Finally just gave up. Had to advise them to clean the ac vent was very dirty from lack of maintenance. Lights weren't working either. Had to call in for service. Maintenance and upkeep gets a thumb down. I left a day early and and they wouldn't give me any type of room credit. Which was disappointing.

The specific Airbnb room in the Palm’s Place tower is dated with a lot of quirks that could be improved and replaced. The Palm’s Place tower is not directly connected to the free parking garage. You must park out front, descend stairs in the garage, or pay for valet.

Jennie (7/5): We enjoyed our stay. We would stay again. We would just know what to expect the next time. - The property was nice. Atmosphere was nice and it was a very comfortable stay. I really wasn’t aware it was an Airbnb until I got there. Which was OK. Only that it was not to our knowledge that we would not have a house keeping or extra towels, unless we requested it and then it would be a cost to us. Was not a big problem. Because then we were careful and just made sure our towels were laid out and not thrown around that they could be reused. Throughout the whole weekend, the elevators were having problems. So when checkout time came. We stood in the hallway for 30 minutes, just to get to the lobby to check out. Because every time an elevator door opened and we would think it would be time for us to get in. It was a full.

I am not a fan of public Wi-Fi and I am not comfortable when I cannot get service on my cell. I. Expect this is remote areas but not in a super sky scrapper or even in the lobby. Communication from the host is lacking. Rooms need a tiny bit of maintenance but overall they are nice. Couches sinking probably time to replace them.

Mulusew (2/5): Filthy, Misleading,and Not Part of the Palms Hotel - I booked this suite thinking it was part of the Palms Hotel, but it turned out to be a privately-owned Airbnb-style rental—which I did not want and would have never booked knowingly. The suite was filthy and misleading: dust on the headboard and mirrors, crumbs on the floor, squeaking floors, dirty and broken appliances, a stained and ripped sofa, a dirty tub (main reason I choose the spot) we ended up cleaning ourselves after buying cleaning supplies. The carpet with missing patches and a bad odor. The patio was also covered in stains. The photos online make it look nothing like reality. When I complained, they gave me the wrong email to send photos and videos, delaying any help. I felt uncomfortable the entire stay and didn’t even want to sleep in the bed. I would never stay here again or recommend this property to anyone.my issues still have not been resolved and now my trip is over.

If you need anything they will bring it to you at a charge, again I booked thru a 3rd like booking, etc

Simon (2/5): - I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at Palms Place, booked through StripViewSuites, from July 14–18. We specifically chose this location for the separate bedroom, which accommodates our special needs son who sleeps early, allowing the rest of us to relax and watch TV. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected: Upon arrival after an 8-hour drive, we discovered the living room TV didn’t work. Maintenance from Palms said they couldn’t help because it was a third-party unit. StripViewSuites said it couldn't be addressed until the next day. Hotel Wi-Fi didn’t work on the bedroom TV, so we had to use my phone’s hotspot. When we requested an extra blanket and a blow dryer, housekeeping repeatedly referred us back to StripViewSuites. I was told to purchase a blow dryer for $40. We asked to switch rooms due to the issues, but were told nothing was available. The room had multiple other problems: a broken, stained bed, filthy carpet, and no cleaning supplies. Later we realized housekeeping isn’t included—this should be clearly stated. Despite repeated follow-ups, the TV was never fixed. On day three, I gave up trying. I finally spoke to a manager who apologized and promised a refund for the TV issue. However, I later received a message saying no refund would be issued because the issue had been “resolved,” which was untrue. After I mentioned leaving reviews and disputing the charge, I was offered just $40. Do not book here.
Normalyn (2/5): - There was throw up on the carpet and the couch, smoke burns in the sheets, loose shower heads, and sink, had to buy a broom and other cleaning supplies to keep the room clean because they dont clean the rooms unless you pay a fee! The bed was broken! It was a horrible stay, couldnt check in until late because the room wasnt ready! I would absolutely never stay there again, the best part about the stay was the guys at the valet, they get an a+++++++ in my book

Lyndsay (2/5): - The room was not what was dipicted. The in room washer and dryer were broken and smelled. The floors were old and worn, the shower leaked, and then when the toilet clogged it took them 2 phone calls and over an hour to send someone up with a plunger that litterally took 30 seconds to unclog. The view was alright, but the customer service needs to be improved on and the rooms need to be updated! It was NOT worth the $$$ I spent to spend 2 nights there!
Julio (8/5): - The only thing I didn't like was that the carpet has stains and looks old, the headboard is peeling and the sink was getting clog, but over all that is a great place y at least had the carpet looking clean it could be an awesome place, great if you have kids.
Jesus (1/5): Nightmare. - The shower head and the balcony. The room was not vacuum. The kitchen was not clean. The shower floor was with mold. Under the bed was not clean. No extra toilet paper. I want my money back.

Sunflower1123 (3/5): A mixed experience - This suite had some really nice features, but also a few disappointments that made our stay less relaxing than we hoped. The view was absolutely beautiful — definitely one of the highlights of the room. We also appreciated the 24-hour customer service. Anytime we had a concern, someone was available, and they handled things quickly — especially when we had a light that was flickering nonstop. Maintenance showed up fast and took care of it right away, which we were really thankful for. On the downside, the cleanliness of the room was an issue. The floors were sticky, and when we turned on the spa tub, dirt came out of the filter. The back patio was also not well-maintained. There was no housekeeping during our stay, and we weren’t told ahead of time that it wouldn’t be included. We had to pay extra for more towels, even though we stayed for four days. There were also no cleaning supplies in the unit — no broom, mop, or anything — so we had to buy our own just to keep things tidy. And the unexpected $400 deposit caught us off guard, since the booking details said everything was already paid. We still enjoyed our time overall, but the suite could use more attention to detail and clearer communication upfront. With a few fixes, it could be a much better experience.

Andrews (10/5): Great Stay! - We visited for a birthday trip and Palms was amazing! It's off the strip but super close to it. The room was awesome and the staff was nice. We got lost a few times but by day 2 we had it figured out. Loved the pools! Even the smaller pool was a great vibe.

Remember to tip the people that give you this experience grab an enjoying beverage and enjoy the art of this establishment! Plus check out all the great tiles that every room gives you and the SHARK BAR/ Art by Damien at the Palms. Palms Place will give you relaxation in every mode - mood choosen. This property gives you the rare element. FUN!

I didn’t not line the surprise $500 deposit due at check in that was in shown when I booked in - The valet parking was nice for everyday the hotel was not to far from shopping malls and casinos. There is a surprise $500 deposit when you arrive we already paid for the room but had to pay an additional $500 I guess for insurance but it was refunded your last day after check out. Balcony is locked didn’t have access. The bathroom was nice the jacuzzi part did not work in the room. Pool also was not open until two days after I left which sucked.

Jerry (1/5): I have stayed in Las Vegas many times, but this was by far the worst experience I have had with any accommodation. - Location I am deeply disappointed with my experience at the Strip View Suite at Palms Place. The property’s condition was unacceptable — dirty, foul-smelling, and without hot water for an entire day. Despite repeated attempts to seek assistance, I was met with endless excuses and no solutions. This stay was the worst I’ve had in Las Vegas and has completely destroyed any trust I had in this property. I will never return, nor recommend it to anyone seeking a quality stay.

Tiffany (8/5): Amazing View. Misleading bedroom type. - The view was exactly what l expected. When booking l was unaware that l would be charged as if this was two separate rooms, requiring two separate deposits. I booked the “Two bedroom open balcony unit”. Upon checkin l was informed that what l had was a 1 bedroom plus a 1 bedroom studio and they were not connected. There was a foryer that could be closed off but l would have simply opted for the one bedroom open balcony had l know that as there were already 2beds in that unit alone. My deposit and additional fees were doubled due to this. Take note if you are looking at those units, plus the pics shown were also a bit misleading as there was a queen bed in the living room in the place of where the soaking tub was shown. The tub was actually in the bedroom. I also found chapstick and eyedrops in between the bedframe and sheet that did not belong to me leaving me to question if the bed linen was properly changed.

Alyah-Shyerre (4/5): Expected a beautiful unit for my Anniversary. - Well to start I arrived at 2:40 and my room wasn't ready until 5:40pm so I waited almost 3 hours to get in my room. When check in was at 3pm. The front desk said housekeeping was running late. , honestly a beautiful room with a beautiful view, but the room was not cleaned. There was a broken nail and hair pin under the bed, I could also see crumbs all over the carpet in the bedroom. The Internet did not work at all. The living room television has a green screen. The sink to the left in the full bathroom was broken off completely. There was no hot water until it was almost time for me to leave. When they did finally send someone to the unit to fix the Internet on the TV in the bedroom, they literally did the same thing we did and was not able to fix it. Everything was a huge inconvenience because I needed to be in the room by 3pm so I can decorate for my Anniversary.

Terrence the house cleaning supervisor did a great job attempting to accommodate our concerns. However the room needs to be updated and repaired.

Paul (8/5): - The Palms Place is centrally located about one mile away from the strip within walking distance to fast food restaurants and convenience stores. The roof top lounge “Ghost Bar” has good music, cocktails, and a smoking area for cigar smokers. Not much to do for younger children other than bowling across the street at the Gold Coast Casino. I wouldn’t recommend renting a room on high floors during the windy season. The wind gust sounds might keep you from sleeping well. Despite not having daily housekeeping due to the condo being privately owned, our overall stay at the Palms Place was a good experience.

Mark Elliot (2/5): - The staff that worked there was amazing and the only thing that saved my trip. The rooms I had were horrible, half the lights were burnt out, or just didn't work. The place was dirty, the patio doors leaked so it was cold all the time, and a COCKROACH ran right across my table when I was eating one night. When I complained on the phone to an operator, she was rude dismissive, acting like it was normal and nothing, tried to blame me, talking over me and wouldn't let me speak, she even told me to be quiet and stop talking. I had to stay in that room one more night, I couldn't sleep. I ended up changing rooms the next day. I didn't want to, but I had to. I then had to downsize, cause that's all they had left. They gave me early check in cause it was the same hotel, and the staff was great to get me in my room ASAP. They let me check in early, after they did that the operator who I was dealing with sends me an email and says, for my inconvenience with the cockroach they will waive early check in fees. That's all they did for compensation, when the fee was already waived by the front desk. Then in my new room, I went to take a shower, I turned it on to warm up, I walked away, came back a minute later to the bathroom flooded. The shower was busted, the seal all around the door and glass wall was done and the wall was loose, the rain head shower was leaking and spraying everywhere. So I couldn't fully use the shower the whole time I was there. Not a fun stay.

Felicia (7/5): I will never stay at the palms place again. I'll stay at the main palms - The only things I enjoyed in the rm was the view and the tub . The palms is great ... This rm never again When we checked into the hotel we had four towels for five people for 4 days. We opened up the dishwasher and it was completely molded. We tried to use the washer and dryer and just the washer worked so her clothes were wet we had to find somewhere to go dry them. We asked for extra towels and some cleaning in our room because our room didn't even have garbage bags in there any of the garbage cans let me checked in. We were told if we needed anything for a room it was getting a charge which is ridiculous things that we didn't even have what we needed when we checked in which I'd already paid for. there was scum in the shower there is a smell of something dead or sewage coming out of the vent in that same shower room made me nauseous. There is wallpaper coming off the wall there is the wood sidings coming off of the wall. Also when we checked in there was a half full alcoholic beverage on the back porch with my son automatically tried to drink disgusting not okay thank God there wasn't anything in it like fentanyl.

Security claimed to have a noise complaint called twice from me and guest yet, we heard nothing from any room all weekend, not one sound. Noise complaint was based off of laughing too loud and music, yet it seemed to be false
