley stadium, the bathroom was modern and very clean.
There is a disclaimer that rooms are above a busy pub, and expect noise especially over the weekend, we stayed on a Thursday night as mentioned an internal game was hosted at Wembley, although us as visiting fans overtook the bar after the game, we retired early due to a long day travelling, we heard no such noise.
We ate at The Arch my husband had a burger and myself the lamb dansak curry, ordered via the table app, my husbands arrived a good 15 minutes before mine after chasing a few times, however I must admit, it was very much worth the wait, beautifully served, and I've had many a curry, it is clearly up there with the best, I high recommend for sure.
Without a doubt should we need to be at a game or concert, we will definitely return to The Arch, thank you so.much for a warm and welcoming stay. The only negative was that my husband and I ate at different times with service of food, however the quality of the food could not be faulted and was worth the wait.
- Rachael (10/5): Less than 10 min walk to ovo Wembley. Perfect location - Perfect location for Wembley
- Michaela (9/5): Nice hotel - The rooms were lovely and clean staff were friendly and helpful, great value for money only issue is the sirens from emergency services constantly, through the night but not the hotels fault
- Lars (8/5): -
- Susan (8/5): Great location. Good night’s sleep. Would stay again. - Very handy location for Wembley Stadium.
Easy check in and out.
Comfortable and clean.
Large bathroom.
Plenty of clothes hangers.
Quiet after 11.30pm.
Quiet in the morning.
Good wifi.
USB wall sockets
Bright white clean towels and bath mat.
Fan provided.
Plenty of hot water.
Easy to refill water bottle from water cooler in reception.
Huge bathroom. Toiletries were minimal - an unlabelled shower gel pump in the shower and a handwash.
No hairdryer (but I did not ask for one).
Bedside lamp did not work.
Room very hot on arrival but easily cooled by turning off the radiator.
- Andrew (6/5): - A convenient place to stay for a Wembley evening football match. Over a pub so would have been noisier on Fridays and Saturdays when the pub is open late but fine when I stayed.
Pretty basic and no breakfast (there’s a Wetherspoons not too far away) but clean enough and OK if you just want somewhere to stay for one night. Not cheap but maybe but it was an international football night.
