- Nadia (10/5): toujours aussi agréable - C'est la 3ème fois que nous séjournons dans la résidence Bara-midi. Nous apprécions énormément le confort de l'appartement, vaste et bien aménagé, l'accueil chaleureux et l'emplacement très pratique. Il est situé dans un quartier populaire au milieu de magasins de grossistes qui sont donc fermés la nuit. Il y a dans les rues à proximité un grand choix de commerçants ( de nationalités diverses) ouverts tous les jours. Il y a donc la possibilité de faire les courses et la cuisine, ce qui permet d'éviter les restaurants à tous les repas.

- Victor (9/5): Maravilloso apartamento, grande y super cómodo. - Nos tocó un apartamento con decoración árabe muy chula. Destacar la comodidas de los colchones y las almohadas. La verdad que nos encantó todo el apartamento y el personal disponible. Repetiríamos seguro. La única pega que pondría sería que el barrio no es muy seguro. Cabe destacar que está cerca de la estación principal que conecta super bien con el resto de la ciudad. Si quereis ir andando por la noche al centro es mejor coger un Uber desde el apartamento por si las moscas. Pero ojo, por esta razón es económico.
- María del Mar (8/5): La habitación Medina no es la mejor - La ubicación es perfecta pues está cerca de la estación de trenes y con metro cerca. Me gustó la comodidad de disponer de cocina en la habitación. La privacidad de la habitación respecto a la calle estaba bien conseguida con muchas cortinas En primer lugar, me cobraron un extra de 15€ no especificado anteriormente por una cuna que había solicitado en la reserva y que había pedido que prepararan y no tenían preparada. La habitación - salón era todo junto con lo que todo el mobiliario extra de ambientación árabe era demasiado excesivo y limitaba la movilidad y el espacio en la habitación. La cocina era muy pequeña y no tenía puerta de separación respecto a la habitación por lo que todos los olores y ruidos estaban justo al lado de la cama. El baño estaba dentro del espacio de la cocina.

- Ryan (8/5): Good for a group, Brussels is lacking - It’s spacious, plenty of beds. Suitable go a group. The balcony in one of the rooms is suspect. It’s not in the nice part of town.

- Solinde (10/5): MUY RECOMENDABLE - 1. Ubicación, está a 5 minutos de la estación de trenes de brussel midi y a 5 de la parada de metro. 2. Había un smart TV 3. Supermercado cerca (en la misma estación está el carrefour express) 4. Todo limpio. 5. Calefacción 6. Teníamos un balcón 7. Francesco fue muy amable en todo momento. Nos quedamos sin luz y corriendo lo solucionó. 8. Seguridad en la entrada del edificio. Tienes que pasar 3 puertas con claves. P.D: me devolvieron el dinero de la fianza al día siguiente de irnos, usé la tarjeta de Revolut para ello, por si eso os sirve de ayuda. 1. Las almohadas fueron muy finas, incómodas 2. El barrio es de inmigrantes, por lo que es verdad que tiene mala pinta, pero realmente no hubo ruido de peleas ni nada. 3. No había champú solo gel de baño 4. No había enchufe cerca de las camas. Solo una de ellas.

- Kata (8/5): Good, clean&quiet low-budget option - Super Clean. Looks a bit run down, theyre about 30years old apartments but the bathroom was sparkling clean! Comfy bed, clean sheets, quiet during the night. The loc is not good as there are lots of addicts and homeless around that area. I went home by taxi from the theatre as I didn’t want to walk around there in the eve.

Cocina bien equipada Al llegar el día del check in no había nadie en recepción, a pesar de avisar que llegaba a las 9, y llamamos varias veces es por teléfono y no respondía nadie. Fue un momento de bastantes nervios. Creo que la recepción debería mejorar bastante.

Verdiğimiz depozitonun geri ödemesi için banka numarasını yanlış yazdığımız halde biz eve gelmeden telefonla ulaşıp geri ödemeyi yaptı. Çocuklu aileler için iyi bir tercih olabilir. oda genişti, mutfak yine yeterli ve ihtiyaç duyulan tüm mutfak malzemeleri temiz bir şekilde mevcuttu. Banyoda yenilemeler olabir ancak mevcut hali temizdi. Biz konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık.

It was a fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine, water heater, microwave, oven, and stove. There were plenty of clean towels, and a Turkish-style toilet. It's a 5-minute walk from the station. There are chain supermarkets inside the station. In short, we left very satisfied and would stay again if we were to go back.

- Jeisson (9/5): Depósito/ servicial - Pedimos que nos guardaran el equipaje unas 3 horas después del check out, y lo hicieron sin ningún costo. Hubo que hacer un depósito de 100 euros, que no lo especifican antes de hacer la reservación. Me parece que si hubiera sabido que hay que dejar un depósito de 100 euros, no hubiera tomado la decisión de reservar. El depósito de lo devuelven sin problema después del check out. Pero es algo que no sabes con anterioridad.

- REHMAN (1/5): Worst place ever , wouldn’t ever go back. - The apartment was okay but without the facilities mentioned, some of them were missing as one of them was hair dryer. There was no parking around, when i booked the hotel through booking.com i been told its a private parking, but there wasn’t one and been told by hotel staff its for 25€ one night parking nearby in a garage. Also everyone outside was druggies all over on the street been told upon asking several persons this area isn’t safe and we felt the same, not a family place to live and walk around, worst place ever. Also upon arrival been asked to deposit 100€ for nothing, and i believe its all unfair and totally violated the policies of booking.com as it wasn’t mentioned anywhere.
