• Elena (4/5): Так себе. - Место К сожалению, по соотношению цена/качество впечатления остались крайне негативные. Цены здесь выше, чем во многих 4-звездочных гостиницах Еревана, при этом сервис практически отсутствует. Нет рум-сервиса, никто не помогает с багажом, персонал минимально вовлечен. По сути, вам просто предоставляют чистую комнату - и на этом обслуживание заканчивается. Для такого уровня цен ожидания были совершенно другими. Если для вас важны сервис и комфорт, а не только локация, то в Ереване есть гораздо более достойные варианты за те же деньги или даже дешевле.

Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый В комнате не было чайника, бутылки с водой тоже не было. На этаже кулер есть, но это не очень удобно. Нет набора для чистки зубов
• Vladimir (8/5): Tutto era bene eccetto WiFi che non funzionava normalmente, almeno nella mia camera. - Locazione e conveniente perche' l'hotel e' situato in centro, vicino a tutti facileta' (musei, teantri, etc). Le camere, il colazione sono buoni. C'e un cooler con aqua calda e fredda ad ogni piano. Wifi e' molto debole, a volta non funzionava proprio.

The rooms are tiny and dark, there is really no space to put a big luggage. Value for money is not good either, you can get for the same price better rooms in Yerevan. Internet connection was very bad in the rooms

• Gleb (9/5): A good place to stay while visiting Yerevan - The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. It would be nice to have a space to put a suitable somewhere, not just on a floor.
• Evgeni (10/5): - Уже не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Более того, выбрал его для постоянных поездок в Ереван по работе, а это каждые три месяца. Уверен, что этот факт является лучшей рекомендацией. Кофе на завтраке, скорее всего, делают из растворимого.

• Joseph (9/5): Super location! - Nice helpful staff, comfortable beds, great location right in the centre of town, the Enterprise / Alamo rental place using the carpark was also super convenient for renting a car! The rooms were very warm and the air con system didn't go below 22 degrees. Opening the window wasn't really an option as it was so loud outside. One side of the hotel had rooms overlooking a loud clubbing street. We asked to stay on the other side

• Alessia (10/5): Ottimo hotel e staff super, il vero punto di forza della struttura - Ottima posizione in una zona centrale a meno di 10 minuti da Piazza della Repubblica e un quarto d'ora dall'Opera, nei pressi di una via centrale piena di locali e negozi. Raggiungibile dall'aeroporto con una navetta che si può prenotare proprio con l'hotel stesso, a un costo che si aggira sui venti euro. Colazione ricca, variegata, dolce e salata. Camere standard con tutto l'occorrente, spazio non eccessivo ma sufficiente. Bagno pulito, ordinato, unica pecca il lavandino un po' piccolo. Staff eccezionale: preparato, gentile, sempre pronto a fornire informazioni, consigli e risolvere ogni richiesta. Davvero complimenti a questi ragazzi e ragazze professionali, accoglienti e molto cortesi.
