- marten (10/5): Ermersen in friendly Sicily - This place is a three generations family enterprise in an enchanting quiet setting. Surrounded by olive orchards at the side of a small brook we were hosted in an independent cabin next to the historic main building with its perfectly kept romantic gardens. Salvatore prepares fantastic Sicilian dishes with high quality vegetables, cheeses, herbs and meat, all from nearby producers. His wife Giusi is a wonderful host, explaining all of it with an enthusiasm and pride that gives the experience an extra dimension.

- Sieglinde (7/5): - Die Lage mitten in der Natur ist wunderschön, allerdings wirklich sehr abgeschieden. Das Restaurant ist fantastisch, nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Das Cottage ist nett eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war sehr kalt, besonders das Bad. Im Sommer sicher kein Problem. Von der Terrasse hat man keinen Ausblick, da alles zugewachsen ist.

Repas de qualité sur place possible à des prix raisonnables. IMPORTANT À SAVOIR : aucun réseau téléphonique sur site et wifi aléatoire !!! Pour notre studio, l’espace dédié au repas extérieur un peu mélangé avec le restaurant du site. Il serait agréable de disposer de plus de nécessaire de cuisine. Couverts, verres à vin, grille pain, théière, etc… l'équipement actuel est assez minimaliste.

- Edward007 (9/5): Superb - The location is super quiet, Wonderfull pool area, The property we stayed at had a very nice modern layout. The hosts were very responsive to any issue we had. There is also a restaurant on-site Note there is no phone signal in this location, The wifi works well, but your phone will have no data or be unable to receive phone calls. If you are staying for a while and cooking for yourself, note the nearest well-sized supermarket is 30-40 min away. There is a little spa in the village but it seems to keep it own hours and is quite limited.

Our apartment was spacious,very clean and a well equipped kitchen which we used the nights the restaurant was not open. Nice comfortable bed and large beautiful stone shower. Large swimming pool,lovely green garden to relax in. Country walks to the local forest nearby. Good parking. The restaurant was the highlight of our stay. A family buisness and beautiful staff and home cooking. Would highly recommend. this place to stay. Nothing.
- Andrew (9/5): Fantastic location and pool - Our 3rd visit because we love it so much, exceptional location, super quiet and the pool is amazing. On site restaurant is lovely and the staff friendly despite the language barrier. The kids loved the nearby pond with the frogs and lizards. Unfortunately, the property's kitchen lacks some essential items, most importantly a kettle; which means water has to be boiled in a saucepan and the coffee pot is tiny. The walls were peeling paint a bit from humid summer but not a big deal.

- Connor (8/5): Very good - Adriana is very helpful and the family were welcoming. The property is nice and quiet, and the pool is lovely in the Sicilian heat! The restaurant being right on the doorstep was really nice when you don't want to cook! Bedrooms have aircon and there was a washing machine in the property which is a handy addition. If people are dining outside at the restaurant, the noise carries into the property, typically going quiet around 00:30. No private outdoor area, so if you're self catering in the evening you have to eat inside. The spiral staircase is very narrow but this is mentioned in the description.
