Paul (4/5): I doubt I will ever choose Hampton inn again. The pushing for tips is a huge turn off. - It is a normal hotel but, in the rooms they are pushing for a tip. In The breakfast area they are pushing for a tip. Tipping is out of control. If this is the new standard for Hampton inn then I won’t stay at any more Hampton inns. They should pay their staff. Also the breakfast finishes too early. All retired people don’t wake at the crack of dawn. Breakfast.
Donna (10/5): Fun, exciting and just pleasant and quiet and peaceful! - The cleanliness of the room and breakfast was great as well. The staff was very Professional and helpful. We’ve stay at this location several times so we’ll be back I’m Sure. Parking was fair just not enough handicap parking.
Nicole (8/5): Nice hotel, super clean place & friendly staff! - Location was great, very convenient! Breakfast had a variety of items. Heated pool was a nice treat! Our bed slept on a bit of a slant with the head lower than the foot. Pillows were good, but the mattress was not up to Hampton standards. I was also hoping for a hot tub.
M.Campbell (10/5): great hotel, love this hotel - The first day I went to breakfast at 8:30. and it was crap, there were no eggs, 3 sausage patties, no potatoes, it was empty, and the amount of people that came in after me.. they did finally restock and after about 20 mins I was able to get some a real breakfast. my son was able to get some fruit loops. the 2nd morning I went down around the same time and it was full. way better then the day before. the Hotel was great

Emily (10/5): Extremely comfortable and satisfying! - The staff was extremely sweet and accommodating! The lobby was one of the prettiest, cleanest, and well decorated that I have seen in a very long time. All of the hallways and decor were clean and beautiful with attention to detail taken into account with everything. Our room was AMAZING!! The beds and pillows were so comfortable and so clean. The bathroom had a few details that stood out to my mom and I such as the small shelf above the vanity under the mirror that was great because you could line things up there and it would not get in the way or wet when using the sink. Also it had two pull out shelves under the vanity to put things on like your makeup bag so that it was out of the way while you used it to also keep the vanity clear. There were plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash clothes available as well as plenty of toilet paper with two rolls next to the toilet on holders. The mini fridge worked super well and held a lot of stuffs! But one of the things that stood out to my mom and me the most was that their check-out time was at 12 noon, not 11! That was INCREDIBLE!! I will MOST DEFINITELY be staying there every time that I must visit Moore/Norman area! N/A
Janet (8/5): - Easy t get to. Clean. Saturday and Sunday breakfast were amazing. Omlets and sliced sausage NOT so good First room smelled aweful. Called in the middle of the night to changed rooms and was told she couldn’t do it. I didn’t sleep as I couldn’t breath very good. The morning person changed rooms immediately and room was much better. We didn’t have any room service on Sunday We got back to room and no clean towels. I was told rooms only cleaned every other day!!!! Plus had to go to the desk to pick up clean towels. I think the least the room should get clean towels everyday.

The king size bed was way to soft for me, if you like soft beds this is for you They do not have any good cable or local channels on the television Only one towel for two people in the room, was able to get more at desk, but really only one towel!

Elizabeth (7/5): Could be cleaner - Conveniently located and comfortable bed We were on the fifth floor near the end of the hall and there was water damage on the ceiling and walls in the hallway. The room was nice but not quite as clean as I thought it should be. There was mold around the bottom edges of the shower and they were pretty stingy with the towels. Even with those few complaints, it was still a nice stay

Brittinni (7/5): Overall good. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement - It was clean, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the room was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the breakfast was terrible. As soon as I walked down to breakfast the staff setting up was concerning. They were in their pajamas and looked dirty, no sense of professionalism at all. I did go ahead and give the food a try though and the eggs were gross, the sausage gravy was gritty and sooo salty. One bite and my husband and I threw our plates away and ended up getting fast food breakfast.

Then the dog friendly advertising.. even after calling before reservations and payment online .. they get you at check-in for a 75 dollar no refundable dog fee .. I will continue to use the holiday inn express next door after this experience .. I don’t need the swimming pool option after all of this hassle..

Morning receptionist was not helpful i asked for a printed receipt an she told me i couldn't get one an had to go to expeda to getone. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

John (4/5): - Very disappointed in how run down this Hampton has become recently. The pool was green the entire week of my stay even after I complained. The bedroom was fine but the workout room had limited equipment that worked. The parking lot flooded after moderate rain. All in all not a great experience.

Maurine (8/5): Small room - We stayed 2 nights. There was 4 adults. We was in town for my granddaughter s graduation The room was clean the front desk personal was freindly and professional. The only thing was the room was extremely small and the door for bathroom was a sliding door that doubled as closet door. So if the door was slid over to close off bathriom the closet was exposed. But over all i would recommend this hotel.

Christina (6/5): Comfy but broke and starving. - We splurged for the suite in Moore, OK. The room was great. Spacious, clean, stocked and comfortable. However, we bought food food the last leg of our trip and places it in the fridge and turned the temp up from the lowest setting.The next morning when packing up to leave, the fridge wasn't cold and apparently was broken, not just turned down too low when I stocked it. All of our food was ruined and a loss of $$. Upon checking out the desk said they would inform maintenance. That's it. No apology for the loss of money and seemed to be completely uninterested.

Rocky (8/5): - The hotel is very clean and the area is nice with plenty of restaurants nearby. The only issue is with the bed, it was clean as can be but hard as a rock and the pillows were basically worthless because they were tiny, flat and low quality.
