- Danielle (4/5): Meh. - Check in was easy. The things were not well maintained. I was under the impression that this was a fancy hotel, but it felt run down. Ac not working, no reason given, no discount. Room super loud, both from the street and from some weird beeping noise from the hallway.

No tienen agua servida ni opción de compra de botella de agua a partir de las 7pm. El aire se les daño y en las 3 noches de alojamiento no hubo reparo. No me fui porque la ciudad estaba copada y las tarifas habían aumentado un 3000%

- Sebastian (9/5): Muy bien con algunas excepciones. - La atención del personal y la limpieza en general. El ruido de las habitaciones contiguas, una noche se pasaron gran parte de la noche cantando, y la noche siguiente en otra de las habitaciones no pararon de golpear las puertas. Que la cafetería no sea del hotel, sino de otra empresa también es un inconveniente, pues sino separabas los desayunos el día de llegada con un precio especial, después no tenías opción a coger días sueltos y te ves obligado ha escoger carta la cual tenía un precio excesivo, y con poca diversidad.

- Orozco Salazar (8/5): - Quiero felicitar a Ana y Paola por su ayuda con el pago de la reserva. Las habitaciones MUY comodas (buena relación calidad - precio), cama comoda, balcón con vista agradable, baño comfortable, iluminación adecuada. Me ayudaron en todo momento con lo que requeria ganchos extras, plancha, secador, siempre muy ágil la respuesta. La ubicación perfecta para salir a cualquier sitio de la ciudad. La atención en el restaurante buena, aunque el primer día no lo fue, el resto se aprendieron mi menú y me atendieron muy bien. En la recepción, aunque al comienzo tuve inconvenientes en la atención (por desconocimiento) ya se solucionó y la señora (embarazada) siempre fue amable y atenta conmigo. Tienen algunas cosas por mejorar: 1. El aseo, aunque limpiaban todos los dias, note que no limpiaban del todo bien, un punto a trabajar. 2. El menú que tienen negociado con el restaurante, aunque es basico (para el precio) al menos podría uni repetir la bebida, ya que el precio no es económico y solo puedes tomar jugo una vez en un vaso demasiado pequeño. 3. En la recepción podrían ser un poco mas calidos y sonrientes.

- david (10/5): Una gran estadía y personal - El personal fue increíble, a pesar de la ocupación se preocuparon por todos y eran muy amables, de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado No había calefacción por la cantidad de gente y la potencia de agua no llegaba a mi habitación pero llegaba agua caliente. Pero lo solucionaron rápido
- Gabriel (1/5): Tengan atención por qué este hotel cancela las reservas, no se confíen! - Nada. Tuve la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel. Primero reservé con 3 meses de anterioridad. Cuando llegue al hotel me recibieron la maleta por qué no era la hora correcta del check in, después de 5 horas, casi llegando las 6 PM, me cancelaron la habitación con la excusa de que tenía un problema en la tubería. Seguro la habitación se la dieron a alguien más por que tenía más de 10 colegas hospedados en el mismo hotel. Me reservan otro hotel a 30 min de una menor calidad y ni si quiera le avisaron a Booking. Me tocó llamar a Booking quienes me ayudaron y tuve un nuevo hotel a las 10 PM.

La cama muy cómoda, la habitación amplia, el baño bien dotado y amplio también. Falta gimnasio, una que otra máquina podría ser buena opción

El aire es obsoleto, tiene un ruido molesto. El desayuno no es con autoservicio, tienes que pedir y esperar que te preparen. En la habitación no había plancha, cuando la solicité me dijeron que debía ir al lobby a buscarla, igual paso con el agua de tomar.

"No venden un cafe, porque se debe comprar el desayuno completo". El parqueadero estrecho y con muy pocas plazas, aclaro que si hubo espacio para el mio, pero bastante apretado y si llevas vehiculo grande va ser incomodo. El agua caliente fue muy deficiente, tal vez hora pico, pero muy mal en mi baño
- Paul (9/5): Schönes Hotel - Schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett und freundliches Personal. Außerdem liegt es sehr ruhig und es gibt warmes Wasser, was in Kolumbien nicht selbstverständlich ist Das Restaurant schloss schon um 20 Uhr. Also in so einem Hotel sollte das Restaurant länger geöffnet sein

- Sandeep (1/5): - Location is good, close to D1 and some supermarkets Sofa bed was broken, we needed to shift room. Ac was not working for 4 nights and we received daily promises that it will be fixed tonight. Fortunately we had windows which made us survive. Restaurant closes at 5 :D. You can't even get water bottles.

- Sidartha M (8/5): - I liked the location it was right at the heart of Laureles. I like the breakfast, i also felt 90% of the staff was very good. There were really noisy guests who stayed next to me and I told the staff the next day but the guests were still noisy. I iwsh there is a rule where they tell everyone to be quiet after 10 pm.

Fue entregada a las 3 45 pm Se supone que la habitación tenía desayuno cubierto por el valor de la habitación, pero al niño no le dieron desayuno, tuve que comprarlo. Al principio no quería recibir a mi hijo porque no tenía conmigo el registro civil ! Es un niño de 10 años, el cual ya cuenta con tarjeta de identidad que si la cargaba y fue presentada. El personal de recepción fue grosero y algunos del restaurante.

- Luis (9/5): EPICA UBICACION Y EXCELENTE SITIO PARA HOSPEDARSE - El restaurante AL ALMA muy bueno, la comida que probamos ahí estaba a otro nivel. El barrio estaba muy bonito nos gustó caminar por el área. Pudimos ir al alumbrado que estaba ahí mismo a walking distance. Nos gustó mucho la habitación y el servicio también, muy atento el personal, las de limpieza y la mujer que estaba en recepción que nos ayudó con el tour a Guatapé. No hay quejas.
