- Ernesto (2/5): Incredible stupidity, callouaness, filth - I asked for a receipt and they took 43 minutes and locked the door so that I couldn't leave. I am placing a formal complaint before the authorities. Last time I book.a hotel with expedia. they locked the door. what aholes i had paid everything and was just waiting for the receipt. the towels were dirty. the staff was incredibly obnoxious... keep away keep far far away.
- Nelly (10/5): Clean, friendly, nice - In this hotel the room was small but comfortable, everything was clean and nice looking. The location is close to a bus station, the stadium, San Antonio historical area and downtown. The only con about this place was the Wi Fi didn't work inside the room.

- Brian (10/5): - Nice comfortable hotel, friendly helpful staff. Major football match whilst we were there which made the vicinity outside intimidating. We went into town for drinks and dancing and a major fight broke out with broken bottles being used. We had to get in a taxi and escape. Unfortunate incident that spoilt our stay. Otherwise very happy with our stay. Would recommend.
