• Chibaya (5/5): Unhappy guest from Zim at York Mews - Location was convenient to our leisure activities 1. Power cuts no backup 2. They chucked us out upon checking out coz of pressure of the incoming guest. Had to throw away cooked food and finish packing outside. 3.they didnt refund the full amount of deposit held coz of unfounded claims of linen being spoiled.
• Shafeeqa (6/5): Besides not having cleaning service,everything else was exceptional and perfect,comfortable place. - The facility was comfortable and the location was perfect There was no cleaning service which was disappointing and I was not made aware of that either,for the price I paid ,atleast that should've been provided.
• Don (8/5): - Clean and secure property close to the V & A Waterfront (about a 10 minute walk). The property was somewhat stuffy and hot which wasn't helped by the load sharing (blackouts) which happen frequently in South Africa. Second bedroom is quite small, probably good for children but a little cramped for two adults. Overall we were very happy with the apartment.
• Sillah (10/5): Exceptional - I came in well before checking time and was allowed to do it earlier. So flexible The bathroom had a little flooding and they need to look into it
• Ai (7/5): Pleasant stay - Secure parking. Near to restaurants, supermarkets and walking distance to V&A. Only one shower/toilet room for the whole apartment No tumbler dryer. Not in ‘loadshedding proof’ area. Only one emergency light provided during blackout for 4 hours.
• Michael (5/5): I slept in the second bedroom, the bedding did not feel clean, the floor was dirty - The host was there on time to meet us the fact that they insisted on the deposit before we even set foot in the apartment, then insisted on taking a picture of our ID and credit card, in this day and age I am not happy giving this type of information due to the fraud that is around

• Oscar (4/5): dirty place - Location The facilities was dirty. The blinds in the bathroom continuously falls down. The dining room chairs reek and can be cleaned. the painting can be hanged, the entire place van be cleaned. the toilet can be lowered, it is on a very awkward Hight, the patio and the furniture can be cleaned. the whole place need to be tidied up
