- USED SPARES (10/5): If was a beautiful stay . We had dishwasher, washing machine, n tumbler dryer.which we never use. - There was no breakfast...we liked the neatness of it..
We liked the TV mnet Netflix etc... We didn't like the bed ,it was separating from each other ,we were 3 adults. We also didn't like that we had to pay R300 for someone to wait for us to give us the key..and also we didn't like there was no braai area.

What's the point of being on holiday if you have to clean for yourself
- xolelwa (8/5): - The area, the facility is great They don't have cleaning services and I think Atleast if someone has a longer stay they should offer free cleaning services.
People booking for a weekend, that's fine but 2 weeks, no cleaning makes no sense..
And I see a lot of reviews about this place and it's the same complaint but they don't seem to care.
I mentioned it on my previous stay but they still haven't done anything about it.
- Sboniso (8/5): - The apartment was clean and beautiful as in the pictures Prefer aircon or fan also in the bedrooms.
The water outside invites mosquitoes, would prefer a repellent to be provided in the bedroom.
Also if possible please also provide something to braai with outside the balcony.

- Zanele (2/5): Not worth it!! - Location is great - central. Property is beautiful. The admin of staying here is so tedious. From the online check ins and contracts that need to be signed via link to a R300 late check in fee when checking in after 6pm. There are other costs involved that are not mentioned in the price of the apartment such as a R550 cleaning fee (for that amount, the house wasn’t even clean), R300 check in and the R1000 security deposit which is refunded R150 less when you pay via debit card - of course this is refunded to you 2 weeks later and the R150 debit card charge comes as a big TA-DA when you request your refund. This is not immediately refunded by the way, you have to constantly remind them and ask for your own money. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here - such a headache!

It felt like home No cleaning services and lots of extra payments
Please add cleaning services, it's not worth it to be on holiday and still have to ckean for yourself like you do at home
And the 300 Rands fee when you check in after 6 pm is ridiculous. 6pm is the actual check in time

- Verified traveler (10/5): - We stayed for 9 nights. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was very clean and well maintained. Comfortable and ample furniture.
The kitchen had all that we needed including a washing machine and tumble dryer, which is a must for any stay longer than 3 days. There was also a clothes airer.
Beds were comfortable, Shower pressure was strong and there was always hot water.
The complex is secure plus secure car parking. 24hour security on the gate.
Canal Walk Mall is a ten minute walk.
A short 5 min drive to more shops/supermarkets with free parking - Sable Square.
Woolies food store is 2 min drive away.
The only slight negative: it is quiet on weekdays but on the weekends got noisy - local restuarant/bar downstairs, which closes at 9pm. There was some sort of party going on in the complex - no music, just people chatting til after 1am. It can be a nuisance if you are a light sleeper, but what else can you expect from staying in an apartment block.
I would highly recommend this apartment for couples or families with older children.
