• Joleen (6/5): Overall, disappointment with not cleaning the room. Location and quietness was nice. - The hotel had an excellent rating on Booking.com and that's why I chose it along with the location. The clerk put my sister and I on the top floor which was nice and quiet. The clerk asked me if I wanted the room cleaned and I said yes. He failed to mention the hotel policy was every other day so we had to call down for towels. When we returned the second day when the room should have been cleaned, the room was not done. The clerk's response was housekeeping went by and we still had our no disturb sign on. When my sister and I had left the beginning of the day, we took the sign off and housekeeping was working on the room next door so his response didn't make sense to me. Three night stay and never had our room cleaned. Overflowing garbage, towels shoved in the corner of the bathroom, having to get my own cups so I could drink water at night. That was very disappointing to me. I don't live like that at home and certainly don't want to pay a decent amount to live like that in a hotel.

• Julie (2/5): Disappointed - The hot tub was the only reason I chose Fairfield Inn Everything else. The hotel itself is outdated, and this was confirmed by the concierge himself. The heater in the pool was broke. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable, the breakfast was so-so, and the options for live streaming on the tv were either Netflix or youtube. If a customer pays for other livestreams, it should be an option to cast onto Fairfields internet. I was VERY VERY disappointed in this hotel stay, and we take a little staycation to nearby hotels AT LEAST 6 times a year, and this hotel was BY FAR, one of the worst!

Two things kept my review from giving it perfect scores, the bed wasn't very comfortable, disappointed with the bed. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was nonfunctioning.

There were plenty of choices to suit different preferences, and the area was clean and well-organized. I especially appreciated the clearly posted instructions for the waffle machines—super helpful! My only (very minor) complaint was that the oatmeal was a bit watery and lacked flavor, but everything else made up for it. A solid start to the day! I was disappointed to find that both the shampoo and shower gel bottles were completely empty—something I unfortunately didn’t realize until I was already in the shower. I stepped out, called the front desk hoping someone could bring replacements, but was instead asked to come down and get them myself. This meant I had to fully dry off and get dressed, only to return to the room and jump back into the shower. It was inconvenient and avoidable—stocking those essentials should be a standard part of room prep.

He kept everything, clean, hot, and fresh The bed was rock hard and made noise every time we moved, the curtains left something to be desired for privacy, the window was filthy, the tub wasn't super clean, the metal handicapped bar in the shower was broken, you could hear water running through the walls, dust all over in the hall way and the hot tub has very rough concrete that cut my foot

There were a few times it was over capacity with kids. Wish there was more variety for breakfast but overall we had a great stay for what we intended to do for our trip.

We stayed at a different property close to Fairfield that was not habitable after viewing five different rooms. It was not a Marriott property. Marriott properties are the way to go.

• Janet (6/5): - I love this place but after a long day and having not used the jacuzzi because last time i stayed i didn't know and it was under construction unfortunately 💔 i didn't get a discount on stay now i finally get back from a long day go to use jacuzzi and theres 5 children under 5 in jacuzzi and 8 in the pool at 8pm with thier parents i understand they deserve fun but there should be a time when adults can use it hopefully children didn't urinate in jacuzzi or pool it was a disappointment, unfortunately i didn't use it due to the noise and amount of children occupying the jacuzzi and pool.
