- Cela (10/5): - This is the only place I stay when traveling for business in the area. Safe, convenient to airport, shopping, so many restaurant options. The food and coffee are excellent for just chilling in your room also. Amazing service and caring staff always!!

Gym was good, just a bit warm. Lobby has a cafe and they made a good parfait for me, it is pricey. Would definitely stay here again.

- betsnow (8/5): Clean, Comfortable - We stayed here for one night while visiting EP for a family function. I chose this property due to area and proximity to the event. There are tons of TX State Troopers that stay here (looked like a convention) due to border support so given the sheer number of cop cars in the parking lot there is a definite vibe of safety. Super friendly front desk staff, very welcoming. The property was very clean, including our room which was comfortable with great sleep quality. I would stay here again. No free breakfast, or even complimentary drip coffee that I could ever find which is a negative given the Hampton offers both across the parking lot but they do give you a few k-cups in your room if you are one that uses the in-room coffee maker.

The safe was friendly and helpful and the location was super covenient for the wedding we were attending. The area was nice and it felt super safe since there were Highway Patrol cars parked in the parking lot every night we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

The floor I stayed on had the fresh smell of paint and blue tape still on everything. The electrical receptacles in the hall way has no covers on them. The staff informed me the entire hotel was this way.

They didn’t want to pay for dry cleaning my items and told me they would call me back with the report from the pest control so just to be safe I tossed absolutely everything. I’ve never dealt with bedbugs before and it was extremely stressful knowing I had 4 trashbags, that they threw my stuff into, full of possibly infested clothes and blankets and bags
- Rodney (10/5): Stay here-so much better. - This was our best hotel stay yet on this 9 day trip-so happy with the Courtyard by Marriott. The newer facility, design and service decisions have won our support. Paying a little more gave us quality food, snacks and bar service. The spa was hot and clean-without people dunking their toddlers in it to wash them-ugh.

There was a nice breakfast bar and regular bar for a relaxing cocktail at the end of a busy day. They offer daily maid service for your comfort and convenience!

Way too hot and wall thermostat didn't respond to lowering the temp or shutting it off entirely just to cool down the room. Had to turn it off at the unit itself which was fine, just uncomfortable for a bit. Good dining options close by and friendly staff. Quiet and clean. Would stay again.

- Kabs652 (8/5): They were very kind. - I spent 2 weeks. It was very comfortable. The laundromat was only $4. House cleaning service is provided twice a week. I slept well and watched TV well. Also, there are two Spanish channels and I learned a lot. Internet TV, including YouTube, Netflix, Showtime, Pandora, and Crackle. When I needed to print my email, I could have it printed at the front desk, and the front desk took care of the UbereEtes delivery. They were very accommodating.
- jeffsJ2407MF (2/5): NOISE, not rest! - Worst hotel experience I have had in a long time. The interstate noise was too loud to work, much less sleep. Breakfast sandwich was a microwaved "goo". When checking out, I asked for a cab to the airport and was told to uber. Nice touch.....

- 161idaf (10/5): Family visit to El Paso - I am a fan of Marriott hotels. This weekend we stayed in El Paso and chose this Marriott. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We enjoyed hanging out in the lobby area because it was clean,cozy, and comfortable. Great location for travelers coming through the area. I will definitely come back here again.
- LMW808 (8/5): Fresh and clean, very comfortable - Moved here from another hotel and were treated very well. Friendly staff, clean, fresh and comfortable room with floor to ceiling black out drapes. The breakfast section was great but the room does not include a free breakfast, so heads up on that.

- cd0uglasc (10/5): Helpful, Clean, Enjoyable Stay - I had gotten concerned about some of the reviews. This hotel was very helpful leading up to my stay. The room was very clean. Everything worked perfectly. A great place to stay in a safe environment. I must say that this was a very pleasant surprise stay for me.
