• Christine (8/5): I made a good choice in staying here - The room was good value for a safe place to stay for a single female near the airport. The staff were always very helpful. It's an easy walk to Phoenix Mall. The shower was great. The room initially smelt a bit musty but this seems to be common in India.

Довольно чисто, маленькая комната, есть кондиционер, телевизор, шкаф, горячая вода, розетки работают, но нужно найти контакт. Это все включается еще своими включателями, как свет. Есть белое чистое полотенце, постельное белье белое, стаканы, мыло, шампунь, литровая бутылка воды. Туалетной бумаги нету. Окно маленькое есть, но возможно лучше без него, т.к. увеличивается слышимость с улицы. Слышно немного соседей и т.п. Но Индия и не про тишину. Влажность даже меньше чем в Таиланде. Комаров не заметила. Оплата только наличными! Букинг не снимает с карты, нужно озаботиться рупиями заранее в аэропорту. Или есть банкомат идти минуты 3 в аутентичной улочке, или в Фениксе. Заселялась ночью, приветливо встретили. Вообше на ресепшен очень приветливые хозяева, на все вопросы отвечали, помогали. Чемоданы мальчик занес на 2 этаж, потом помог к дороге отнести на такси. Такси лучше Uber сказали в отеле, я пользовалась, там повышенная безопасность. До Феникса идти мин 7, есть супермаркет Smart. Рядом с отелем можно купить бананы и думаю воду тоже.

I got the deal in 2.3k for 24hrs The place is so compact, it is not seems to be 3star hotel. Main issue i faced is small washroom with lack of exsust. & they even charged me for water bottle.

• Kristina (1/5): Extremely dirty!!! - A lot of yellow stains on sheets, bathroom extremely dirty, everything very dirty, they paid for good reviews... I got sick after one night, and I had fever for three days, so much bacterias, the toilet was releasing water with poop right on your feet. So, I've booked three nights, because I have trusted the reviews, but this was horrible experience. When I came at the Hotel, it was so dirty I could not even sleep there on that bed, so I have decided to book another hotel, wanted to pay for one night which I have used, but they don't have cancel policy, and they charged me for whole three nights, even I have checked out immediately after the first night. They don't know English, they pretend actuallywhen it suits them, so they said, if Booking contacts them they will not charge, but Booking took two days to replay or to pick up the call, so you are not safe with Booking.com, they don't care. Also, the street is famous for hookers, bad part of the town, very bad. Hotel pays for good reviews, it is like that in India, not real reviews, so be careful and don't trust Booking.com will protect your rights, because they will not and they do not care at all. I have been using Booking.com for the last 10 years for business trips, not anymore, not ever again, they will not protect you, they also don't care. I have only took one photo, my battery was dead so did not had a chance to take more.

• Ryan (9/5): Superb - Lovely clean rooms with air con. Modern style. In a good location for the airport. Shopping mall with restaurants nearby. Very quiet. Great night sleep. Would stay again! :) If there are 2 people in the room then you may feel the room is a bit small. But for 1 person it is perfect. And for 2 people for a few nights it is still a great value for money option :)

• Neshma (1/5): FAR FROM HYGIENIC! NOT FIT FOR PUBLIC USE! - Nothing! Everything! It was a complete lie to the onlime photos and description. THE NAME HYGIENIC IS A CON and the place should be shut down until they have some actual standards and cleaning protocols put in place! The property is run by men and not a safe place or area for women or lone women to be in as outside the priperty there is also nothing but a lot of Indian men and the intimidating and uncultured kind where you get stared at uncomfortably. The men in the hotel are intimidating and not understanding of cleanliness and hotel standards even though I had them change all the sheets they were still dirty and stained and the facilities in the room were not at all sanitised ! No room is pre cleaned and on arrival none of the 3 rooms we were shown were even cleaned in advance. They believe just giving you a bar of soap and some dirty pre washed towels are refreshing a room! The bathroom is so small you can barely fit in it and showering is not even an option due to the shower being right above the toilet. I was scared to get ill which me and my mum did get ill and we had no choice but to stay the night as we arrived at night and just need an emergency place to stay.

• Virginia (5/5): Passable - Good location to airport. 15 - 20 from airport at 3 am at night. The hallways were humid and we found a smell out of our AC. But we had a comfortable 1night in our room.

Far from center, far from airport. If you take taxi, you stucked in traffic jam. Train is far enough. You can get the train to the center but it will be a problem to get back in peak hours. Very small room. Just bed. Problems with water drain in shower.

As a 69-years-old solo traveller I felt very taken care of, almost spoiled!! It’s very clean. Good price. They also connected me with a great tour guide. And their room service is excellent!
• Stefania (7/5): Be part of the community - The Hotel is very closed to the Phoenix Mall which is a very good shopping mall, it has every brands like in London. Buses takes you everywhere you want and the Metro is over a kilometers away but very good, new and efficient. I am a very adaptable person so I didn't find any difficulties for me, but it's not for everyone.
