Shiree (10/5): Everything was great only thing I disagree on was the parking fee. Basically a way to scam a few extra dollars from peop - Cleanliness Paying for parking when you have no other area for parking to choose from.

TxAirHedz (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!! - I have stayed here several times over the last 4 years. During the last year this place has really gone downhill. The rooms are not comfortable and there is no heat in my room. After 2 visits to the front desk for 2 separate issues I have been given nothing but excuses and dismissive attitudes from 2 separate clerks. My next trip to this area will be to a different hotel.
Trip64422680864 (10/5): Great place to stay if DFW is iced over! - Great place to stay if DFW is iced over! The Hampton Inn in Colleyville was close enough (just a few miles away) and had reasonable prices when our flight was cancelled due to ice/snow. A big shout out to Erick, the front desk attendant, who was absolutely great and so helpful with requests during our stay. Would totally stay again, even during in better weather!

Mark (3/5): Not a place that I would stay at again - Staff Hotel was not up to the standard of a medium priced hotel . Hotel was very out dated the carpet in the hallway was coming up in various spots and I tripped twice while go to the room. Wallpaper in my room was coming off the wall and furniture was soiled.

Karen (6/5): Disappointed in welcome and basic accommodation of needs - Location and general comfort of room, buffet breakfast A welcoming smile from anyone at the front desk would have been appreciated. We had to say hello as we walked by to get anyone to look up OR on most occasions the front desk person was sequestered in the back room and wasn’t even present to greet. Our third visit and no acknowledgement of repeat visit. We learned only after we came back late from a long work day to a dirty room and no fresh towels, nor replenished coffee or amenities etc that the hotel policy is to clean only every second day. I asked for at least some clean towels and was told I’d need to come to front desk to pick them up as there was only one person on staff.

Suzanne (7/5): Great location but hotel needs updating - Excellent location. So easy to hop on the freeway and get around the town. It was not up to what I expected for a Hampton inn. I know that area vary well and I was disappointed that the hotel was not kept up. The carpets in the halls were tripping hazards and one elevator was not working. The rooms were okay but the whole hotel looked tired.

Adelphia (6/5): Meh... - The floor was so slick with either humidity or wax, that if you dared walked barefoot, it felt disgusting. I would not recommend not wearing slippers or flipflops. The ac really didn't adjust well. Either too cold or too warm.

johnjT3863AT (2/5): Bad Stay. - Unfortunately when I stayed at this hotel I had a terrible experience. My A/C unit does not work and is in a maintenance mode not allowing me to adjust any settings. My room currently as I’m writing this review is atleast 80 degrees 10:30 at night! I called to the front desk and was told there was nothing that could be done. I am only staying one night. Furthermore the tile in my room from the main entrance to the bathroom is not properly secured. When walking around you can feel the tiles rocking back and forth. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

morgan (1/5): Unsafe smelly room - The staff was friendly and helpful The room smelled as soon as we opened the door. We realized it must be mildew for the rug near the air-conditioning was soaked. We requested another room, but was one not available. We were going to stay another night but we went elsewhere. The wetness in the carpet was growing. Everything in the room was damp.

Verified traveler (8/5): Enjoyed our stay - It was a beautiful hotel, a great breakfast, friendly staff and very clean. Only complaint was that the beds were hard as a rock. If you like a firm bed this is the hotel for you! Bathroom was spacious, water pressure was great. Literally no complaints besides the bed.

If we wanted dowels we had to go to front desk-then that acted like it was an imposition to get them. The bathroom was in need of floor repair with loose tiles everywhere. The bed was great and the air conditioner was great too. Then the last day we went to breakfast and came back to room and they had locked us out. I asked a maid, but she couldn’t speak English. Went back down to front desk and they escorted me back to room. I will not stay at that location again.
Edward (8/5): Visitation in Colleyville. - The room was very large and clean. The hotel was close to the venue we came to town for. The only problem was the slower water would drain in to the lavatory area. Also the lavatory sink was slow to drain. Informed the front desk of the two problems when I was checking.out.
Steven (2/5): Good location, shady operation. - Location Got slapped with a $25 surcharge for late check in?! Check in was before midnight and I’d contacted the hotel in advance for approval. They never mentioned this fee. Just added it to the bill and charged my card without approval. Didn’t find out until I got home.

It’s value for money very clean very nice friendly hotel staff and great service overall, I would especially like to thank the front desk staff of both Erick and Erica, who are instrumental in holding my luggage giving a great service being polite and were of great help I would definitely want to come back here and stay again good place to stay affordable, pricing and easy access to all the areas around. J826LSmadelines (4/5): Wish I had stayed somewhere else - If I was able to cancel my reservation mid-stay, I would’ve. Needs lots of updates. Many of the outlets in the room were extremely loose and didn’t work, including all of them by our beds. No smart TV’s, only cable so we weren’t able to use Netflix. I don’t think the pool is treated properly and my kid got sick. The carpets are dirty and hazardous to walk on. I went to 3 different floors for ice and finally called the front desk to ask which floors the ice machine worked on, which they replied 1 and 2. The pool needs refinished and treated properly. No hot tub. Most of the cloth covered furniture is dirty/stained. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Elevators are very hot and the trash cans outside of the elevators were full and smelled horribly all 3 nights we stayed. It’s in a pretty convenient location so that was a plus.
