- Alessandro (1/5): arrependimento de ter investido nessa pousada. - gostei da Localização. Primeiramente, a Pousada não é Pet Friendly. Quando chegamos no Hotel disseram pra gente que meus Pet não poderiam ficar sozinhos no quarto, ou seja, teríamos que levar-los para qualquer lugar. Detalhe que meus cachorros são idosos, não latem e só dormem. Deviam comentar isso na propaganda antes da reserva. Quando cheguei no hotel fui ligar a banheira, pois preferi o quarto mais caro para usar a hidromassagem. Liguei a banheira do meu quarto e saiu algumas lacraias da tubulação além da agua sair amarelada e a água não saía quente. No dia seguinte fui na recepção e comentei o fato e me responderam que era só ligar a banheira e esvaziar. Eu me pergunto: O cliente que tem que fazer isso? Eles não preparam o quarto? Na noite seguinte não tinha, de novo, água quente. Liguei para recepção e me disseram que o rapaz da manutenção já tinha ido embora. Tomamos banho de agua fria de novo. Pedi pra trocar de quarto pois estava pagando caro pela banheira e não ía tomar banho de banheira gelada, a resposta foi que a pousada estava lotada, porém devia ser mentira pois, só haviam 3 carros no estacionamento e no café da manhã só tinham 3 famílias, além de ter vaga pelo site do booking.com. E pra finalizar a péssima experiência, acordei no domingo com calor e descobri que não tinha luz na pousada. Fui na recepção reclamar e falaram que não podiam fazer nada pois foi problema externo. Nesse dia estava chovendo e eu não ía para praia e como iria ficar no hotel sem luz? Foi a pior experiência que tive com uma pousada. Quando saí da pousada pedi que alguém entrasse em contato comigo para conversarmos sobre o ocorrido e até hoje não recebi o contato.
- Richard (7/5): Pleasant with some caveats - The staff were very welcoming. Bedrooms were comfortable with good air/conditioning. The overall feel of the place was great, like staying in a nature reserve. Breakfast was also great. The pool water was quite dirty with a film over the water and debris floating on the surface. It was clear that the filter system was turned off. The toilet was very hard to flush and I ended up as an experienced toilet engineer after each visit using a combination of the water gun and flush just to make things disappear. We ordered drinks by the pool that never appeared, maybe a language problem.
- Gustavo (5/5): Como diria Nelson Rodrigues, bonitinha mas ordinária. - A área externa é bonita, a piscina ótima, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Café da manhã bonzinho, só precisam aprender a fazer ovo mexido hahaha. Estacionamos o carro com facilidade e tivemos, no geral, uma boa estadia. No quarto que nos deram o ar-cond não funcionava. Nos deram outro, prometeram consertar o anterior, mas não consertaram. No novo quarto a maçaneta saiu voando, o que não é nada demais, mas já estávamos meio sem paciência. Também poderiam ter colchoes mais confortáveis e algum capricho a mais. Por exemplo, os fios da TV ficavam pendurados e o aparelho de TV Claro ficava enganchado por trás, torto, porque não havia onde colocá-lo.

Café da manhã gostoso. Conseguimos ir caminhando para a rua das pedras todos os dias. O edredom estava com cheiro de mofo, não consegui dormir com ele. O posicionamento do ar-condicionado na suíte que ficamos não é direcionado para cama, como o quarto é bem grande, ficava fresquinho mas durante q noite sentimentos calor. 😞

Recepção super atenciosa, área da piscina, de jogos, e demais dependências muito aconchegantes. Quarto com tudo que se espera para uma estadia de tranquilidade. Café da manhã surpreende, muito bom , super completo. Ótima experiência. A integração do pagamento entre Booking e a pousada deixou a desejar durante a reserva. Não consegui descobrir o que acontece, porque uso booking sempre e foi a primeira vez que tive este problema.

O Hotel é bem arborizado, uma delícia, decoração rústica. O quarto é espaçoso, com ar condicionado, cama confortável, mas o chuveiro precisa ser substituído. O cobertor também precisou ser trocado porque estava com mau cheiro. O café da manhã é excelente e as meninas super acolhedoras. Tem estacionamento.

- Matheus (8/5): - Incrível, ótima experiência. Fizemos a viagem com três casais e todos gostaram.
- Jefferson (6/5): - This pousada has amazing potential. The property itself is beautiful, a bit of an oasis with royal palms (I think), tropical vegetation and with Koi ponds. The common area, sort of a club house with pool table and library, a nice pool and breakfast area are all very nice and peaceful, and all with wifi. The breakfasts were very good, and the kitchen help was very sweet. Unfortunately there were too many little niggly things that were bothersome, that when added up left us a little frustrated. There were no trash cans in the room, no hooks to hang towels (there were 4 of us), shower door wouldn't close, chairs/benches in the outdoor common areas couldn't be used because they were so dirty, the very nice pool table was on too much of a tilt to be playable. But these are all easily resolvable, and I would certainly recommend Taman if they are fixed.

- Jorge (6/5): Bom custo benefício - Passamos um final de semana. A área comum do hotel é exatamente como nas fotos. Lindo, muito bem cuidado, piscina maravilhosa e um paisagismo impecável. Funcionários excelentes, educados, prestativos. Café da manhã maravilhoso, limpo e bem servido. Contudo, os quartos precisam de uma arquitetura moderna. O hotel não condiz com a qualidade oferecida nos quartos. Aparência de velho, mal cuidado. Coberta manchada, toalhas não tão boas, banheiro apertado e com luz queimada. Quadros antigos, armários velhos de mal cuidados, quarto sem black out, ao amanhecer eu já não conseguia dormir devido a claridade que entrava pela janela,espelho apenas no banheiro. Bem cafona e não trás sensação de bem estar. Passamos um final de semana. Um bom custo benefício para um final de semana, mas para passar férias, não.

- Margarita (10/5): relaxing stay - it was very relaxing stay. the hotel itself is designed like you are in a nature nothing major minuses. they did not have a dinner service but they cooked something for us even there was no chef

- Christoph (7/5): Good - Outside area is very nice. Cool pool was excellent water quality. Good breakfast and service overall. They put us in a standard room though we paid for a bigger one. First our request was rejected. Only we showed that even on their own website our room was classified as standard category were we put in a better category.

- André Luiz (6/5): Aceitável, mas precisa de melhorias. - O hotel tem um jardim lindo é uma bela piscina. Os funcionários da recepção são bem simpáticos e solícitos apesar de um pouco lentos, principalmente no check-in, pois estava com pressa para um casamento. Achei o quarto ok, confortável. O ponto baixo pra mim é o café manhã. Achei fraco, nada muito gostoso e pouca variedade bem como o atendimento não satisfatório. Peguei duas xícaras sujas de poeira na mesa. Acho que precisa melhorar.

- Marcelo (6/5): Bela Pousada - A pousada tem uma boa localização, perto da rua das pedras. Bastante verde ao redor dos quartos torna o ambiente muito agradável. A parte ruim é que a TV só funciona para um único canal. O ponto alto foi a receptividade do sr. Mauro, muito atencioso e gentil.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Pode melhorar - Por ter muita madeira no quarto, sempre existem teias de aranha. Acho que a limpeza deveria ser mais rígida.
