• Vanderlei (9/5): Localização perfeita - Apartamento tem um bom tamanho, cama grande, chuveiro bom! Fácil de achar e do lado da DUOMO! Precisa falar com o hotel se for de carro que o estacionamento cadastra a placa do carro pra que vc possa acessar algumas ruas sem ser multado! (Fica a dica)

• Linda (9/5): - Beautiful old building with high ceilings. Tastefully decorated. Excellent location, great to still be in the centre after being out and exploring all day. We had a room overlooking the main street and opened the windows when we were resting, it was lovely to still hear all the music, Italian voices and feel the atmosphere. Room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. We didn’t bother with the tv so can’t comment on that. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall very comfortable and would highly recommend. A little noisy at night but not so we didn’t sleep. Fridge wasn’t cold enough.

Beautiful ceilings, fun jacuzzi, great location and spacious room with a par - Clean and spacious and the ceilings are beautiful with amazing art. The location is great very close to the duomo and restaurants and cafes and everything you need. Great and respectful staff. We enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. If you are driving, there is a parking lot around 3 minutes walk named park2go. Rooms are locked/unlocked using a physical key not a card or passcode. It was a bit uncomfortable to carry a chain of keys for the room, as well as a magnetic card to open the main gate around, however, it was not that big of a deal.

Je kunt tegen betaling (€ 5,- per handdoek per dag) voor elke dag schone handdoeken aanvragen

La casa è bella ma le piante finte e l'assenza di finestre apribili non aiutano a sentirsi comodi. La mia recensione parte dal prezzo pagato: non c'era quasi nulla (qualche cialda e due pacchettini di biscotti) e il pavimento era sporco (mio figlio di 1 anno si è sporcato tutti i piedi gattonando)
• Sudana (10/5): Perfectly situated next to the Duomo. Nice and clean. - Location is basically perfect. Eataly is just next door if you need a quick bite. Hard to beat in terms of value. Due to its central location, it can get a bit noisy in the evening. But crowd usually disperse by 10pm.

I spoke with the front desk and they said they have complained about the noise. Basically the work goes on all night and no one cares about the sleep of all the surrounding guest houses.

• Razmig (8/5): Overall a very good experience. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and the location is great. - Great location helpful staff. It is very close to all the major tourist attractions but thankfully it was quiet at night and we did not have to deal with too much street noise. The bathroom seemed to be newly remodeled which was a nice touch. The kitchenette was a nice touch as we did not have to eat out every meal. There are 2 burners, a fridge, and a microwave. The flat is also within a 12 minute walk to the main train station in town which was also a terrific and very convenient. Unfortunately the ceilings are a bit low and I'm 6'2''(188 cm). On a few occasions I ended up banging my head on the door frames. Also, the kitchen utensils were not well supplied but the staff was willing to help supply anything we needed such as extra forks, spoons, etc.

• Shanice (4/5): Location great, everything else poor. - The location. The property was very dirty not entirely sure they know how to clean properly. Bathroom very unclean. Shower didn’t drain so kept flooding across the floor. The tv is a smart tv but they have turned all of it off so you only have the channels with are on there. Ours didn’t work the Ariel was faulty. Staff not very accommodating almost like your a problem rather than wanting to help. Overall it’s in need of a little love, rooms are very spacious but looking a bit tired. If your a light sleeper do not stay here the windows are single pane and the noise from outside is loud. Was also no amenities in the bathrooms other than shampoo and had wash. You would be better off booking a hotel for the same price £250 per night.

• SHEILA (8/5): - A localização é o forte do local assim como o custo beneficio. O quarto realmente é bem pequeno e não tem café da manhã. O valcher para o café nao estava incluso na diaria. Se vc imaginar que vai gastar uns 20 euros no café da manhã para 2 pessoas ... vale pesquisar mas o custo beneficio é bom.

• Vanessa (7/5): Great Location, ok for an overnighter. Please update the pictures to the ordinary rooms please - The location was excellent, just a two min walk to the Duomo. Also the property had a lift which was much appreciated, and the property was clean. The pictures online do not match the actual decor. I was expecting it to be quite trendy and fancy however the pictures on booking.com must be of the suite.

• Lynsey (8/5): Great location, and large rooms - Incredible location; and good size rooms The downside of the location is if your room is facing the street it can be quite noisy. They don’t allow aircon until mid April so it was rather hot and we spent one night with the window open but were unable to sleep all night due to the noise.
