• Jeroentje (6/5): Aardig personeel, maar zou het hotel niet aanraden. - De dame bij inchecken was vriendelijk. Best veel helaas, op de foto’s ziet het er heel fijn en fris uit maar wij waren er 1 mei. Seizoen is nog startende dus zwembad was nog gesloten, lichten stonden overal uit. Erg ongezellig. Ontbijt was karig. Waarschijnlijk omdat er niet heel veel gasten waren. Op dag inchecken kregen we een berichtje via Booking app dat we 1730u konden inchecken. Pardon? Er staat bij boeken vanaf 1400 uur dus dat heb ik hen ook teruggestuurd en toen kon het opeens wel. Dorpje zelf is ook veel te saai, voor een gezin geen aanrader. Ook nog pech want 1 mei is dag van de arbeid dus alles was dicht. Bovendien hadden wij ook nog een oude kamer, de meeste kamers zijn in een nieuw jasje gestoken helaas die van ons niet. Gelukkig was t maar voor 1 nachtje.

Petit déjeuner basique, s'appauvrissant en qualité et en quantité de jour en jour (3 jours ). L'accueil du couple âgé (vanté dans les commentaires) et dont on n'a pas obtenu un seul sourire en 3 jours! L'hôtel était vide et nous avons eu le sentiment d'être de trop et de déranger. Il n'y a que la jeune femme de la réception (peu présente par ailleurs) qui ait eté professionnelle et aimable!

Appena arrivi è davvero WOW! 1.Personale assente, colazione basic anzi ultra basic con cibo vecchio (pan carrè gia aperto da giorni e secco) e poca scelta. 2.Camere fredde 3. Avevamo chiamato nel pomeriggio per poter cenare nel ristorante dell'hotel, ci hanno dato la disponibilità. Peccato che arrivati al momento di ordinare il 50% non era disponibile. Birra alla spina non presente.

• Armando (8/5): Una notte a Benetutti - La posizione e l'arredamento delle camere Abbiamo ricevuto la stanza con l'ingresso esterno e l'abbiamo trovata un pò fredda nonostante la pompa di calore fosse accesa tutta la notte.
• DanLan (7/5): Historia v každom kúte - Ubytovanie sa nachádza v malej dedine uprostred skoro ničoho iba hôr mestečko je malé ale neurazí máte tam možnosť ako stravovania tak aj vyžitia hneď neďaleko je výborná piváreň z snack barom heineken. V ubytovaní podávajú dobré raňajky dá sa tam príjemne si posedieť v pohodlných kreslách. Ubytovanie je v prerobenom veľkom starom hotely naša izba dýchala históriou, veľmi dávnou históriou :)

• Nicolas (7/5): Séjour assez désagréable. Je pense que nous n’y reviendrons pas. - Le séjour était globalement de qualité assez moyenne. On s’attend à mieux en Sardaigne. Le personnel de l’accueil n’était pas très avenant. La chambre n’a rien de lumineux, sans aucune vue, la fenêtre donne sur un escalier extérieur. On a plus l’impression d’être dans une cave que dans une chambre où l’on se sent bien. La salle de bain est triste et mériterait d’un grand rafraîchissement.

The room was freshly renovated and quite comfortable however there were no blinds or film on the window in the bathroom making it feel very exposed. Lots of mosquitos and no repellents were provided and no window nets so could open the balcony or windows sadly. Breakfast options were very poor in comparison to other hotels we stayed at in Sardinia and mostly included sweets. Didn't get a chance to use the pool as the weather wasn't great but looks nice.

• Asha (7/5): Een fijn kleinschalig hotel met goed restaurant in een heel rustig dorpje! - Het was een heerlijk typisch Italiaanse hotel gerund door een lieve familie in een rustig dorpje midden in de bergen! Het eten in het restaurant is ook heerlijk! We hadden helaas de laatste kamer die nog vernieuwd moest worden en een upgrade zou krijgen (met onze 2 kids) dus dat was minder fijn dan op de foto’s

• Pablo (10/5): Excelente estancia en Cerdeña - El lugar es hermoso, el personal que son los propios dueños son muy amables, el desayuno es muy rico, la comida del restaurante es exquisita, las habitaciones son cómodas y super limpias, no hay nada de ruido. La ubicación permite ir a todos los lugares de la isla con un tiempo de 1 a 2 horas, lo cual permite salir a conocer mucho. Realmente valoro mucho la amabilidad y dedicación del personal. Nada, todo súper bien!

• Johan (9/5): Good hotel with nicely renovated rooms. - Very friendly staff. We booked 2 rooms, 1 room was renovated, beautiful style. Also the "older" more classic style room was very comfortable. Our room had a nice view. Swimming pool is a plus. A bit far from the beach and cities but I do not regret staying at the hotel. The restaurant is 1 of the best ones we had during our holiday.

Super freundliches Personal, das uns spontan ein Zimmer Upgrade angeboten hat. Das Frühstück war super lecker und vielfältig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

Lovely atmosphere. Good location in the central north of Sardinia meant that I could access the west, east and north coasts with only an hot or so drive. An interesting variety of people that were staying at the hotel or visiting the restaurant for dinner. Great swimming pool. And the best figs I have tasted that came straight from the tree on the hotel property! The room I stayed in had a leaky shower door that meant the water spilled out across the bathroom floor every time I had a shower.

• Caroline (6/5): Un peu déçu …. - La piscine très sympa 😊 Attention aux photos qui ne sont pas très représentatives ! J ai réservé une chambre double , à l arrivé une chambre avec 2 petits lits collés ( jusqu ici pas de problème) sauf que les 2 lits ne sont pas à la même hauteur !! Chambre minuscule et salle de bain encore plus petite ! 40 cm et un rideau de bouche sépare les toilettes de la douche…pas top … Du coup chambre vieillotte qui ne fait pas clean du tout . Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre ce qui nous a été accordé la nuit suivante . Chambre plus grande et lit double mais tout aussi vieillotte et pas super clean . Autre gros point noir , zéro isolation résultat le soir tard comme le matin de bonne heure beaucoup beaucoup de bruit ! On a vraiment l impression de les gens sont dans la chambres avec nous . Pas top pour des vacances avec envie de se reposer .

• karim (8/5): Mooi en erg rustig gelegen! - Mooie locatie en goed verzorgd terrein! Was voor ons alleen iets te rustig en niet te veel te doen in de omgeving. Maar voor de rust zoekers perfect!
• Lisa (6/5): Ingesamt befriedigend. - Das Hotel und Restaurant war sehr schön hergerichtet. Auch die Außenanlage ist wirklich sehr schön. Einzelne Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Einen Parkplatz haben wir auch problemlos gefunden. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir in der einen Woche nur Tagesausflüge gemacht haben. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 7. Die Zimmergröße war ausreichend und mit einem Balkon zur Außenseite Richtung Restaurant gerichtet. Das Badezimmer von unserem Zimmer ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ecken von der Dusche waren stark verschimmelt. Unter dem Waschbecken waren auf den Fliesen starke Rückstände von einem undichten Siphon erkennbar. Weiterhin war der Hebel von der Mischbatterie in der Dusche sehr locker. Hier besteht dringend Handlungsbedarf. Die Toilette steht sehr dicht am Eingang von der Dusche. Jeden Morgen und stellenweise nachts kam ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Bad. Außerdem ist es bis spät Abends, stellenweise auch nachts durch andere Gäste sehr laut. Eine erholsame Nacht sieht anders aus. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit, eine Pizza to Go zu bestellen. Jedoch wird Pizza außer Haus angeboten und geliefert. Das ist ein wenig widersprüchlich. Ein wenig mehr Flexibilität wird erwartet. Auch das Grüßen fiel einigen Mitarbeitern manchmal sehr schwer. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt befriedigend. Es ist wirklich schade, dass man die negativen Dinge aufzählen muss, da die Anlage grundsätzlich schön gestaltet ist.

• Kristina (9/5): Calm, relaxed and authentic place in the inland of Sardinia. - We stayed for a couple of days with our family of 3 at the hotel. We have got a newer room. There are various rooms at the property, and we had a chance to live in a renovated one. It was very beautifully decorated. The hotel on its own is very cosy and charming. There are lots of flowers and greenery in the garden. It also has a restaurant, so it is possible to eat in the evening there; however, they charge a Coperto to their guests as well. Food is delicious. I would recommend black pasta, it is finger-licking. We also had breakfast included, which was nice. Rooms were cleaned daily, including a change of towels and bed sheets. There is a small fridge in the room, along with air conditioning. There is a swimming pool, and our daughter loved to spend time there. Also possible to bring drinks from the bar to the swimming pool area, which is nice for parents. Staff are very friendly and helpful. While living in Benetutti, we have visited the free Thermes, went to the sea village Bosa (really beautiful), and went to the highest point of Sardinia: Mount La Marmora (half a day trip). Noise isolation could be better. At night, when people talk in corridors, everything is very well heard. I had to use earplugs. Also, I was suffering from the innerspring mattresses. Once someone moves, the mattress vibrates and another person wakes up easily. In comparison with foam mattresses, a sprung mattress was annoying to sleep on as a couple. But perhaps I am just too sensitive. Glasses/cups were missing in the room. There were drinks in the fridge but no cups or glasses to use. The English proficiency of the personnel interacting with guests could be improved.
• henri (10/5): I loved this place - Tout était absolument parfait. Le lieu, véritable écrin idyllique, m’a offert une expérience inestimable pour un tarif remarquablement abordable. La piscine est des plus agréables et le jardin, entretenu avec un soin minutieux, reflète l’excellence qui imprègne l’ensemble des services de l’hôtel. Le restaurant est exceptionnel : des pizzas savoureuses aux cocktails raffinés, en passant par un tiramisu d’une qualité rare. En tant que cycliste, cet hôtel fut une étape mémorable, alliant confort, accueil chaleureux et cadre reposant. Pour parfaire ce séjour, le personnel, chaleureux et attentif, s’exprime aussi bien en italien qu’en anglais. Mention particulière au magnifique piano quart de queue qui orne le séjour (bien qu’il mériterait d’être légèrement mieux accordé). Une destination que je recommande sans la moindre hésitation. • Ikrame (7/5): Schoon en mooi, wel ver van alles. - Mooi en schoon! Ouder personeel waren minder vriendelijk, bij de 1e dag en incheck kon er geen lachje van af. De 2e dag waren er jonge dames aan het werk en die waren super vriendelijk!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Fint hotell i en liten stad med lite liv. - Vi bokade boendet efter att sett alla bilder på hotellet. Vilket i sig är mycket prisvärd och fint. Men tyvärr var resten av stan lite av en spökstad. Så i efterhand hade vi valt ett annat boende i en mer livlig stad. Personalen var lite loj och inte speciellt servicenminded. Dock ska det understrykas att alla där var trevliga. Maten var ok på hotellet men inte mer än så. Det tar cirka 1,5h timme till stranden på östkusten av Sardinien och vill man ha ett prisvärt alternativ och är ok med distansen till dessa så kan hotellet vara ett alternativ.
