Nicholson (3/5): This is the fourth time I have stayed. Disappointing that the main public space was closed - Breakfast: they had difficulty bringing me a pot of tea with a jug of cold milk on the side NOWHERE - booking.com, hotel website, restaurant/bar info for Purulia - is there the notice that the rooftop is CLOSED. This is the key public space in the hotel - large, clean, airy, with good bar and also food menu. Insead, the hotel's bar room is dark, depressing, with very loud music and it's outside terrace is carpeted with cigarette buts. REVOLTING

Shantanu (8/5): Very good stay, parents loved here. - 1) Very good location - lots of shops and restaurants outside the hotel 2) Hotel is well maintained, and very clean rooms. Air conditioning is superb. 3) Room service is also very good 4) Good buffet breakfast 5) Excellent staff. There are a lot if pigeons outside the hotel, and they can be seen bathing in the swimming pool. Pigeon poo is very hazardous to health, and the hotel management need to address this urgently. I would not recommend swimming in the pool in the current scenario

Nicholson (9/5): My third stay while working with RKVM children's schools nearby and I'll be back in 2025! - Everything, but perhaps most of all the exceptionally kind, helpful and thoughtful staff. We also loved being able to sit out on the rooftop for drinks and supper after our very long work days. And it was well worth having the deluxe club room with its sit-out with table and chairs, and a light for evening reading. We were a little bit sad that the swimming pool was not as sparkling clean as the promotional photo promised, so we could not take a swim. Why did the tea in the restaurant taste odd? Is it the water purifier? It tasted fine when we brewed a cup in our room.

Rudradeb (8/5): The experience of staying in Pearl tree Hotel at Purulia is good overall. - The breakfast was very good in varieties and quality. The location was ideal in town location as I wanted. The Wi-Fi connection was satisfactory. The TV channels were not always promptly available. Some free HD channels in Bengali were missing. These should be improved. For the first time entry, the entrance is little misleading. More prominent marking' hoarding should be put up.

Location is at the city center with all facilities available, Elevator is in good working condition. Wifi connection is poor, Universal charging socket is not available in the room, Entrance is little difficult for aged person to climb.

Overall its good in terms of hygiene, cleaniness and the quality of the room. I think it's definitely over priced given that it's Purulia and not Puri or Digha..Secondly although the breakfast had less options but it was good however in restaurant dinning could be better. Firstly it takes a hell lot of time for the food to arrive. Secondly the taste of the food is not good. I didn't like the food that I ordered for dinner. It was neither tasty nor did I like it's quality.
