Line (5/5): Déçus - La gentillesse des employés qui ont tout fait pour que ce soit bien. Les lits étaient très confortables. Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre réservée, la 1ere, le plafond trop bas, vieux et moyennement propre. Le support de la douche ne tenait qu'à un fil. Il nous avait promis la suite pour le lendemain, mais non encore chambre très ordinaire, au moins le plafond était plus haut. Petit déjeuner moyen, café goûte l'eau et 1er jour, commandé une omelette, jamais reçue. C'est marqué luxury lodging, j'ai fait plusieurs riais et ce n'est pas ce que j'appelle luxueux.
João (9/5): Um riad em Fez - Belissimo Riad marroquino, muito bem decorado. Quarto de grandes dimensoes com uma cama muito confortavel. Da localizacao: o riad situa-se num extremo da medina e não é facil chegar ao centro sem nos perdermos no labirinto de ruas: Idem no regresso. Pequeno almoço a exigir melhoria, na qualidade e quantidade.

laurence (8/5): - Un agréable riad à l'entrée de la médina avec un personnel très accueillant. Le grand avantage pour les personnes véhiculées....un très grand parking à proximité. C'est une bonne adresse si vous avez un avion le lendemain car vous séjournerez à 1/2 heure de l'aéroport de Fés.
Gilbert (7/5): Excellent accueil mais des points à améliorer. - Un suivi et un accueil irréprochables. Merci à Mohammed et à Anas pour leur dévouement et leur gentillesse.. Très bon petit déjeuner. Hélas, ma note est mitigée pour deux raisons. Le dîner n'a pas été bon. Beaucoup de plats n'étaient pas disponibles. Rabattus sur les brochettes de poulet, celles-ci étaient difficiles à avaler. Avez vous du vin? Oui; Alors donnez nous du rouge: il n'y en a pas? Alors du rosé: il n'y en a pas? Alors de la bière qui est au menu? Non, nous n'avons pas été livrés! Restaurant à oublier. Quant à la chambre "Sofya", elle est au rez-de-chaussée, donc contre le restaurant et on entend les conversations des convives. De plus, nous avons signalé des relents d'égouts.

He made us feel very welcome. I would also like to thank Naim and Zacky…for their smiles and hospitality. Whilst the service and riad is nice and for the price is definitely recommended, it’s not a 5 star place for sure. You’d have to go elsewhere in Fes for that

ANTON MISEIKA (10/5): Ради такого отеля точно стоит остановиться в Фесе, даже если сам город оставил смешанные впечатления - Сам отель оксзался просто великолепным – красивый риад, роскошный интерьер, очень внимательный персонал и ощущение настоящего марокканского luxury experience. После шумных улиц Феса это место воспринимается как настоящий оазис спокойствия и комфорта – превзошел ожидания! Платный паркинг рядом, цены дешевые на сутки, достаточно спокойный риад и район, быстрый доступ к медине. Получили бутылочку местного марроканского вина в подарок. Скорее от самого Феса ожидал намного большего. Город оказался довольно хаотичным, местами некомфортным и слишком навязчивым по атмосфере, особенно в медине и с местными “помощниками”.

Craig (1/5): The only luxury here is in the name - Staff were very friendly The property is advertised as a luxury Riad lodging, but what we experienced bore little resemblance to what was described and paid for. The lead photo used to advertise the property is not the Riad itself — this is misleading from the outset. The building is old and in need of some work. The bed linen had visible stains and the bathroom had black mould. The property lists a long number of facilities on its Booking.com page, enough to earn a five-star rating, but several of these were simply not there during our stay. When we raised these concerns with Booking.com after checkout, the property claimed we had requested an on-site upgrade. This is not accurate, and despite repeated requests they were unable to confirm what this upgrade was. What I found most concerning was a message we received from the property owner after checkout, in which he asked us to leave a 10-star review and stated that staff salaries depended on it. This kind of pressure is inappropriate and, in my view, calls into question the reliability of other reviews for this property. I would not return and cannot recommend this property to others.

Un grazie soprattutto a Mohamed che si è preoccupato di farmi avere tutto ciò di cui avessi bisogno quando non mi sono sentita bene. La qualità della biancheria (asciugamani), il soffione della doccia molto cheap, non era inchiodato bene al muro.

sven (10/5): Perfect voor reizigers met een auto - Fijn verblijf gehad. Op kleine loopafstand naar de medina en grote, schone en veilige parking om de hoek waar je voor 40dh per 24 uur je auto kunt laten staan. Mohamed was zeer gastvriendelijk en heeft ervoor gezorgd dat we niks tekort kwamen. -

Le séchoir de la salle de bains était défectueux ce qui a causé une « explosion « et ma femme aurait pu être électrocutée ; d’ailleurs sa main était noire et la chambre/ salle de bains s’est éteinte . Il n’y avait aucune eau sur la prise qui aurait pu causer le coupe circuit ! Un drame aurait pu se produire. Nous-deux (8/5): Un beau lieu - Personnel génial ! Les distributeurs de savon et de shampooing pourraient être plus esthétiques pour un palais. La dernière terrasse, celle avec la plus belle vue, mériterait d'être aménagée avec du mobilier et quelques lumières d'ambiance.

Bernadette (3/5): This is not 5 star! It is a 2 star accommodation at best. It is not luxury in any way. - The staff are absolutely exceptional. Friendly and doing their best. Thank you all! The photos and list of facilities at this Riad are false and seriously misrepresent the standard, facilities and location of this Riad or what it actually looks like. It was SO disappointing and now has undermined my trust in Booking.com. I am tempted to go through the entire list of facilities that are falsely stated as provided, but it would take up too much of my time. I am writing this to warn other potential visitors and I would seriously challenge Booking.Com to take some responsibility for allowing this kind of misrepresentation to continue. There was only one other review that honestly stated how wrongly presented this property is on your website and I find that hard to understand when it so seriously misrepresents what you get when you book here. There is no Hammam in the property; and the restaurant is, we suspect not cooking food there but is being brought in from elsewhere we thought. The breakfast isn't great and there is little or no choice - although the staff, as mentioned above, definitely did their best. The plumbing in the bathroom in our room needs urgent attention. the toilet roll holder literally fell of the wall while we were there. Also, we had to ask for more toilet paper over and over again. The shower didn't work properly; We had to ask for towels and there was no 'floor' or bath mat. There was no bidet....etc etc etc. The lighting isn't great. there central light is quite dim - nice ambience but you can't really see around the room very well. There is only one switch on one side for both 'bedside' lights, etc. etc. etc.

Eoin (10/5): Perfect. - Ahmed and Naim provided the most wonderful help and assistance to my wife and I when we stayed here recently. The central courtyard of the Riad is the perfect place to enjoy the superb breakfast and dinner, while the rooms are well apportioned and clean. The location is close to the main Souk and most of the old city is in easy walking distance. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Fez, Ahmed and Naim will make sure you are well taken care of! 10/10
