The staff was extremely polite and always ready to help Chef Ajay And Chef Satyajit , Lucky , Anu , Rajdeep and Laxmi which made the experience even better. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, The location of the hotel was also convenient and easy to access. The resort was very nice an would be great for a relaxing weekend. It is not in town and is on a very poor road so not very convenient for going into Pushkar either. If you want to enjoy the resort amenities, though, it is great.

Harbhajan and Lishka served us and they were very kind and gentle, made our dinner perfect! Enjoyed my stay there - We reached very late nearly midnight as we were driving down from Delhi on a hot day. The hotel was in touch on What's App and enquired the arrival time. I had requested for rooms to be cool before we arrived. All rooms had the AC running and we were so comfortable on checking in and had a good night's rest. The Reception staff just took the id photographs and led us to the rooms immediately and not waste time to take credit card authorisation. Said they would do in the morning and we should rest. Greatly appreciated by me as a Marriott BonVoy member!

The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured a lovely indoor plunge pool, which made the experience even more special. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the team went out of their way to prepare a special off-menu item for us on request. The staff were extremely welcoming, warm, and genuinely engaging — they even took the time to interact with our daughter, which made us feel very comfortable and cared for. One evening, the chefs thoughtfully prepared a local cuisine meal especially for us, which was both delicious and memorable. Service throughout the stay was prompt and efficient — room service and housekeeping were fast, thorough, and maintained excellent cleanliness. The property itself is fabulous and expansive, especially impressive given its location in Pushkar. Complimentary high tea was a delightful touch and very well done. We also loved that there is a sightseeing point within the property itself, along with a beautiful pool, park areas, and scenic walkways that made for relaxing strolls. Overall, it was a very special and memorable experience, made even better by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Highly recommended, and we would love to return.

While the resort offers a peaceful escape, it doesn't currently live up to the global "Westin" or "Marriott" standard. The Good: • Dining: Truly the highlight of the stay. From the breakfast spread to the in-room dining and high tea, the food was excellent. • Ambiance: The property is located away from the city hustle, making it very serene. • Staff: The team members were polite and courteous throughout our stay. The Bad: • Room Condition: The property feels very old. The bathroom fixtures were either outdated or simply not working correctly, which is disappointing for this price point. • Service Bottleneck: The concierge system is highly inefficient. Having a single point of contact for room support sounds good in theory, but it was "painstakingly slow" in practice. Every request required a callback just to confirm requirements, leading to unnecessary delays. Verdict: Great food and polite staff can’t hide the fact that the property needs a major renovation and a more efficient service model.

It goes without saying that the food was truly outstanding. Every dish was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The variety on the menu catered to all tastes, and the staff specially our server Annu was warm, attentive. Chef Adarsh and Ashwini were happy to customise dishes to our requirements. Special Mention - the Rajasthani Thali suggested to us was awesome and become our favourite out of all the awesome food we were served.

• 69harshb (10/5): Awsome private pool stay - I stayed at Westin Pushkar and booked room with private pool and wow it was sooo awsomee like room big and comfy and we just jump in pool whenever we want no thinking needed lol waking up and seeing pool right outside felt like some dream expreince staff really really good and very sweet big shoutout to Anu and Sarthak they help us with everything always smiling and talking nice we feel taken care like vip but still chill vibes. they also arrange birthday special dinner for us with decoration and cake and all that it was so sweet and made the whole stay feel extra special and personal overall great place if you want relax and have fun weekend and peaceful time in pushkar, I will tell ppl go here it is totaly worth it

If you have an elderly person travelling with you, ensure you select the right category as some of their rooms are on Level 1 accessed only by stairs. Our Pushkar darshan experience was pleasant was arranged by the hotel and Kaushal parashar ji handled our darshan. We enjoyed every moment spent at the temple. with easy access to the major attractions such as Brahma Temple and Pushkar Lake. A calm and comfortable place for a short getaway.

I recently stayed at The Westin Resort and was quite disappointed with some basic facilities. In today’s time, having no internet access is unacceptable, especially for a property of this level. Additionally, the toilet shut-off was not functioning properly, and there were several minor issues across the room that clearly need maintenance attention. Overall, the experience didn’t meet the expectations one would have from a Westin property.

Called several times. They keep on saying someone will b there in 5 mins, no one ever came. Spent extra money to use roaming on my phone. Complained in the morning.MrAdarsh Agarwal supposed to call us back, he never called. We checked out , reception said they have sent the message to him to call. No response .
