- Mauro (9/5): - The guy that picked us up at the airport in the shuttle, he was super kind and friendly. The room was also very clean and the place was very close to the airport, which was convenient for our layover. We had asked them to send information about how to get/schedule their shuttle for our arrival in advance. We had a layover, and limited time to rest. We sent a couple of messages about this ahead of our trip, asking for instructions to get the free shuttle they offered or possibly schedule it. There was no response from the hotel, and because of this we spent a lot of time wandering around the airport trying to figure it out. We ended up having to call the property and the person that picked up the phone seemed annoyed at our request.

- Marquita (8/5): - Overall my husband and I had a good stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I thought it was cute that the tv was programed to welcome you and tell you bon voyage when you leave. Staff was super nice and helpful. Very pleasant stay.
- August (10/5): - Super clean rooms. Very friendly staff. We had someone next door to us that was very noisy, me and the people on the other side did not complain but did mention it at checkout and the lady at the desk was very apologetic and made a report on it.

- Edward A (2/5): Canceled - My reservation was canceled, supposedly due to their system being down and their inability to check people in. But i was told be others in the know, that this is the excuse when they have overbooked and there are no more rooms available.
- Alice (10/5): - My party arrived at the hotel after traveling from Europe and having our flight home canceled. We had been awake 20 hours, frustrated and exhausted. There were Many other people in line with us when we got to the hotel. I have never seen anyone at a hotel desk as efficient as the lady was at the desk that night. I think her name is Shenese. If I owned a business I would steal her from you because she should be manager and train others how to do that job. A welcome change after a bad day!!

- Yvonne (4/5): - The hotels whole computer system was down. several of us waited in the lobby for 2 hours before anyone could come up with a way to give us a room. Furthermore, the shuttle took an hour to pick me up from the airport. Computer systems being down is understandable but not having staff trained to handle it is not.

- JOANNE (8/5): A lovely bed ..but not such a lovely meal. - A big soft bed and a mound of lovely pillows in a modern and clean room was very welcome after a long flight. The free shuttle bus is also greatly appreciated There is a lovely pool but as we were in late and out early new did not get to use any facilities or have breakfast. The restaurant. A big open space with several tables of exuberant customer and the place had the noise level of a small footy field. It was hard to hear yourself think. The tomato soup was akin to pasta sauce. Not soup at all. A very disappointing meal.

- JO (10/5): No stress Motel - I got stranded at D.F.W. and went to motels .com and booked my room and the staff was excellent .They picked me up and got me back without a hitch and the girls at the desk made a good situation out of a bad experience..I will keep 4 Points in mind for future stays Thanx
- Lori (8/5): Quick 1 night stsy - Ended up here due to a missed connection so needed a hotel close to the airport. Bed was comfy which was nice . Not too many food options available on a Saturday evening but did go to the tiny restaurant by the bar. Menu was limited but food was good and fresh.

The excited employees, picturing modern and sophisticated downtown Dallas and rustic western charm of Fort Worth, arrive and are shuttled just outside the airport north gates to the Four Points by Sheraton DFW Airport North Hotel and Conference Center. Chosen by Michael primarily because he could pay for the entire stay on his credit card and earn “points”, you can picture the looks on the faces of the employees upon learning that the hotel is 30 minutes from both Dallas and Fort Worth and no public transportation exists. Stuck at the hotel with the six guests heading to the airport tomorrow at 5:30 a.m. and the one guy at the bar whose wife kicked him out of the house this afternoon because she’s “tired of his sh*t.” The hotel front desk is in the “conference center”, which looks like a converted evangelical worship center built in the 1980’s and somehow appears to only be accessible through random back doors. Let’s just say that if this is where your employer is hosting its conference, you might want to polish up those LinkedIn and Indeed profiles and don’t count on that Christmas bonus. - Renee (10/5): - We missed our connection from a plane delay and needed a hotel ASAP. This one had a shuttle and it was midnight, but it also had great reviews. Staff was super nice, room was nice and cool. More importantly, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The one downside was that breakfast isn’t free, but I’d still stay here again for sure!!
