• David (4/5): Dingy - The location was good for what I had to do. The place is dingy, not like the photos shown. I was there for four nights, and not once was any housekeeping completed.

• Neil (5/5): Extremely disappointing - The staff were pleasant but didn't help simply because the facilities offered weren't available. I chose this hotel over other similar hotels which were cheaper because it claimed to have cable tv. It simply doesn't. It has smart tv that times out every few minutes because the wifi isn't strong enough for streaming. There were several other facilities they claimed they had which were simply lies. There's no telephone in the room. There are other cheaper hotels in the area that offer similar facilities but don't lie about it.

• Steven (8/5): Great value - Great location. Comfortable bed. Hot water. Clean room. Friendly staff. Good value. They lock the front door at night around 1am so you have to ring the bell to have a staff member let you in if you’re out late.
• Oleksandr (7/5): Good - The hotel is located in a good location, 10 minutes walk to the Royal Palace and the embankment. All the equipment in the room works fine, the bed is comfortable. There are many cafes, massage parlors and shops nearby, 100 meters away is the Smile store. My room with a balcony had a beautiful view of the city. The staff is very kind, they returned the thing I forgot when checking out. The hotel needs cosmetic repairs, very weak Wi-Fi, small ants and sometimes cockroaches came into my room.
• Marie-claude (6/5): Pleasant - Nice reception staff Supermarket and restaurants close-by The hotel and the room are gloomy: poorly lit, with yellowish walls creating a depressing atmosphere. The room was dirty, especially the walls and the floor. The pillows smelled old pillows. Light was coming from a kind of window taped out, but the light was still coming in.

The staff were outstanding. Special mention to Jackie for his tips and advice not only on Phnom Penh but for my onward travels

• Dennis (9/5): Nice clean economy hotel in a nice location . - Lots of restaurant and spas, if you like locations that are busy and lively this is your hotel. Close to river walk, palace, night market. They have Netflix a plus for me. This is a local hotel don’t expect 5 star amenities .
• Paulo (7/5): Good - Room was bigger than I expected. Last floor, so I had a bit of a view. The AC worked perfectly and the wifi was also good. Comfortable bed and clean room and toilet. Good location close to the main attractions and easy check in. Staff on duty at night did not speak English at all. Area feels a bit dodgy at night. Bathroom is tiny and gets flooded after a shower.

• Roger (8/5): Dynsey Boutique Hotel, good value for money. - The Dynsey Boutique Hotel was good value for the money I paid. The location is good. There are many places on the street to eat and drink. The staff were friendly. The only problem I had was that the toilet seat was broken.

• Jeffrey (5/5): Do not book buses from them - Location and comfy bed The front desk clerk. I told him on Wednesday I wanted to book a bus ticket to Kampot. I reminded him on Thursday and early Friday morning. On Friday morning he said he had a taxi waiting. After traveling for about one mile I found out he was taking me to the airport. So the driver had to take me to three different bus stations for me to get a bus. I could’ve done this online by myself but I thought I would give the hotel extra business. Do not book buses from them.

• Jonathan (5/5): Does the job on a budget, but I'd happily pay more for more comfort. - Cheap and clean enough. Shower was big. Overall did the job. The room looks more run down in real life than in the photo. It's on one of the kind of tasteless backpacker streets. Staff were not around when I showed up to check in, had to wait for them to arrive. Stayed a week and had to request to get water / cleaning. No lobby or sitting area.

• Sebastien (5/5): Needs refurbishing and professional staff. - This street is perfect for drinks and foods, not far from everything. The internet is very good. Old furnitures. The bed was creaking as hell. When I left, it took 20 minutes to the receptionnist to understand I had paid already, having to show him the receipt and booking.com confirmation. Afterwards, he didn't feel needed to apologize...

• Verified traveler (8/5): Very decent hotel - The room was clean, sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. Only drawback was that the window was down a hallway in the room, making the room very dark and not very cozy. The staff was sweet and helpful. The location is super central, yet it was very quiet when sleeping.
