• María (7/5): - La atención al cliente super bien, muy amables y excelente servicio La ubicación del lugar no es muy buena, iba con un grupo de amigas y vivimos varios casos de acoso sexual en la calle, les recomiendo salir siempre acompañadas porque es una zona un tanto peligrosa

• Juan Fernando (10/5): Buen lugar para hospedarse. - La comodidad de la habitación, que nos cambiaron la habitación por otra que no tenía olor a cigarrillo, nos guardaron las maletas y la atención de la mayoría de los funcionarios del hotel. Que en un principio buscaban que las maletas se guardaran debajo de las escaleras dispuestas para subir al segundo piso, pero luego el señor que se encontraba en la recepción, decidió utilizar un cuarto que tenían anteriormente dispuesto para ello, y eso generó más tranquilidad y seguridad con el cuidado de nuestras pertenencias.

• Michael (3/5): Price only. Expect nothing else and you get it - The location and price was good Bathroom was filthy on arrival. Shower drain isnt fast so it overflowed. Mini fridge empty and unplugged. Sounded like 50 people in boots going down the stairs at 4:30am
• Katherine (1/5): - Salí de allí, con una gran alergia en el cuerpo. Como picaduras de algún insecto, larva o ácaro, lo que me duró casi un mes en sanar y con medicamentos, según el médico, se puede deber a temas de mala higiene y desinfección.

• Lawrence (5/5): Improve Check in process! - I liked the cook/ cleaning lady. The breakfast was very good. Cons: the hostel administrator earned the nickname the invisible man. He was not readily accessible. The check in process was horrible. I and another Colombian gentleman named Oscar stood out in the rain and cold trying to gain access into the property. There was no human available in the hostel after 8:30pm. Travelers are tried, sleepy, and stressed out. This definitely needs to be improved. I actually got to meet the hostel administrator/ employee the next day and he did help me with an Uber. I would not stay at this property again until the check-in process improves. Rating 5.

• William (8/5): Solo traveler from USA 🇺🇸 - I tend to like the bigger hotels because they don't try to overcharge you. The staff is much more professional and accommodating. My bad spanish speaking is a henderrance for everyone, including me. The hotel is clean and pretty nice. They have an elevator which makes it convenient when you travel with too much luggage. All in all, it's a fairly good value. I would recommend, especially with the rooms with a window, and the fan is awesome. The only thing that I could complain about is that there is a distribution center across the street and it's a little noise in the early morning. I've been here 5 nights so far, and it only woke me up once. That's no fault of the hotel it just takes a little away from the location. I would still recommend it..

• Max (9/5): Superb - Good value and a good location, only 10/15 minute walk to the metro. There was a lot of outside noise that you could hear in the room. It also got quite warm in the room and the fan was very loud so we couldn’t have it on while we slept.

• Jose (8/5): Beware what you shop for. - Good price. Close to metro. Cash payments only. Not the best are to stay in Medellin. Area very busy starting at 1-2 a.m. next-door wholesale trucks loading and unloading merchandise. You can deal with noise: but, can't avoid truck diesel fumes. And, area close to red district that has its own consequences with other costumers and their companions check in. Even locals, especially female hotel clients, checked out after one evening.

• Andrew (7/5): You get for what you pay - Comftable bed In the night lots of little cockroaches come out all around the floors. The 3rd night there Thursday was a big party in 1 of the hotel rooms at 1 point they stopped the music at around 3 am but then shortly after continued until 7am.
