- Coc7 (8/5): -
- peter (10/5): - Clean, cheap
- peter (4/5): Functional - Bare minimum, but clean No coffee, no cups
- Alexander (5/5): Preis/Leistung war doch nicht gegeben! - Parkplätze waren genug vorhanden! Internet a la Steinzeit!
- Marleny (9/5): -
- Timothy (1/5): Scary. - Price on a Saturday night in the Bay Area Peak Season. There as a Target in walking distance. Everything. The TV didn’t work. The internet was sketchy at best. Intermittent.
The staff was surly. The property not maintained. Even the toilet didn’t have a lid and no amenities like Kleenex provided. One small soap bar was there.
- Alex (1/5): - Anything The receptionist was very rude and impolite
- Sergio (1/5): Bad -
- Irene (6/5): - The outside property is poor. The manager states they are fixing up this motel. The room was o.k.
- Jason (8/5): Very good -
- Tung (6/5): Pleasant -
- Miller (1/5): Bad -
- Ardoin (7/5): Good -
- Bradley (10/5): - I had a medical visit at Stanford and Capri was a great stay. The staff is very friendly. It is a simple room. The shower had great water pressure. I needed a low-cost room in the area and this was excellent. It was safe and conveniently located right near Target and other food and shopping stores.
- John (8/5): Economy Stay - I have a medical appointment at Stanford. I stayed at a budget location that cost me $112 for the night. One gets what they pay for. I needed a place I could crash for the night for the least amount of money possible. This place is not a destination in and of itself.
- Carlos (6/5): - I enjoyed my stay. Perfect for solo trips where you need to sleep somewhere.
- Catharina (2/5): - This property needs a renovation. Even the comfort blankets needs a renewal.Too old
- Daniel (4/5): I remember this hotel as a dive 50 years ago in my hometown and it's still here - amazing - There was a room, bed, TV, bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, and good covered parking. I even got more than one tv channel 6 hours after asking for help when the woman came, accused me of messing with the remote, and started to leave to find new batteries. I offered to provide the batteries I had right there, but she went to get her own, brought the remote back, and admonished me not to mess with the remote. I didn't much understand why she accused me of messing with the remote when the problem was a dead battery, and no soap in the bathroom, booked thru and paid with Expedia or some other booking app, but she made me pay in full again (we'll see what happens there), I actually tipped this woman $20 at check-in, and the next day when I came down the 2nd time after 3 hours about the TV, she yelled at me saying she was eating and I should just wait.
- DAVID (8/5): - For a lower priced motel it was better than I had expected.
- Kat (4/5): - Police and domestic violence
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Free parking was good to have, but the room had issues with TV and phone not working and staff gave us wrong internet code. Not very friendly either. The room was not clean, had new rooms in front, but put us in an old room in back.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent affordable, clean, quiet for the price is good
- Shane (10/5): Great, affordable room - Cant complain this place is affordable and clean, offering everything I needed
- Anthony (10/5): Good people - It was nice and i will go back.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Staff freindly. Didn't like broken heater or coffee pot. No wi -Fi
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The carpet felt like it was placed over something else. W
- Verified traveler (2/5): Hella dirty - Hella dirty
- Eileen (4/5): - Gross
- FranF253 (2/5): Stay Away! - This place needs to be shut down. Don't know how it can even be included in offerings through Hotels.com. Air conditioning did not work. No secure locks on doors or windows. Refund not provided when refused to stay there. Do not stay in this place!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - they didn't advise us of 3 PM check in time so we cancelled
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This hotel is under construction, some of the room unusable, very poor condition.
- james (10/5): Great Stay - Super friendly staff, clean amenities and fast wifi.
- Ben (4/5): - Needs a complete facelift.
- Terence E (8/5): IT WAS OK - THEY WERE REMODELING, HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE BETTER AFTER REMODELING IS DONE. FRONT DOOR I DIDN'T LIKE VERY LOOSE AND LOCK DIDN'T WORK.
- Nollaig1 (2/5): A disgusting dump - Cost 160 dollars a night. No internal lock on door. All of the window locks are broken and can slide open from the outside. Room looks nothing like the pictures on the web.
Should have realized it wasn’t good when I checked with the guy behind 1” thick plexi-glass.
- T7385SCstephaniej (2/5): Yikes! - I think we got the gross suite, not sure what was worse the toilet paper was holding in the shower, the thick mould on the window or the bed... they are renovating maybe we were just unlucky. There were holes in the comforter, but no bedbugs, we checked.
- june (2/5): Crappy hotel - We stayed there because of cheapest around there but we paid $150 for this crappy old motel. They seems like it’s getting renovations but we weren’t that lucky. Looked box spring of bed, my boyfriend was like Is anybody got murdered here or what?! It was all red-brown stains disgusting! We won’t stay there again
- lesandcarola (2/5): Should have known better. - Not told of major renovation. Place looks like a dump. Office is locked at night for check-in with communication thru side window, a reflection of neighborhood. Big empty room with no luggage rack available. No tissues supplied. Shampoo was already half used. Shower water pressure was anemic, with water leaking out on floor. Vent fan sounds like a DC-3 at takeoff power. TV is old-style cathode ray tube with crackling audio. Coil spring protruded through center of King-size mattress. Internet was intermittent.
- kmdamico (2/5): STAY AWAY!! - Here for about 2 hours! The place smelled and was dirty. This is the type of motel you pay by the hour; I'm surprised it's even allowed to be open. And once I saw the blood splatter on the ceiling I was done. They didn't even give us a refund not even half! Way to over price for the crap that we saw! I attached some pictures I hope they help!
- 65bernadettef (10/5): Highly recommend- we had room 10 - I really liked staying here because the desk clerk, Jimmy, was so helpful and friendly, spoke English, and no one hassled us about our large (service) dogs - a Doberman and a Husky, who can be offensive because they are very lively. We stayed two days and had one of the newly decorated rooms, tastefully done, with a new microwave and refrigerator. Great tv reception and relatively quiet because it is off the large street, El Camino, and only had one other tenant howling on occasion the first night...was afraid it would start our Husky howling back but did not happen, fortunately, and had a good night and easy car loading in the morning.
- V4007FAjamess (2/5): DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! - I have no idea how this place is still allowed to do business. It's literally a health hazard to stay there. I went into the room and I didn't even think about staying. The walls are extremely thin. The sheets had hairs on them. The bathroom toilet was leaking. The floor was a mess. Stay at your own risk. Even the lady at the front desk looks dangerous. She was extremely rude and talking on the phone with her friend while checking me in. Of all the motels I've stayed in, this has to be the worse.
- CarlaPeoria (2/5): Avoid the Capri Motel!! - This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel! We paid for our room, and as we were taking our stuff upstairs, the hotel clerk saw we have a dog. We did not know dogs weren't allowed, as no on told us. We had only been there about 5 minutes and the dog never set foot in the room. The clerk started shouting and screaming at us that dogs weren't allowed. We said we didn't know and asked for our money back. She said "No, because you broke our rules!" We said we hadn't even used the room at all, and the dog obviously hadn't been up to the room. She was very rude and lied about having told us no dogs were allowed. of course, I will refute the charge. Also, the room was very dirty. So, rude, dirty...avoid!!!!! It's cheap for a reason, but definitely NOT worth it. Horrible experience!!! AVOID THIS AWFUL hotelj!!
- SteveH67 (6/5): it's OK - Stayed here a few times. The rooms are nothing to brag about but the price is right. The rooms have always been clean and quiet. The guy that runs the place has always been nice. The best way to describe it is like a motel 6. It is a basic clean room and bed for a decent price. So if your'e looking for just that, then this is the place. If you want swimming pools saunas and so on then keep looking
