• Francesca (8/5): Vacanzina super !! - La struttura è in pieno centro a due passi da Piazza S.Marco. Arredata con mobili d'epoca e una cucina fornita con tutto il necessario per la colazione. Il Sig. Michele, proprietario della struttura, è super gentile e prodigo di consigli. Non ci siamo incontrati, ma con Whatsapp non ha fatto mancare la sua presenza. Inoltre ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in che a check out fatto. Unica cosa da migliorare i letti, sopratutto il divano letto. Ma per una sosta breve è comunque la scelta ideale.

• giomancino (8/5): Ideale per un paio di notti a Venezia - Situato alle spalle di piazza San Marco, il b&b si trova in posizione strategica per visitare Venezia. La struttura è pulita, la stanza è spaziosa ed i letti sono comodi. La cucina è sempre aperta e la colazione, seppur con prodotti confezionati, è abbastanza varia e assortita. I contatti con l'host, seppur gentile e disponibile, sono avvenuti solo tramite WhatsApp. La cucina, un po' povera di stoviglie, avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata.

The 24hour "help yourself" breakfast room was a great concept and extremely convenient for guests that are scheduled to arrive late in the evening when local restaurants are closed.

The room rate includes breakfast, which is great value for money. Breakfast offers a wide selection of pastries and toast, and the fridge is stocked with sausages, juice, cheese slices, ham, as well as various nuts, tea, and coffee. The room is equipped with heating, and the location is unbeatable—only a 3-minute walk to St. Marco Square (even just 1 minute if you walk fast!). nothing

• Maria (7/5): - The B&B is seconds away from Piazza San Marco. It was suprisingly quite despite being next to a very busy area. I was very surprised that food (i.e. breakfast) was available and accessible in the dinning room all day and night, thoughout my stay! I did not expect the room to be that small for the price paid. It was inconvenient that there was no proper wardrobe. It was quite unfortunate that it took a month to receive the hotel bill.

• SAMAT (1/5): hatred - NOTHING, just the location It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and experienced. There's no such thing as staff; you get your own key and open your room yourself. On top of that, they make you do a bunch of minor things like putting money in the drawer, leaving the key there, closing the door, and so on. Our room was a disaster. The cleaning was terrible. I don't even want to mention the furniture in it; everything was disgusting. We couldn't get comfortable at all. The bed was shaking and making a lot of noise. I told the owner about it, and he said, "Yes, the bed is like that, just pushes against the wall a bit." I think they opened this place to make fun of people and make them uncomfortable. Our room had a technical room next to it, and we couldn't sleep all night because of the noise. No, I mean, why are people sleeping in a technical room?! It says breakfast is included, but it turns out you actually prepare your own breakfast using ingredients found in the kitchen. It's like a joke. At least don't say breakfast is included. The room was adjacent to the kitchen, and everything, down to how other guests were scrambling their omelets at 6 a.m., was clearly audible. It's being managed in a disrespectful and disgraceful manner, and I believe it should be shut down as soon as possible. This is a truly detestable establishment.

Само здание как старинный замок, оформленный в современном стиле, сохранивший свою уникальность и красоту. Номера просторные и очень комфортные. Чистота, тишина, абсолютная безопасность. Это очень важный фактор. По цене лояльный. Добираться и от вокзала и от аэропорта очень удобно.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. You can help yourself to the food in the kitchen and there was plenty of tea and coffee. Nothing.

Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza doppia con un bagno, una molto comoda ed ampia la seconda piccola ma funzionale con divano letto. Ci è piaciuta la pulizia delle stanze. Molto bene. Purtroppo devo segnalare che il divano letto dove hanno dormito le mie figlie è scomodo. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata ma è stato fatto di tutto per affrontare la problematica. Very comfortable with modern bathrooms, but otherwise vintage decor that made for an amazing atmosphere. 24/7 self-serve breakfast in a common kitchen made us feel at home and provided reassurance that we'll never go hungry if we need a late night snack ;) Michele was very kind and communicative, we felt well taken care of.

The highlight of the stay was the 24/7 availability of breakfast – it was so convenient, especially when you have early mornings or late nights out in Venice. The room itself was impeccably clean and surprisingly cozy, which made it perfect for a February getaway. Warm and inviting, it was a true retreat after a day of exploring the city. • Hanna (1/5): Hope there are real honest stays and no verbal abuse from staffs - It was indicated that 24-hour front desk exists, but no staff was there. Communications were only done in messages. The policy states that no pets are allowed, but pets of staffs were allowed. All breads were not fresh and sealed in plastic bags. It feels not nice to clean your own dishes in holidays after eating self-served breakfast. When I turned on the air conditioner, it made loud sounds and did not work. It is sad that I had to endure verbal abuse via messages when I expressed why I left the place 10 days earlier. After sad experiences in this accommodation, I analysed reviews of customers and replies of staffs throughly, at the other reservation platforms too. Not only I had verbal abuse from the accommodation staffs. In the cases of previous customers, they had verbal abuse from replies to their reviews. When one filters the reviews from the lowest score, replies that contain verbal abuse can be easily spotted. One can differentiate real comments and fake comments, after staying in the accommodation. Customers who stayed genuinely without being paid could not express much positive values. It is deduced that there are constant updates of made-up comments with different flags of countries, with perfect scores, praising breakfast, communicative method, and friendliness of staffs that they suggested three different ways to reach the accommodation. No longer I could trust Booking.com reviews, and I was horrified. At the main door, there is a sticker of ‘Hotels.com 5.0,’ but no property of this accommodation in Hotels.com. I hope accommodation staffs have honest and warm-hearted mind to welcome customers sincerely. I hope future customers have genuine happy memories in here. God bless ‘Le Due Corone’ to be honest and warm-hearted.

The bed was squeaky, and the air conditioning didn't work.... it was fixed eventually the night before we left. No elevator in the older building. The breakfast crockery and cutlery weren't always clean... There was a storage cupboard in our room which needed to be accessed by the cleaner who would sometimes enter without knocking.

I stayed in the single room, which was quite spacious for one person. There's also a shared kitchen area with breakfast items, along with a fridge and kitchen available for use throughout the day—quite convenient for guests. The closet had a charming rustic, antique look, but wasn’t very practical for storing clothes. In the end, I had no trouble hanging them on the hooks behind the door, so it wasn’t a major issue overall.

The host Michele was very helpful and welcoming from the moment we booked until we left and helped us with transport recommendations along with sights to explore in Venice. This was a great help. The air con and the room fan were very good in the hot weather. Loved the shower also. The only slight negative point was regarding the bed, it was very squeaky and made a lot of noise when turning over and maybe it could so with a new head board. The mattress was comfortable
