Fue perceptible que estuvieron en la habitación, pero no arreglaron el problema. No me gustaría volver.

• Peter (8/5): A great place to stay with great staff to make your stay pleasant and much easier. - The hotel is in a good and secure location with many good restaurants and shopping centre nearby. The staff are good and very helpful. I highly recommend it. There is nothing bad I can say about the hotel.

• Russell3939 (6/5): Goods and bads - The hotel is really not close to the tourist sites in Lima if that is what you are looking for. I knew this ahead of time, but the traffic is so overwhelming that it takes a long time to get anywhere. There is a large market 2 blocks away as well as laundry 2 blocks away. There are plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We really liked Panchita and Tamba. The hotel is above a casino. We were on the 10th floor and did not hear this. The room was a double queen. There is a gym and also a restaurant. We had free buffet breakfast the whole trip and only ate here once. I tried 2 different cereals and found the milk to be sour. We decided to not eat here again. We had multiple issues with our room. The shower is definitely hot. It would start out normal and then turn to scalding hot. I mean step out of the shower for a few seconds hot. You would have to plan washing. Right after the heat up I would rinse off. On the last day it ran cold water for about 5 minutes. I wasn’t sure it was ever going to get hot. Careful what you wish for I guess. The hardest thing to overcome was the a/c. It sounded like the toilet was running all night. When it would shut off the room was finally quiet. The room was too warm to not have it on. We even had one day where the toilet would not flush. The beds were fairly comfortable. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Me mandaron un correo para confirmar, obviamente andando de vacaciones no reviso mi correo constantemente. No lo confirme. Llegando al aeropuerto no vi nada. Y pague un servicio. Llegando al hotel, quisieron cobrarmelo. Obviamente no me deje. Pero no se vale. Porque mandan algo que yo nunca confirme.

• Ulisses (2/5): Péssima experiencia - Muito ruim. Realizaram um evento no restaurante no café da manhã. As pessoas do evento tomaram conta do restaurante e tornou a experiência bem desagradável. Barulho, bagunça e demora na reposição da comida. Adicionalmente a gerente de plantão era mal educada e não queria emitir recibo da estadia. Tive que mostrar a ela que já haviam emitido em outras ocasiões, mas mesmo assim não foi nada atenciosa nem educada. Muito desapontado com esta ultima experiencia. Sempre que vou a Lima fico no Hotel, mas irei avaliar para as próximas vezes.

• 709rudyb (10/5): Excellent, Roomy, and High-Tech Hotel - I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Surco from 1/3/2023 to 1/9/2023. The service of the hotel was great. My room was high-tech, spacious, and most importantly accessible. I especially value accessibility since I use a wheelchair. I also appreciate the kindness of the hotel staff. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Lima.

• C7015FYmichaela (10/5): Wonderful Hilton Experience in Lima - Thank you very much to the great staff of the Hilton Garden Inn for a wonderful experience. I had a brief 2 day stay in Lima between trips in Huaraz and Huacachina. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite on the 9th floor based on my status and the room was better than most Garden Inn's in the United States. The hotel was within walking distance to a Wong's supermarket and a couple restaurants, so it was nice not needing to take a taxi for a couple days. The hotel had a decent breakfast and a good gym. But the best part was the comfort of the room. I had doubts staying in this neighborhood as most tourists stay in Miraflores, but I felt safe and appreciated the good deal with using points at this hotel. Overall - this was a great stay if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable brief stay in Lima.

• James (10/5): - Best hotel in the Surco section of Lima. The staff are professional and friendly. Very clean, new rooms. Great gym. Right in Chacarilla so easy access to everything in the area - lots of great restaurants. Also just a few blocks away from El Pentagonito where you can get an outdoor workout in - especially on Sundays when they close the roads for bicycling, jogging, dance, etc. For covid testing, there are labs right around the corner for quick, same day testing prior to travel.

• 796naomil (10/5): Lovely brand new hotel and in a great location - I had three nights on transit here. Room and facilities are complete and great. Staff were friendly and speaks good English and ready to assist anytime. Location is strategic with supermarket, banks, bakery and clean neighborhood.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - This hotel is in the center of a business center in Surco. The offices I work with are literally next door. Nearby shops are very convenient and the property itself was first rate. Very secure, modern and quiet. Staff was friendly and eager to help you out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a tourist, as the touristy part of Lima is far away, but I do recommend this hotel for those who have business/friends/family nearby. Any future visits to Lima will definitely include this hotel. My stay was fantastic.

• luisjavierf2016 (8/5): Great location in the Chacarilla/Surco Area - If visiting relatives or doing business near or in the Chacarilla/ Surco area, great location. Walking distance to supermarket (Wong), banks, barbershops, money exchange stores, restaurants, small shops, etc. The hotel good in general. Staff very friendly and professional. Stayed in a Junior Suite which has a nice size and comfortable enough. The lobby area lacks of personality and good taste. Same as the bar area, which also is limited to what it can offer. The restaurant breakfast and food quality was less than average. Tried breakfast and lunch once, after that decided to have them in nearby restaurants. But to be fair, I would happily return because of location (Chacarilla), rooms and staff (Luis at the check in counter and two nice ladies, and all the security staff respectful, kind and professional). I was a little hesitant to stay there due to the closeness of the casino, but luckily ou do not notice its operation.
• traveladvice2019 (6/5): November 2019 - Do you know that this hotel doesn't have windows in some rooms? Our room did not have any windows. I travel for work every week and I have never stayed at a hotel with no light or window. The only window was locked and was smoked so we couldn't even get any light. It felt like a jail cell or a cave, very unpleasant. The worst part is that no one told us about this, just like if it was normal to not have a window to open or light to come in the room.
• Expedia (8/5): Very good - Everything was good. Very clean, good shower and bed. The location is good but 15/20 minutes far from Miraflores by uber.
• totovidal2017 (4/5): Very loud and unpleasant - Unfortunately there was a company party/event with too much noise, and no mitigation was offered. Do not take rooms in the 10th floor. You might not sleep. Windows are not acoustic isolated, so traffic noise is always part of your rest.
