• Michal (9/5): A great little hostel with access to all parts of the city - The pods were very spacious with a comfortable mattress. Rooms were really clean and the AC worked. There is lots of random info and maps around the common area that you can look through even though there aren't any organized activities. There are three metro lines within walking distance and also numerous bus stops, so it's easy to get anywhere and get back. I love it's not in the middle of the downtown, as there are actually normal shops and restaurants around instead of just overpriced luxury ones. The breakfast is simple cereal, toast, coffee and tea, which is fine and you can always go to any of the dozens of restaurants around the corner. The laundry service is great and you can just leave your dirty clothes and pick them up later. It's not very social, but it's quiet. Apparently some students stay there due it being bit cheaper. The toilets are all located together with a shower, so the floor tends to get wet. Also the fan in the room is on for the whole night and can get bit loud, but it's not too bad and didn't affect my sleep.

Los baños estaban siempre empapados. Al usar el caño o la ducha todo terminaba mojado y no podías entrar con sandalias propias sino compartidas. Personalmente eso no fue de mi agrado.

• Fatima (10/5): Stayed here for the F1 weekend and met a lot of people who share the same interests as me! It was a very pleasant stay. - Stayed here for 3 times already! I like how accessible it is to bus stops & one MRT station. Bed is comfy and just right for me. Bathroom cleanliness could still be improved
• Christiane (1/5): The worst experience of our trip - We stayed three nights at this hostel in Singapore, and it was honestly the worst experience of our entire trip. We paid around USD 1,000 for three nights in a shared room — we understand prices were higher because of the Formula 1, but it was still completely unreasonable considering the service and the conditions of the place. On the second day, my partner accidentally left the wristband with the room chip in the shared bathroom. When we came back, it was gone. At check-out, they demanded USD 15 for the wristband, even though it was clearly left inside the hostel. We tried to explain, but the staff was rude and inflexible. The owner was especially hostile. He said he had already called the police, that he wouldn’t accept our payment, and that we had to “take responsibility,” treating us almost like criminals over a simple wristband. We waited for quite a while, but when the police didn’t show up, we decided not to waste more time and left. As we walked away, the owner yelled at us from the street, which was very unpleasant and unnecessary. In short: aggressive attitude, unreasonable prices, and zero empathy. A very bad experience — we absolutely do not recommend this place.

The check-in process was smooth and the room was clean and comfortable. The room was smaller than expected and the soundproofing could have been better and breakfast options felt limited.

• Ville-valtteri (7/5): Good - Beds are comfortable. Wifi was fast enough to watch videos. There was an international power socket next to the bed. Towel is included in the price. Cleaners open windows and turn off AC every day for many hours. Breakfast is very basic, not worth waking up for.
• Jason (9/5): It was clean, safe and well managed - Clean, nice staff, isolated pods, place to store luggage and very convenient! Throw up in the shower one morning, but it was cleaned by nighttime so it was not really an issue.

• Ferroquattro (8/5): good hostel in a nice neighborhood - affordable hostel, clean and tidy. cool aircon in the dorms at night. comfy bed pods. safe environment. good wifi. kitchen at ground floor with water, tea, etc... tv with netflix account. negatives: complicated check-in process after 6pm. very tiny sink in all bathrooms, annoyingly small (child size). dorms get stinky. too many instructions about everything everywhere.

• Kyle (7/5): Staff are phenomenal, but beware of Crazy Dave! - Pros: - Staff. Racheal and Joey are absolutely lovely and always go out of their way to help. Outstanding ambassadors for Singapore! - Clean, quiet dorms. Secure building. - Excellent wifi and always good water pressure in showers. - Nice location close to transit and lots of tasty eateries. - Good value in a very expensive city. Cons: - Inside the pod is extremely hot when the privacy curtain is closed. Asked for a fan but was told to just adjust the one on the floor in the room to face my bunk. That lasted about 15min before my grumpy roommate turned the fan back to its original position. - Breakfast is very basic, and the coffee bags are very messy. - Sinks in washrooms are comically small. Water splashes all over you and the floor. - No paper towels or hand towels in washroom. Have to use toilet paper or your own clothes to dry your hands. - As other reviewers have already stated, there is an older Asian man by the name of David who is apparently a “long-term resident” of the hostel. He usually hangs out in the common area with his laptop. He can be very rude and likes to try and bully other guests. I suspect he has mental health problems. Beware of this individual and tell staff immediately if he makes you uncomfortable in anyway. Not sure why they allow such an angry, troubled person to reside in the building, but it is a bad impression for Dream Lodge and for beautiful Singapore.

C’est très propre, sécurisé et si on le souhaite, il est facile d’échanger avec d’autres voyageurs venus des 4 coins du monde. Le métro est très proche. Il n’y a pas d’heure d’arrivée comme dans les hôtels plus classiques. L’hôtel est eco-responsable. Vraiment, je recommande (et je suis assez difficile 😉)

• Chevon (10/5): Definitely a Dream Lodge - Dream Lodge is great. It is close to the metro and bus stops. The place is very clean and the wifi is excellent. . The staff was helpful and friendly. It was also very quiet for a dormitory. The bed was very comfortable and all the rooms were kept at the perfect temperature. They have lockers for your belongings, and I could fit my 80litre backpack as well as my 13litre day pack in the locker. The shower was amazing, and the bathrooms were kept very clean. There was nothing I didn't like.

Alles prima. De douches en toiletten op de gang schoon. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. De service was er uitstekend.
• Moses (8/5): Enjoyed my stay. Very Convenient location to food outlets and transport - Easy 24 hour access to the hostel. Many guest ignored the no shoe in doors rule. They use their flip fops in the bath rooms and walk inside the dormitory room with wet footwear. The management need to keep monitoring this situation to keep the floors clean and dry.

• KEN (6/5): 寝るだけなら十分の人向け - 寝るだけなら十分の人向けですね。男女共用のトイレ、シャワー洗面台が一体型でシャワー後は水浸しになります。2階フロアに3ヶ所なので時間帯によっては混むかも。 部屋は寝るには十分の広さでベッド下のロッカーは少し大きめのスーツケースも入るくらいはあります。 ホテルの入り口から土足禁止なので簡易スリッパを持参した方がいいです。 ICキーで出入りするタイプのホテルです。

• Verified traveler (10/5): 心配ない施設でした - ラベンダー駅から10分くらいでした。時間外チェックインは予めのメールで伝えておけば、当日日中届くメールに入館のパスキーが記されいるので、門前でWi-Fiに繋がなくても壁面キー操作で入れます。入館したら案内のファイルとロッカーキー、セキュリティリストバイトが小さな金庫で個別に用意されています。金庫の番号も同上メールに情報あります。私が泊まった限りですが、皆さんルール通り22-7時は静寂でしたし、空調面、清潔面、安全面はまったく問題ありませんでした。唯一は皆さんコメント通り一体型のトイレとシャワーですね。 宿泊だけならばおすすめできる施設です。

My only concern was the bathrooms, which were pretty small and the floors were always wet. Changing clothes was tricky in the bathrooms. While the guests are to be blamed for the wet floor, the host has to look for solutions.

• David (9/5): Nice hostel in good location and ideal for a short stay in Singapore. - I enjoyed my stay in this hostel. The location was good, being only a short walk from the centre and Marine Bay There was a simple breakfast and you could help yourself to coffee and tea at any time. I especially liked the personal touch of having a welcome message at the side of my bed. The hostess was very helpful and sorted out a taxi for me to the bus terminal. I would stay there again. Nothing to complain about.

Males, females, and others, often busy of course, and dirty. - When you rent a private room, be ready to stay without curtains in front to the services window, so everyone day and night long can see you. -Our wall was wet and humidity in the room. -We were bitten by mites in the bed. ... neither in our nightmares 😱

• MannyCarib (10/5): 5 ⭐️ , Excellent!!! - This is my second time in Singapore, I’ve tried other hostel before the Dream Lodge, but this is the best. This is my favorite! On my second trip. I ‘ll make sure that i will be staying here, and it happen!! Here are some high light ; Check-in ; If you arrive late, you can self check-in, instructions for self check-in are direct to the point. Very easy. Common Lounge; They have a complimentary breakfast from 9am-11am. Area is spacious, great ambiance, clean and organized. Bathroom; Common bathrooms are clean. Im so picky when it comes to this, and their cleanliness is 10/10. Staff: They are the best!! They are helpful, accommodating, cheerful , pleasant and sweet. Location: Its very accessible, specially if you will use the MRT most of your trip, there are 4 MRT stations that are near on this area, The Bendemeer, The Lavender, Farrar Station and Jelan Besar. All are just walk for 7mins to 15 mins. Thank you so so much for a wonderful experienced staying in your lodge. I will definitely recommend this lodge to my friends and family, specially if you are traveling solo or with friends, you should not miss Dream Lodge. Keep up the great work!! • Grizinator (10/5): Excellent Hostel - Stayed here for several nights recently. Excellently located a short walk from the MRT station and Little India. Absolutely spotless dorm rooms and common areas. A decent breakfast is included with your stay, but lots of eateries and food shops are nearby. Dorm beds are large with privacy curtains and plenty of plugs for all your devices. Well air conditioned rooms and comfortable thick blankets ensure a very comfortable sleep. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Lack of availability of staff at reception maybe. Easy to forget your wrist band in your room and lock yourself. Codes would be good on top of wrist bands.

• isabel (10/5): - I was able to check in and out out of hours easily. The Hostel is 10 minute walking distance from a train station and is close to Bugis area which i would recommend to check out. The instructions were clear and the staff was helpful. I didnt know how to open the lock to the red box when I came in after hours and I called the staff, they amswered right away and helped me solve it.

• Emily (9/5): nice place for the price - good and clean stay, free basic breakfast, nice staff, locates near plenty of public transport when the AC is on it works well, but everyday at 11am-2pm it is turned off which made it uncomfortable to be there during that time. there is also no AC in the bathrooms and was extremely hot, humid, and uncomfortable
