No hay sitio para comer-cenar, las sillas están rotas, el sofá incomodisimo Comida de antiguos huéspedes en microondas( es decir ,no lo limpiaron) Limpieza en general deja mucho que desear, patatas en suelo y debajo de sofá de antiguos huéspedes No dispone de persianas en la habitación , claridad en cuento sale el sol Mal olor en el baño, que seguro que es por las tuberías. Lo bueno la cama cómoda,muy buena ubicación y buena comunicación con propietario.

• Ines (10/5): Fin de semana perfecto - Se encuentra en el corazón de Toledo, a tan solo 2 minutos de la catedral. Está bastante aislada, no se oye ni un ruido por la noche y cuenta con todo el menaje y comodidades para estar de lujo. El ático abuhardillado tenía unas vistas impresionantes a la catedral. Sin duda si volvemos repetiremos. Quizá que haya que subir 2 plantas de escaleras pequeñas hasta el alojamiento, pero si eres joven, o no tienes problemas, no es un sufrimiento, se puede hacer perfectamente. Y el baño tenía un poco de olor a humedad

• blanca (9/5): Y las palomas fueron testigos.. - La ubicación era muy céntrica con unas vistas increíbles desde la terraza. El apartamento nos pareció muy acogedor y cálido, lo cual hacía que mereciera la pena subir tanta escalera estrecha. Puntos extras por la elección de la mesa, cuyo diseño es perfecto para comer mientras ves la tele. Sale un olor bastante desagradable del baño(como de tuberías) y la puerta no aísla de ruidos ni olores al resto del apartamento. Tienes que tener mucho cuidado al bajar las escaleras del dormitorio para no dejarte la cabeza ahí. La cocina podría estar mejor equipada y la ropa de cama más completa.

• Hernando Carrasco (7/5): Un lugar cómodo y acogedor - Lo céntrico que estaba y la disposición La cocina igual era un poco de más de estrecha, si eres un poco grande no cabes entre la barra y la encimera, además siempre que nos despertábamos, aún dejando la encimera vacía aparecían hormigas en ella

• MARIA (6/5): Buena ubicación pero lo demás deja mucho que desea - Buena ubicación. La cama de abajo para dos personas era un sofá cama que apenas entraba en el espacio. El baño está en la planta de arriba y la escalera es muy incómoda y pequeña. La ducha muy pequeña y el agua no corría correctamente por la coladera. A la mañana temprano gente del personal en el hall de entrada hablaban fuertísimo.

• Ana (10/5): If you are looking to be in the center of Toledo, this is it - I really liked the location in the center of everything. The comfort of the apartment and how clean and tidy it was. Maybe there wasn't a curtain in the room that completely covered the light, but it's not essential. Now that it's summer the duplex is hot but the air conditioning on both floors makes it super bearable

• Robert (10/5): A perfect location above the rooftops above a city of ancient history. - The location and the host were fantastic. The ac worked very well even though it was extremely hot outside. The balcony, although very small looks over many of the historic landmarks and rooftops of the city and countryside, quite beautiful. The host was very friendly and helped with luggage and have wonderful recommendations for places to eat. A lot of steps for luggage and ceilings are low, however, the location makes up for any insufficiencies. We left some detergent for clothing even though we didn’t do any wash. It would be nice to be provided as a recommendation for other guests.

• Sarah (10/5): - Our originally scheduled room had a hot water heater problem and we were moved to another building. They met us at the original building and walked us to the new apartment. Showed us how to used everything including th heat. We should have listened to them. Not knowing it would be so cold, we told them that we would set the heat when we returned. At night, in the cold, it took a long time to warm up.

The only drawback is if you have a mobility problem there are 44 very narrow steps to negotiate to your apartment. My husband has a bad knee, but he maintained it was worth the pain . Nothing
• Susan (4/5): Good location, clean but cramped apartment. - The location was good and quiet. The apartment is very cramped and awkward to use. Only booked this for one night as the apartment we booked for 3 nights wasn't available for this date. We moved to Boutique Argent for the same cost per night but the two properties do not compare. I would not book this apartment again.

• Andrea (9/5): Beautiful little apartment, recommended! - The property photos are exacty what we got! Cute little apartment with living room, kitchen, loft bedroom, and small balcony, all of which were very homey and comfortable. It was such a nice space that we almost just wanted to stay in instead of going outside to see the sights. Communication with property manager was always smooth; they even answered my call about the washing machine (see below) even if it was already evening. They also provided an online check-in link to make the process faster, and a map when we arrived. I really wanted to give this property a 10 but during our stay a couple of the facilities did not work. The washing machine door wasn't locking properly, and when I tried to fill up the bathtub, the hot water ran out so the tub couldn't be filled with hot water. But to the credit of the property manager, they immediately offered to send someone to help with the washing machine the next day (but we had to turn it down because we already had a full schedule). Also, you can't leave your luggage with them if you arrive too early.

• Laura (9/5): Superb - Great location and a lovely little roof top to see the roofs of Toledo from. This was a comfortable stay and great value for money. The breakfast snacks were nice. It's right in the middle of town, located on a quiet street. Enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is tired and needs a refresh. It could do with a proper cleaning also, crockery and cutlery etc. in between guests. The bathroom could also do with am extractor fan it's a bit musty. The stairs to the top apartment is very tight. Also becareful if your tall you will bang your head on the eaves 🤕

Nice apartment with all facilities required and great bars and restaurants very close by, would definitely recommend La Skala for a visit. Easy to communicate with host. Be aware its close to the cathedral with the bell ringing all night if you are a light sleeper, we thought it was quaint but some might not agree. Minor issue was not many channels on the TV, again not an issue as we were not there to watch TV.

• bangzi (8/5): convenient location for exploring toledo - spent only one night here when coming through toledo in may. the good: - location, close to the zocodover plaza and alcazar, easy walk to other tourist sights. - restaurants and shops nearby, the bars down blow could get a bit noisy at times. the bad: these two are not the hotel's fault. - very difficult to drive around in toledo's narrow and the many one-way streets if you come with a car. so be prepared. parking was easier than i thought if you were ready to pay for it. - our room was located on the 2nd floor. stairs are narrow and high. inside our room the bed room takes more narrower steps to get to. if you have mobility issues or you are large you might want to think twice before booking. one suggestion: the person checked us in didn't speak any english which caused some confusion with the entrance key in the lockbox by the entrance door. we took it inside thinking we were the only guest in the house. another guest called our room at midnight asking me to open the door for him! i wasn't sure who he was so i didn't go downstairs to get the door for him. i still feel bad about it. but i honestly didn't know what was going on. hope there could be at least some instructions in english explaining how these keys (the entrance key and room key) supposed to work.

Far from parking. Very stinky bathroom with no overhead shower (just an attached hand wand at waist level). Mold in shower. Geez.

Large & light room. bedroom upstairs (steep), nice byt dark bathroom. Small terrace upstaris, one chair broken. Really bad/ uneatable ”breakfast” . Don’t book if you have any walking problems!!!!!
• german (6/5): Bonito pero poco práctico - Apartamento para un max de 4 pax para estar cómodos. Usar maletas pequeñas porque si venís en coche, no se puede adentrar en la ciudad y los parking están a 5-8min andando por calles estrechas de adoquines. Un par de enchufes rotos y una tostadora que hacia saltar los plomos. Agacha la cabeza al bajar las escaleras sino, te darás un buen golpe! El servicio de parte de Toledo Ap muy amable y correcto pero no volvería a este piso. Súper céntrico para pasar una noche con mochila.

• María (10/5): Atico perfecto para alojarse en Toledo - Es un sencillo, pero muy acogedor apartamento en el atico. Todo estaba perfecto. Localización es muy buena para poder ver todo el centro histórico. Unicas pegas, no hay cadi alrededores ni un supermercado y para acceder al apartamento hay que subir muchisima y muy estrecha escalera. Lo demás es genial. Seguro volveremos para nuestra siguiente estancia.

The first one on Calle Sal 3 was excellent with coffee maker, complimentary breads, etc. It had an upstairs bedroom like this photo; When I rebooked I found myself in Calle de Sixto Ramon Parro II. What a difference. Small Studio - no kettle for boiling water, no frying pan. Check the addresses.

No recomendable para personas con maletas muy pesadas (no se puede acceder cerca en coche, el centro es peatonal) y el piso tiene varias plantas con escaleras de caracol estrechas. Dentro del piso, todo en buen estado pero no está pensado para personas altas , hay muchas lugares del piso (escaleras, ducha..) donde hay que agacharse si mides más de 1.60m Hay una vista muy bonita de la catedral desde el mini balcón del ático.

We stayed in the lower units, due to larger bed, but if you don’t need that, I’d go for the higher unit, so you have the terrace access. Host was very prompt and polite. We really wished we’d planned to stay longer, but only had one night to spend. The stairs weren’t bad at all. I hope we can return someday. Thank you!!

It was in a perfect location - very close to the cathedral. It has a washing machine (which we didn't realize ahead of time). Our host contacted us ahead of time and quickly responded to our texts. I should also note that getting up to our apartment involved climbing 3 flights of steep stairs - so it would not work for everyone.

• Rachel (10/5): Amazing deal! - Pedro was extremely helpful and accommodating. We arrived 2 hours later than our ETA. He went to meet us at the McDonald's when we could not find the way to his apartment and got into the car to navigate. There are 42 steps up to his apartment, so we decided to leave most of our luggage on the ground floor. Pedro even offered to carry all our luggage up the stairs, and brought up our hand carry luggage! The apartment was very clean and well air conditioned. The upstairs bedroom has a small balcony that overlooks the city. Stunning view! Pedro stocked the fridge with water and juice, and left baked goods, biscuits, tea, and coffee for breakfast. The bathroom was well stocked with toilet paper and other toiletries. We would definitely stay there again! We recommend not driving up to the apartment, as you have to drive through old town. Instead, park at the lot by the train station and walk your luggage up.
