- Mahesh (8/5): Never again! - Small property that serves the purpose of a quick stay. The restaurant staff were really good. The reception staff. We checked in at the time of flight cancellations. One of the guests could not make it, the reception refused to cancel the booking even knowing the situation( it was all over the news) additionally forced us to provide the ID of the guest who did not arrive. At the end we paid for the room and left it vacant! It was a one night stay so I did not have the time to escalate.
- Anjali (6/5): Not up to standard - Location Staff were generally OK. But at checkin, there was an issue to get a second key card, specially with three of us staying at the hotel in the same room. In addition, the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were not up to the mark expected for a 5 star hotel, and specially for a Marriot Bonvoy. They wanted to first put us in a smoking room which we declined. We were put in a non smoking room but somehow the smoke smell would come up into our room. Carpets on the floors in the passages were really dirty and have looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years. The cleanliness in the room also was not up to standard. Mugs were dirty, towels were stained. The spare bed provided was torn and the sheets were stained. Had to request for these to be changed. For the price paid, and the brand name attached, this was not the level expected, having stayed at Mariott Bonvoy hotels in other cities in India during our trip.

Музыка каждую ночь в ресторане снизу мешает спать. Этот ресторан при отеле, поэтому, я не понимаю такой тупости. Зачем вы позволяете ресторану до 3-5 утра во всю включать музыку? Это же портит впечатление о вашем отеле самим гостям, которые хотят расслабиться.

- biju (4/5): Location is very remote and the reception team is not helpful, our checking process was a nightmare - Clean facility Check in process, we got our room only after waiting for one hour , was sitting in the lobby and the reception team is not organized , first they told us we have to wait for 10 minutes and made us to wait for an hour. We were tired from long flight and get frustrated going back and forth asking for our room. Not very helpful staff, not even able to provide a reason.

I have relocated to Bombay just now, and this is my first stop before I actually get my own house and the people who made sure I am comfortable., especially on the day that I was feeling unwell. Entire Reception staff team , the duty manager, the restaurant manager, Alisha, the breakfast, staff, managers, and Ravindra.

Fridge in room, and free bottled water. No bar, no alcohol on the premises, even with dinner. You could hear noise from the neighbouring rooms.

The rooms need a little touch up and carpets etc. Some of the floors i.e. level 3 need some work compared to say level 6. This is India though whereby buildings aren’t easy to maintain and the pollution and weather have an impact.

- BANERJEE (2/5): HORRIBLE...the worst hotel I have ever stayed. - Worst breakfast. They had no choice at all. The staff was behaving as if they are doing a favour to me. The room telephone would go silent after 7 PM and no resolution was provided even after complaining. Response on all fronts after 7 PM in the evening were horrible. The walls are very porous, you can hear the next room guest easily. The corridors were stinking. Apart from the security guard all staffs were on the lowest side of customer service. Everything except the security guards.

I spent a lot of time in downtown Mumbai which meant I spent a lot of time stuck in traffic because it is hellish there. The hotel itself was very good, the power in the shower, the AC and the fact that they habe a rooftop pool was wonderful. If I was to return to Mumbai I would look to stay in a branch close to the south of Mumbai and would hope the service would be exactly the same as the goragaon branch.

Walking to the local train station takes about 10 minutes or so. Hotel is highly recommended but may not be everyone’s cup of tea regarding area. - Jamini (10/5): Lovely hotel, will definitely book again - Location, very modern compared to some of the other hotels I’ve stayed in. The restaurant on site had lots of choices too. The staff accommodated to my needs.
