- Nyvia (3/5): This is not a hotel is an office building with apartments,booking.com needs te review them. - Location and someone at reception so the time. I paid for early check-in at my arrival to the airport I received a text informing me that me room was occupied,so I would have to wait,no intent in other accomodations or nothing,after a few hours I was given room 514an empty office space to rest where I slept on the floor for 3hours. Then my room was given, after they website took my reservation she text me to say only cash. very poor communication, no respect for clients I even had to buy my own bathroom paper. Horrible

- Skyler (10/5): - Very affordable, very friendly and helpful. Solves any problems within a day. This location is in the heart of Lima and I would never choose a hotel over an apartment operated so well. Because my spanish isn't great, they even helped me get a well priced taxi to the airport on my final night. 8/10 would recommend, no flaws here.

Muy buena comunicación con Pilar que nos ayudó en todo, incluso los traslados al aeropuerto. Muy recomendable.
- siu hung (4/5): 很差的管理 - 這間並不是酒店，只是民宿須要和業主聯絡入住，可惜我已通知我的飛機時間，但在地下有位不董英文的管理員下協助，得知須要等她1.5小時才能入住，須付100美元按金，約定check out 時間，我等了半小時她仍未出現，我們又要趕長途巴士所以令我們十分困擾，最後我們決定將鎖匙留在管理處，自行离開到長途巴士站，幸好她在我們上車前送回按金。 屋是住得舒適，但入住麻煩，check out 擾人。

- Helen (10/5): Highly recommended! - I loved Edificio California. Very clean, excellent service, they will even send a private chauffeur to pick you up from the airport. The location cannot be beat, within walking distance to everything fun in Lima! Also, the hotel is very, very safe. Good locks, 24 hour security. Highly recommended! Pilar is an awesome hostess.
