- Kiluvia (10/5): Excellent stay with a stunning view and great location,we would definitely come back! - The apartment was excellent – very clean, spacious and comfortable. The balcony view was beautiful and the location in Century City was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful, and the suite had everything we needed for our trip to Cape Town Nothing major to complain about. Everything met our expectations and the stay was very pleasant.
- Janietzche (7/5): Overall a good one - Great aparpment and location the only issue was that on Booking.com it shows there were 4 beds and there were only 3. We requested split beds and that could not be done then we requested extra bedding so one of us could sleep on the sofa and that took over 24 hours to provide. Also getting access to the property when we arrived was diffucult as the securoty at the gate needed to know which block we were staying in and the agent could not tell us throughout our stay so if we have food delivered we had to go to the gate to collect.

- Andy (7/5): A beautiful apartment with hosts that do not care. - Good location and the apartment is beautiful We checked in at 17h00 and the apartment was still being cleaned, we had to wait for the cleaner to finish. On our second day we were plunged into darkness at around 16h00 electricity ran out, immediately we alerted the host nothing was done that night we had to sleep in the dark with my 4month old daughter drinking cold milk as we couldn’t warm her milk. We received a recharge token only the following day at 10h00, at this point we were very close to cancelling and finding an alternative accommodation.

- René (1/5): Bad! Avoid CTHA at all costs! Customer service is the very last thing on their priority list! - The location and views. The first night, we had to sleep with a humming noise in the master bedroom, what seems to be an UPS.
From the get-go, we also had to deal with 1.6Mbps internet speed.
Complaining to CTHA on Saturday with no response until Monday morning.
On Sunday night it rained in to one of the bedrooms. Me having had enough, booked another place to stay for our three remaining nights.
On Monday morning CTHA finally decided to respond. We checked out earlier on Monday morning, was promised a refund, which up until now, one month later, I still haven't received.
