Judy (4/5): Nice guy but questionable apartment. - This place was difficult to find. Adolpho was nice but hard to get a hold of. The apartment was “ok” clean but very bare. It was not very comfortable with the neighborhood. We heard cars all night. I would not choose to stay again. Sorry
Ken (8/5): - I liked living in a residential area. More like home instead of a hotel. Liked the parking space. A minor inconvenience but not much of a problem the only area with air conditioning was the bed rooms and no cover on the light switch in the bathroom
Desia(Dezarae) (10/5): - I love how you get to live amongst the locals and the cab driver told us it is a university nearby which explained the cool coffee and cell phone shop within walking distance . The apartment is nice and quiet and had nice WiFi which worked very well and the had a television Roku which was awesome . Restaurants are walking distance and the neighborhood was actually quiet and just listening to some neighbors play their music we all relaxing on the patio outside.
latonya (10/5): Very nice place to stay - It was amazing the owner text me every day to let me know of places and different beaches to visit and restaurants I recommend this place to everyone that wants to visit San Juan I will stay here again when I return not to mention it's very safe there .

Verified traveler (8/5): - Inside the rooms were very clean the owner was very helpful. Very close to San Juan area. It was a convenient location and the stay was pleasant. They should look into upgrading a bit more and fixing up/ cleaning up the entrance it will bring more customers. Get more TVs installed If it has a better first impression I’m sure this place would get used a lot more. Other than that it was comfortable.
Jeff (10/5): Very economical choice in San Juan - The owner is very responsive, we arrived very late (around 3:00 AM) in San Juan. He assisted and texted us before our flight even had departed New York. Super friendly person, and was always available for questions. Highly recommended.
Eddie (10/5): The lifesaver - After staying overnight when I landed for my trip and being very greatful for the communication and meeting me at 2am on my first Puerto Rico trip I had to call for help later. My plan of a stay in Vieques Island was disturbingly prevented. First they wouldnt let me take my rental car in the ferry. Next I lost all my i.d., money, and credit cards, not so much stolen as LOST! That was extremely disturbing!! Can you imagine how stuck you are when you are in another country basically, you know noone there, have no i.d., no money, no credit?? You cannot get a hotel w/out i.d., you cannot receive wired money, you cannot get on an airplane!!!! I was freakin out. Adolfo who runs The Beatiful Alondra Apartments truly was a lifesaver. He let me come back and stay there trusting i was going to get i.d. fed exd to me. He let me have money wired to him. He even brought me some dinner cause he knew how broken down I was. I stayed a week. And made the best out of the rest of my trip. The apartment is a large 2 bedroom. A/c is just in the bedrooms. It's kept very clean. Cabinets are pretty dilapidated but for the price you can over look that, you can tell they take care of it as best they can. As for the neighborhood, I first got there at nite previously so I was very apprehensive. After staying a week I realized the neighborhood was very decent and quiet. Right off downtown. God bless them, it's a great deal too. Eddie March
Eddie (10/5): Secure welcome - Never been to PR so I was wary about crime. Plane came in at 130 am. Adolfo kept in touch through text and was available right up to me getting to the door. And having Sandra give me the key and show me in. Was able to put my car in a gated carport It is an old apt which he rents as a room. Its all kept nice and clean. Its not fancy, awesome for the price. Its a 2 bedroom apt! A/C only in the bedrooms. I just slept over that night. Bargain you cannot beat if you are not looking for a fancy hotel. Beats one of those 2-3 star hotels that are kinda nasty, FOR SURE. Eddie March
