Mastine-Frost (8/5): Convenient and spacious — balcony is a great plus! - A great convenient stay, tons of space, very dark blackout curtains. I stayed in the streetside unit on the lowest floor, and it was still quite comfortable — a little bit of noise but really not bad given the density of Mexico City. You're a short walk from Roma Norte and Juarez, so there's plenty of exploring around the corner. The drain for the shower could use a clean-out, as I was left in a little bit of a puddle by the end of my shower. I'm sure the staff would have sorted it but I was only in the hotel for one night.

Elizabeth (10/5): Spacious, bright, clean, and kind staff. Easy to walk to many sites and safe. - Loved how big our room was and the big sliding glass doors looking out to the city. (Ask for a room opposite the street.) We had mentioned we were celebrating a special birthday & the staff kindly gifted us balloons and a nice bottle of wine. We had dinner one night near the Sheraton and brunch one morning at The Four Seasons… both are any easy walk from MX. We also walked to the Polanco area and the Cathedral one different days. It’s a good walk (maybe 2.5 mi) but it was safe and interesting and faster than an Uber as traffic is nuts. We hired a car for a day to take us to the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe which was the purpose of our trip. We would stay at MX again for the this type of room at the price. It was a good deal. We didn’t mind paying for the coffee pods in the morning. Towels were a little tired looking. But bed and pillows were super comfortable. And it was quiet at night.

David (8/5): We found it to be a good stay. Much more positive than not. It completely suited us for this trip, as we were looking to - It’s cleanly and spacious. The staff are responsive and kindly. The location is good. Close to many restaurants and public transportation options, which were safe, clean, inexpensive and reliable. Our first night was in a ground floor, street facing suite. Not ideal, but they kindly moved us. The common area facilities are limited, so if you seek a lot in that regard…? The construction of the building is such that it moves a bit with traffic, probably for earthquake safety. If that’s something you haven’t experienced or or uncomfortable with….?

Lyn (8/5): A well-located, spacious stay with excellent service, slightly let down by a poorly designed shower. - Centrally located near the Diana Fountain on Paseo de la Reforma, very convenient for exploring CDMX. The front desk staff, especially Gerardo and Juan Manuel, were excellent: friendly, accommodating, and professional. The room was spacious for two people, and the kitchenette was well-equipped (though we didn’t use it since we ate out daily). The main downside was the shower design. Water consistently leaked out of the stall and flooded the bathroom floor, requiring us to use bath towels each time. This appears to be a known issue, but it did not significantly detract from our stay.

The suite was beautiful and had a microwave, fridge, stove (although we didn't use), and plates/utensils, etc. I am more sensitive to noise and due to the convenient location, there was some street noise we could hear from the room. However, my partner who is less sensitive to noise had no problem.

Sylvie (8/5): Great potential. Well situated. Might be too noisy for some. - The location, the cleanliness, the friendly staff. I found the bed to be very comfortable. I had a street facing room. I'm used to a very quiet neighbourhood at home so I found my stay to be very noisy. Not the hotel's fault, but it does impact your stay. There is construction nearby. Bring earplugs. Good ones. Certain things need upgrading: the pillows, the blow dryer (vibrated so bad it hurt my hand). The fan in the bathroom needs fixing (squeaked loudly). Etc. I had booked for 14 days, left after 8 days but not entirely because of the suite. To be fair, I never mentioned anything to the staff.

Also the bed was big enough and you have the tv to watch as well. Only the bed sheets felt a little itchy but nothing that would make me not sleep through the night.

Sean (1/5): Violating and traumatizing experience; will never stay again - Nice location; extremely walkable to a huge number of places and the area was very pleasant to just go outside and walk around. Room was fine and well equipped with a cute little balcony. Beds were decent and it was nice having access to a kitchen during the stay. This was by far the most unprofessional and violating hotel experience I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this property if you value your safety and dignity. One night towards the tail end of our stay we received a noise complaint. After the front desk notified us of the complaint, the 3 of us (not a huge party!) turned the music off and the 2 of us staying there went to bed for the night. The next thing that happened was a knock at the front door with two hotel staff members and two police officers. The police entered the room and accused us of having/doing drugs in a very aggressive manner. They rummaged through our luggage taking items out and throwing them aside, briefly took our passports, searched the entire room, reached into the pockets of the pants that i was currently wearing, yanking everything out and throwing it onto the bed. They stayed in the room keeping us up for hours and making us feel extremely uncomfortable and violated while the hotel staff just remained in the hallway watching everything go down. After they of course found nothing they left and we immediately booked another hotel for the remainder of our stay in Mexico City. It was an extremely aggressive and uncalled for event; if they had any issue they could have called again or simply come up without the police and the aggressive accusations. I can only assume they get some sort of bribe kick-back because it was entirely unreasonable behavior. I highly recommend that you do not entrust your stay to this hotel because it is absolutely not a safe space for you to return to at night.

Alejandro (3/5): Good location but brace yourself for noise - Location. There is a lot of construction around the building, 24/7. There was never a moment of silence. Also, even if the construction was not there, I could also listen all night to neighbors getting in late from going outside during evenings. You could always listen to conversations outside of the room. Very, very noisy. Could not sleep well any of the three nights I spent there. Also, the room I was given was in the below level so the room even with all lights on was kind of dark.

Carlos (9/5): Excelente ubicación. Comodidad , - Ubicación . Amplio. Atención del personal. Seguridad. Sitios cercanos para alimentarse. Había un problema de filtración de la ducha . ( Se dejó constancia el día de salida)Sugiero un multitoma en el escritorio para carga de celulares y demás .

Gabriela (10/5): Locación ideal para descubrir el DF - Nos encanto la ubicación y lo cómoda y espaciosa que era la habitación. Realmente se podía descansar porque a pesar de estar cerca de todo no se escuchaba mucho ruido en la noche. El lugar estaba siempre limpio y el personal fue muy amable. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que para usar el agua caliente de la ducha era complicado regularla. Salía o muy caliente o muy fría pero en realidad fue algo menor.

Claudia (7/5): Regular - El Sr que te recibe en la entrada es sumamente amable y servicial, nos abrió la puerta del estacionamiento y estuvo muy al pendiente de nosotros. Desafortunadamente en la recámara de junto había gente haciendo mucho ruido y se escuchaba como si estuvieran dentro de nuestra habitación. Fue difícil descansar. Llamamos a recepción para que los callaran y bajaron un poco el ruido pero aún así fue incómodo porque todo se escucha.. tenían una mini fiesta en la habitación :s

Miguel (9/5): - La localización y el estilo de hospedaje. Suites poco insonorizadas. Las dos últimas veces que me he hospedado me han dado habitaciones en los bajos que tienen mucha humedad.
