• Miguel (9/5): Lugar perfecto para conectar con la naturaleza - La ubicación es hermosa, queríamos estar en contacto con la naturaleza y lo encontramos aquí. Todo el día era un concierto de cantos de las aves y las chicharras. Hay senderos naturales para caminar y observar la naturaleza, hay un mirador espectacular y privado. El balcón con hamaca fue mi lugar favorito! En el momento en el que fuimos no había servicio de restaurante, pero nos descontaron el valor de los desayunos que estaban incluidos. En el momento en que fuimos estaban en remodelación de algunas zonas, se escuchaban los ruidos de la obra, pero solamente fue el primer día cuando llegamos, de resto no lo volvimos a notar. Si sufres de las rodillas quizá no es el lugar para tí, el acceso a las cabañas es por escalones de piedras, pero las ubicación del hotel lo vale.

• Escobar (9/5): Beautiful 🤩 and charming!! - The view is absolutely incredible, and the peace that permeates this place is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they also give you lots of tips on what to do nearby. You can also wash your clothes there and they will return them clean and folded. We were so lucky that almost every morning two toucans came to visit us, sometimes two squirrels, and of course many different kinds of birds. Keep in mind that the bungalow doesn't have glass windows, so you'll hear the cicadas and salamanders all night long, and the birds will wake you up very early in the morning. You might also encounter the occasional spider. I don't recommend bringing heavy suitcases as access to each bungalow is a bit difficult. For such a beautiful view, it would be nice to have the option of having coffee in the room, but it wasn't available. 😅maybe The lack of glass windows and a door makes it difficult to sleep and you can hear everything, but it's understandable since we're in the jungle.

• Noura (10/5): - This place was magical, we heard and saw so many birds directly in front of our "room", which was more or less a house we had to our own, surrounded by nature and hammocks. It was not too close to town so it was pretty calm, but also not too far out, it was possible to walk about ten minutes to restaurants and shops. The breakfast and food in general were great. We loved the fact that - compared to other accomodations around - they had mosquito nets at the windows, so you could feel the breeze at night, but not have (too many) insects in the room. Bring cash and mosquito spray! There are no real ATMs in town and they add a five percent fee on card payments everywhere, also in the hotel. The mosquitoes are vicous and numerous, even if they have mosquito nets at the windows, they have holes here and there. But there's another one around the bed, so they didn't bother us at night.
• Karolina (10/5): A little paradise in Minca - We loved the place! It’s high up in the jungle, yet near town at the same time. It’s a little paradise with birds chirping from dusk. The hut is a dream with hammocks on the terrace. All the staff are super helpful. I loved every second of our stay.

También creemos que se podría mejorar el trato por parte del restaurante como por uno de los conserjes (de noche).

• dbez54 (10/5): - Wir hatten eine Familienlodge zu zweit gebucht. War zweistöckig und sehr geräumig mit toller Aussicht und einem schönen Balkon mit Hängematten. Eine sehr angenehme Lage inmitten des Waldes. Es hat uns super gefallen. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Dusche sogar mit warmem Wasser. Tolles Personal. Die Zufahrt ist abenteuerlich.

• Kevin (6/5): Nice room but very noisy - Staff was very friendly (reception and restaurant), nice view, very green, well kept. Spacious room. My biggest issue were the sounds. The street is nearby so when trucks or motorbikes drive past it's quite loud. My room was right next to the reception and laundry room and right underneath another apartment - so I was constantly hearing my neighbors, the reception and the washing machine sounds and vibrations (the latter drove me crazy). The restaurant is nice but a bit of a walk to get there and breakfast is just a snack. The mosquito screens aren't fixed well so it's easy for bugs to get in, the mosquito nets over the bed don't close, so it's more for show than being useful.

• Gus (10/5): Magnificent - Minca Ecohabs is a wonderful place. The location is excellent: easy access from the town and you have your own private mirador to spot all the biodiversity. Personnel is super friendly and helpful!

• Marc (9/5): - Schöne Anlage etwa 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Bungalows sind alle im Hang gebaut und mit schönen kleinen Wegen verbunden. Zum Frühstück gab es jeweils die gleichen drei Menüs, aber dafür waren die immer super lecker. Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wie schon einige beschrieben haben, hört man die Strasse durch den Wald. Aber es ist absolut okay und nicht wirklich störend. Wenn man absolute Ruhe möchte sollte man vielleicht nicht nach Südamerika reisen, oder sonst hald tief in den Dschungel.

• Muhammed (10/5): - Sehr schön, mitten in der Natur gelegen. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir Tukane und viele weitere Vögel beobachten. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein einfaches, aber gutes Frühstück. Etwas weit außerhalb des Zentrums, aber das hat uns eigentlich nicht gestört. Der Transport zum Hotel und zum Flughafen wurde schnell und zuverlässig organisiert.

• Michele (10/5): A Wonderful stay - The location amongst the trees although there was some road noise & music from the nearby Hotel Mirador. I had an upstairs room & it felt like being in a tree house. Listening to & watching the birds. Saw toucans walking to breakfast one morning. Loved having a balcony with a hammock. The fridge came in useful. My only suggestion would be have somewhere to hang clothes as there is room for this. Enjoyed the walk to breakfast & the restaurant was a very civilised room with balcony. There were 3 choices for breakfast which was delicious. Staff were all helpful & friendly. Booked a bird watching tour with reception which was very good. Appreciated being able to boil water in reception to make my own coffee. Massage parlour available but didn't make use of it. Laundry service available but 4 times the price of places in the town. Nothing!

• Nancy (10/5): Tranquil and Relaxing - The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The food was superb, and the setting and rooms were beautiful and so peaceful. It was nice to have a bit of distance from the town centre but still an easy walk. Be aware that if you have sensitive knees or weak ankles, there's quite a bit of up and down rocky paths to get from reception, to the restaurant, to the bungalows.
• Dieter (10/5): Excellent stay at Ecohabs - Excellent location with a great viewpoints. Walking distance to city area of Minca. Clean facility and very friendly and helpful staff. Tucans all around! There is a “nightclub” not so far away, we stayed during the weekend but didn’t found the noise loud or around. All good, breakfast had 3 options, for us not the most tasteful breakfast, but that’s personal. Enough options in Minca city.

Spacious houses and hammocks which were great to get some rest after the trekking. Be mindful that since it is located on a hill you will need to climb with your luggage or take a mototaxi to get there.

• Valentina (8/5): - Le camere sono immerse in un paradiso e abbiamo dormito veramente bene L'unico problema è che la mattina ,essendo la struttura sopra una strada, si sentivano rumori delle auto. Non mi è chiaro perché hanno chiesto il pagamento anticipato del 50% della struttura quando io avevo prenotato con la carta di credito e avevo la cancellazione gratuita. Mi sono resa disponibile ma solo con PayPal perché altrimenti avrei avuto dei costi aggiuntivi. Alla fine non ho effettuato nessun pagamento.

• Romoni (8/5): Mooie locatie met geweldig restaurant. - Mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht en een leuke kamer. Het hotelpersoneel was erg behulpzaam met het regelen van uitstapjes en tips over de omgeving. Goed restaurant met heerlijk eten en prettige bediening. Helaas hadden we de eerste nacht veel last van zijburen die lawaai maakten tot diep in de nacht en bovenburen die 's ochtends vroeg al luid liepen te telefoneren.

• Emanuel (4/5): Ambiente ruidoso de la carretera. - El lugar ,la vista. Estuvimos en una habitación para 4 personas, fuimos mi pareja y yo y la verdad que al estar tan cerca de la ruta se escuchaba bastante el ruido de los motores de los vehículos. Recién luego de las 23 dejas de escucharlo , una pena porque si la intención es escuchar la naturaleza ,eso se vuelve bastante molesto. El desayuno te lo hace un español (por lo que entiendo es el dueño supongo del restaurante) y es una porción bastante chica que te quedas con hambre en relación con otros lugares que es mas abundante. Abajo de las camas deberían limpiar mejor había mucho polvo. Y se demoraron 1 hora en darnos la habitación a pesar que llegamos en el horario del check in.

• Guri Langmyr (10/5): Cute junglehouse - Cute authentic place in the jungle, but still close to the center. We like hiking without having to take a car or motorcycle ride first and we found good hikes.

• Jamie (8/5): Mooie loges in mooie omgeving - De service van het personeel was top. We konden veel activiteiten en boekingen bij de receptie doen. Het ontbijt was ook top. Het warm water is snel op dus snel zijn met in soppen.

• Jenny (10/5): Hotel in wunderschöner Natur - Hervorragende Sicht, Ausstattung des Zimmers (minibar, Hängematte), große Zimmer. Kleiner Laufweg in die Stadt, bergauf zum Hotel (höher gelegen, jedoch sehr schöne Sicht).
• Peter (9/5): Unterkunft mit besonderem Ambiente - Die Bambushütten mitten im Dschungel sind einzigartig. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück lecker. Am Morgen von den Geräuschen des Dschungels geweckt zu werden, ist herrlich. Die Lage etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes (10 Min. ins Zentrum) hat uns gefallen (Taschen- oder Stirnlampe mitnehmen)
