- Verified traveler (6/5): Needs renovation. Ok, but there are better options - Average hotel - needs some renovation. Service is ok, but could be better. Not very friendly staff. Asking to change the room because of noise was rejected despite having rooms available. Breakfast is ok, but boaring.
- Manuela (6/5): Good, but disappointed about the noise in the room - Check-In was good, but we were given a room adjacent to the elevator. There was no way to get sleep before midnight and the noise started again at 7 in the morning. The next day, we asked to change the room, but we were told that the hotel was full. Checking on the internet, we saw that for the same category there were still 3 rooms available, so they had lied to us! A big disappointment. It would have been a nice gesture to get this problem solved, since rooms were still available, but we were forced to stay in the same room again. The breakfast offer is ok.

Reservei um quarto com vista para o lago, mas infelizmente nos deram o primeiro andar, onde conseguimos ver uma o lago apenas através das arvores. Quarto simples, sem frigobar ou outra comodidade. O café da manhã bem servido. Custo benefício "OK".

Não é uma boa opção para quem quer ficar próximo ao centro ou com reservas de passeios com agências, pois devido a distância os transfer não buscam na porta do hotel (dependendo do passeio). No mais, o quarto tem cofre, um bom armário, uma ótima e espaçosa cama, e banheiro com água quente e gelada.

Restaurante para almoço e jantar razoável, caro,existem melhores opções na cidade. Calefação e chuveiro quentinhos,bem agradável. Longe do centro e do cerro catedral,precisa de carro. Atenção para a posição dos quartos. Os de vista"montanha"são escuros,não pegam sol e a vista é para um bosque feio. Só fiquem se a vista for para o lago, aonde pega sol e a vista é linda. Eles nem sempre especificam a vista na reserva. Fiquem atentos!!

El estado general del hotel es bueno, pero la única crítica que tengo para hacerle que redujo el confort es el tamaño de los baños y que no tiene bidet. El desayuno es completo en un espacio con muy linda vista. El personal muy bien. Para cenar cerca hay que tener en cuenta que hay que reservar en todos lados, como alternativa, hay un rest en el hotel.

The room on the upper floor was a dormer type room—perfectly clean and comfortable but with two single beds and not the double I thought I had booked. A perfectly good and clean hotel, a mile from the ferry to Isla Victoria, with an attractive and quiet bar in the basement. Breakfast was basic but well presented and an attractive breakfast room. I would stay again.
