• ANASTASIA (4/5): Неплохо оборудованные апартаменты без работающего кондиционера - Апартаменты расположены в удобном районе, оттуда удобно добираться до всех ближайших развлечений. Очень удобно, что есть собственная парковка. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. 1. Крайне неудобная процедура заселения: важно учитывать, что взаимодействия с менеджером по заселению осуществляется только через WhatsApp. Менеджер по заселению приехал на час позже, нам пришлось его ждать для лежащих улицах. Инструкции как найти на апартаменты нам не предоставили. Для тех, кто будет искать также как мы: ваш ориентир – въезд на парковку Авис. 2. После встречи с менеджером заселение прошло быстро, нам отдали ключи, оставили бутылку вина. Дальше менеджер очень быстро убежала. 3. Сразу после ухода менеджера мы обнаружили, что холодильник не работает. 4. Также не работает кондиционер. При попытке включить кондиционер во всех апартаментах полностью выбивало электричество. 5. Мы попросили менеджера вернуться, но она сказала что она уже очень далеко, хотя прошло не больше 3 минут. 6. Сообщения в WhatsApp она отвечала очень долго, в конце концов отправила решать вопрос через форму связи на Booking. Там тоже отвечали очень долго. 7. Холодильник нам починили только к вечеру следующих суток. Кондиционер все ещё не работает 8. Они пытались спасти ситуацию, поставив дополнительный вентилятор в комнату. Но при температуре +35 это вообще не помогало. 9. Чтобы охладить помещение ночью мы открывали окно. Апартаменты расположены на шумной улице, начиная с 4 утра на ней проводились какие-то технические работы. Таким образом, если вы расчитываете выспаться, то здесь это вряд ли получится из-за шума 10. Мы попросили компенсацию отеля за причинённые неудобства, но в ней нам было отказано. Из-за плохого сервиса в общем-то неплохие апартаменты не стали для нас комфортным местом для размещения. Особенно обидно, что всё это пришлось на мой день рождения и новый год, смазав приятные впечатления о городе

• Jennifer (7/5): Appartement agréable à vivre si l’on fait abstraction du bruit venant du boulevard. Conforme aux photos. - Immeuble surveillé 24/24h Proche commerces, restaurants et CTICC à pieds L’appartement est très propre et dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Boulevard assez bruyant, si vous avez le sommeil léger cela risque de vous perturber, prévoyez des bouchons d’oreilles. Etant asthmatique et non fumeuse, l’odeur de fumée de cigarette venant de l’appartement voisin imprégnait fortement le logement. Ce qui m’a été vraiment très pénible. Néanmoins l’equipe a été très réactive face à mon inconfort et m’a apporté un assainissant d’air. Bien que cela n’a pas réussi à masquer l’odeur, j’ai apprécié la disponibilité et recherche de solution de Micah et Keisha.
• Zintle (10/5): - Beautiful space, clean and neat, very tidy. Received a welcome pack with wine which was a very nice gesture😍 The noise from outside because it's CBD besides that everything was perfect. Will definitely come back😍
• Edward (5/5): Hot and uncomfortable with the aircon not working and quite noisy. - There is place to go that are close for breakfast. If the Aircon worked the stay would have been a lot more comfortable. Appliance's not work is a put off for future stays.

Elevator had some working difficulties, registration was cumbersome, but it might be related to being from other country and digital payments

• Wallis (10/5): St. Georges 304 Cape Town CBD - Loved the apartment, lots of space, very clean, had everything I needed and more. The agent, not sure if it was Cherise, with cell no. ....4627 was EXCELLENT, special thanks to her! Also 24hr security made me feel safe, always. Only on arrival I battled to find the place, in future maybe explain that the entrance is next to the Gym entrance, which is next to Pep.

But my sister and me never up toilet cover. Its horrible and terrible experience. I sent a mail to hotel. But they dont reply. I dont recommend this hotel.
• Sylvie (6/5): Loc.a l'étranger première et dernière fois - Appartement 304 St Georges au 3 étage, point positif :belle superficie de 65 m2,proche centre ville et des activités,gardien présent pour votre sécurité. Point negatif: 3 ème étage sur rue très bruillante jour et nuit, l'agence de location sur place contact difficile on ne peut les joindre par mail ,caution de 5000R et non de 1000R comme prevu, pas inventaire a la fin de votre séjour donc prendre ses precautions(photos)

• Verified traveler (6/5): Frustrated in Cape Town. - Communication was a real problem. Confirming arrival time had to be done multiple times as they didn't seem to register. They make the check in time later than I wanted and I had to wait around. Then the host didn't show, I had to phone, costing lots as I hadn't bought a local sim yet. She had been told a 2 hour later check in than was agreed. While they say they have free wifi, it didn't get sorted for 3 days, it wasn't done by password but by using MAC addresses so had to be set up. This could and should have been done in advance so that any issues could be dealt with by the host but it wasn't. Again, we spend loads of money using data until we could buy a local sim. Also, only 2 devices could be connected. We only got one set of keys even though 2 of us were staying there. As we often were' together, that was really difficult. On check out we arrange for a late check out and for cleaners to arrive at noon. They turned up an hour early having not been told about our late check out. The room was very comfortable and clean and in a really central location.
