• Njabuliso (7/5): - The location and pool area There was only one bathroom instead of two like advertised
• Ntinga (4/5): Very urgent to attend to - I only liked the fact that it was at the center of town 1i didn't like the fact that I thought it was a hotel and my findings were just a normal flat Also there is no comfortable waiting area and seats 3the wifi had trouble connecting until we had to phone and they upload it for. 4 charging points were very far from beds of which I had to leave the phone beside the door not next to the bed. 5 The shower cannot be minimized correctly its either its too hot or too cold. I explained for assistance in leaving at 13H00 before I came in but wasn't told it was not expected but received an email saying I had to leave by 10H00 if not I will be charged for the next day. I wish I had a tv in my room its too boring upstairs with no TV or even a radio. It wasn't nice at all especially coming from Durban to experience this in Capetown.
• Claire (6/5): For travellers coming from Toronto Canada it was a little surprising not to have AC and no electricity. We paid upfront - The bbq on the deck area. Large area space and good security. No air conditioning in the apartment despite it being up to 30 degrees into the evening. Also, the electricity ran out on our second night. Which left us totally shocked as none of this was communicated to us in advance or during our stay.

• Kristen (10/5): Exceptional - We honestly loved the apartment itself, everything was to our liking and staff of the company was very accommodating in what we required during our trip. The views amazing 😍, the facilities amazing 😍 overall an amazing place for a getaway. Will definitely be booking at Adderley Terraces in the near future. There really wasn't anything that we didn't like, we just would have liked to knowore or less what we needed to bring such as maybe another Dishcloth, dishwashing liquid but those are smalls things that didn't affect our trip.

• Sookramanien (5/5): Passable - The only person who was very helpful during my stay was Sherise from CTHA. She did help a lot for any queries during my stay. The apartment was not that clean and the kitchen was not well maintained. Also there were already cracked glasses which I feedbacked CTHA. In terms of information about the electricity, this was not communicated to us and how to proceed if this would finish.

• George (4/5): Disappointing - The place is well located and secure. Alot of hidden information, lack of workers. This is the only place have stayed in expected to do house choses while on vacation. Need to have workes in place. How do you honestly expect us to leave the place as tide as it was found. This was very unfair. The issue of security deposit was hidden information and why can't the place be inspected on departure of guests. Communication must be improved and if possible put more personal touch with guests

Rymligt och hade alla maskiner man behövde (så som disk-tvättmaskin, kaffemaskin, spis, micro, strykjärn, hårtork mm) Dock ingen städning (utom vid in-och utcheckning) vilket hade kunnat stå tydligare vid bokning. Kunde visst bokas mot en avgift har jag förstått så här i efterhand. Överlag mycket nöjd; Totalbetyg 4,5
• Adebola (8/5): Recommended - The apartment was clean and centrally located. It has all the facilities to make for an enjoyable stay with cooking facilities and an atmosphere devoid of what you'll usually get at regular hotels. Downside though is that there is no cross ventilation, which can become uncomfortable at night especially if you dont leave window/doors open when sleeping. On the last 2 nights, there was a lot of noise from the co-tenants!
