- Patricia (9/5): Gemütlich, sauber und zum Weiterempfehlen! - Das Siva Royal ist gut gelegen. Viele Restaurants und Shop‘s in der Nähe. Für Ausflüge ist wie überall in Thailand, ein Motorbike von Vorteil😉 Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir fragen hatten, konnte uns immer jemand helfen. Wir fragten z.B. auch nach Eis und obwohl sie keine eigene Eismaschine haben, wurde uns ein Kübel voll Eis für Getränke besorgt.😍 Das Kaffee auf dem selben Gelände, serviert sehr guten Kaffee…heiss, iced oder auch Frappe🤤 Wenig Druck beim Duschstrahl😉

- TomKitch (8/5): - Lovely kind staff, nice air conditioned rooms with plenty of space, and in a nice location with lovely views. Also has a gym and separate area for breakfast. The bathroom door lock didn't work in our room but that was the only real issue we had here.

- Nicky (7/5): - The staff were amazing, very friendly, polite and helpful. The location is good. The room was a good size. I was not so keen on the wall. It looked like mouldy or dirty spots all over the wall. This made me feel uncomfortable. The AC was not so good, although it was working. Ps. I stayed at the hotel before and it was fine. I could ask to change the room, but I decided not to do so as it was bearable. I prefer to chill and relax instead of making a complaint, then change to another room and etc

I found that the water was dripping instead of flowing properly. By the way, I meant the small shower head, which I prefer using it.

- Ian (10/5): Lovely hotel on the outskirts of town but still conveniently located. - Very clean spacious room and very helpful staff. Great location for both visiting the city and the surrounding area. Can't really fault it, i did not have breakfast so this i cannot comment on.

- Shangari (9/5): Superb - The strategic location is the main plus point as the hotel is very near to the town and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean as well including common area. The staffs are very pleasant too and always ready to lend a helping hand. The rooms are comfortable for 2 adults but when you add extra bed, the space is limited. There are no family rooms as well, it will be good if they can provide family rooms so those travelling with family can get comfier.

Shops are a distance away though but the hotel staff can assist if you require transport to go around town. Staff were friendly & helpful. None
